  1. This is amazing. I love this show and the people who make it. Thank you for posting this.
  2. Rachael never praised Tucker's politics. She is (as always) curious about the world around her - and in this moment wanted to understand the inner mechanics of how he is able to get and retain eyeballs. When we study Hitler's speech patterns and how he phrases his (horrible) ideas, how he frames those ideas into an ideology that can motivate people to commit horrible actions - we don't do that to figure out how he was 'right'. We do it to figure out how does this happen? How are people brainwashed? If your enemy is doing something that is working you need to know what that is so that you can use it yourself- or weaken it.
  3. Ok- WHO irons their shirts by folding them in half - and then ironing? WTF I could not even concentrate on the scene I am like WHAT ARE YOU DOING?
  4. It's obviously the K chromosome.
  5. I mean - have you seen his portrait of Whit? I can't imagine his 'artwork' is selling like hotcakes, so yeah, he probably needs some fast cash. :)
  6. I admit to scratching my head over folks saying that a once a week news show is worthless and will never attract an audience. 60 Minutes anyone? I am salivating at the idea of Racheal digging into something more deeply than she does on a nightly show.
  7. Kim Wexler is possibly a more complex character than Saul himself. And Rhea is amazing.
  8. So... I definately thought about Chris when I saw this article - I know its a different park\ride, but ... yeah. As glad as I was that Chris got to ride on the Gatlinburg roller coaster - I was seriously side-eyeing the attendant. Chris already had one seat that would not signal him green. And the next one it took many, many presses on the safety harness before it would lock and signal green there. If the second seat had immediately been 'fine', I might have been like ok - but after one seat doesn't work, and the next one takes multipe attempts to get someone in there - I did not feel good about that. I KNOW the engineers will come on to say 'once the harness is locked it is fine' ... but something didn't feel right there. https://www.tampabay.com/life-culture/entertainment/theme-parks/2022/03/26/did-teens-size-factor-in-florida-amusement-ride-death/
  9. Love this and agree with everything you said. It's also just mediocre snarking - come on people, there are SO MANY other, better things to rag on about Ben that ARE under his control - his Peruvian fashion sense (snicker), his texts (omg!), and his confusion at Mahogany's coldness to him - why did she not hear from God, did she hang up, did she not get the voice mail?
  10. Chiming in to say - I am totally fine with what Rachael is doing, and that getting Rach sometimes is better than not getting her at all. She has spoken before about her battles with depression - she knows herself well and if she needs a break, then good for her having the opportunity and the where-with-all to take one. As far as finding a replacement - that isn't possible. Rach is lightning in a bottle - her intimidating knowledge of history, smarts, and satiric wit aren't easily copied.
  11. 'Salvation on Sand Mountain' is a pretty good read about a journalist who does a deep dive into snake handling churches.
  12. Let's have a vote - which is funnier : Pole running OR Gino dancing? To vote for Pole running - choose the Useful (lighbulb) button. To vote for Gino dancing - choose the Surprise (suprise face) button. If you can't decide because they are both equally hysterical - please choose the Heart or Laugh button!
  13. Ben, this is god. Just wanted to let you know (again) that it's not me sending these young pretty women to you. I'm not sure who it is, but it's not me, so stop telling people that, 'kay?
  14. It was fascinating watching Kody's face last night. You could SEE his gears churning in real time trying to figure out how to hide his emotions (fail), how to phrase the situation to put him in the best light (lie, and fail), and how to come off as a caring human being (epic fail) instead of a pompous ass who cares only about his tiny jackwagon.
  15. I love that Meri & Janelle are looking on disapprovingly in the corner. This is how monogomous couples act. This would never happen in a polygamist household.
  16. IT'S GODS WILL! This guy, Kody Brown, and every man on Seeking Sister Wives. Dudes - I have spoken directly to god. She said to tell you that it isn't her speaking to you! And dang - God certainly has a TYPE, amirite? Never tells them to go for the slighly chubby, older, smart and interesting woman.
  17. They won't. They're all just users. They will have no regret, but if (when) she dies they will repost the video to their various 'channels' saying how sad they are about the queen! All for clicks. Their whole world is clicks.
  18. Dang, I really like my screen name, and it's probably too long, but 'DrProctorsDisappointedLook' would be a great name for anybody needing a new one. :)
  19. Hee! My favorite from old Cops is when the officer is asking the guy he pulled over if there are any drugs in the car or on his person. The guy is insisting there is nothing ... while the cameraman slowly zooms in on the joint he has wedged on top of his ear (like a pencil). Joshie is dumber than a box of rocks.
  20. When Tammy said, in reference to the electric wheelchair, 'Is this for me, or for them?' .... I just kinda sat there with mouth agape. You damn asshole. This whole family is suffering from co-dependancy. What was it Chris said, something about her ... mortality? They all know she is headed to the grave. The best they can do is offer love and support- but then get the hell out of her way if she is bound and determined to eat herself to death . Which I think they finally realize. The best thing for them now is to let it happen, if SHE doesn't want to help herself... nothing they do will help.
  21. Like your post eskimo - but I have to toss in that there is no good way to practice polygamy. It's a silly religious practice that only serves to keep men in charge of women. There is no good way IMHO.
  22. When Kody yelled 'WHAT ABOUT TEAM BROWN?' I laughed for 10 minutes. (Kody - your team hates you. And is actively working to throw the game.)
  23. Even outside of their state - they do not want someone on their same level - they want someone at least 5-6 steps up, and they need the bargaining power of the green card to get them up there. Most perfect example - Mike in Squim. I guarantee you - he could have found a date in his area. But it would have been someone his age, and kinda dumpy - i.e., somone on his level in looks and personality. He wanted the blonde bombshell (hoo boy, if only he knew lol).
  24. Did Prince Jackwagon just use Truley's kidney emergency as one of the reasons for his covid rules??? You mean the kidney failure scare that you didn't notice in real time because you were too busy fucking around with your grill? I don't have enough middle fingers for this guy. On a GOOD note - gone are the days of fast-forwarding thru this show because it was so monumentally boring. This weeks episode was, and I say this without a hint of sarcasm - rivieting. The gloves are freaking OFF and I am here for it. p.s. Meri - I am not sure who told you that pleather was a good look for you. Or for anyone. I have seen Billie Jean pleather K-Mart blue light special jackets that were less shiney, less smooth, and better designed than whatever you are wearing. You also still appear to be dipping in to the wine. Nothing wrong with that. Just save some for AFTER the interview.
  25. Tammy is 639 pounds. The dumb thing is that people keep pushing her and they are going to seriously hurt themselves. Chris & Mike, both of whom are likely much stronger than Tissa, are obviously straining to push her, on blacktop. 639 pounds. I don't blame her at ALL for refusing.
