  1. That's because the writers & showrunners retconned her (in particular) & other characters so much to accomodate Iris.
  2. Charlie was brother to Caitlin's earth-2 doppelganger
  3. I did watch this episode & found it to be a chore because I didn't like the way they wrote Iris' character, not to mention about how she dated Eddie before then. She was trying to re-start Barry's memory, but there should've been better ways to do so. So Savitar is a time remnant that is still around because of Flashpoint. Killer Frost showing up was a good thing cause Savi lost his mind when Barry lost his as well. During which Cisco brought up something about ther particel accelerator how Wells gave them a hard time. "Take Charge" I think, it had an effect on Caitlin, who is trying to take back her own body( just notice her eyes). Aside from that, the writers put themselves & some of the cast into a corner, especially this close towards the season finale.
  4. Just being curious, what is your theory on how snowbarry could be a possible endgame ?
  5. I just wondering what proposal KF has in mind, considering Cisco & Julian has Caitlin's blood sample, not to mention rest of team flash will learn about Savitar's true identity.
  6. Kind of torn DP did her part as KF, riding around the city a la Iceman. Like the costume to boot. OTOH, only thing about Savitar's revealed, while enjoyment, should've been used instead of the musical crossover just to keep things intense. Cisco overcoming limitations with Caitlin's well-being. After Savitar's reveal, I am just left with more questions.

    Caitlin Snow

I feel like the writers & show runners didn't do a good enough to give a better explanation about Caitlin this season. They knew she was having so much trauma throughout her life & it's not being addressed when it should've been, thus my frustration with her development. Very frustrating to say the least, and it's not Panabaker's fault.
  8. The way I see it that the show runners would be seen as hypocrites. When they're going thru audition they wanted a woman in their late 30's early 40's to portray Caitlin. But when DP audition for the role, they were so keen on having her so much, they rewrote the character arc to make it happen. So when Panabaker signed up, that contract was for 7 years, thus making her a series regular. Furthermore, Panabaker has great chemistry w/ Gustin & other cast mates that she is the reason why DC comics choose KF become the newest member of JLA in rebirth. So sidelining Caitlin/DP would be the worst mistake. Did anybody remember how Sara was killed off in the 3rd season of Arrow ?
  9. About this episode: the speed force is ticked off w/ Barry for creating flashpoint & from Eddie, Ronnie, & Leonard appeared to him to let their displeasure. Caitlin's singing a baby's lullaby, how things would've been if those 3 were still alive. They selflessly gave their lives for not only the city, but for Barry as well. This season just brings out the worst of Barry & the show runners & writers are to blame for that. Another thing: Jay taking Wally's place of beingtrapped showed me a few things. That & Caitlin holding a fragment of that stone means Savitar's prophecy means someone else will commit the betrayal, someone else will fall, & somebody's is going to suffer worse than death itself.
  10. My thoughts: I knew Wally would be preyed upon when he ended up in that husk a few episodes back & Savitar would've escaped somehow. Didn't know that Caitlin was holding a fragment of the stone. She believes that she betrayed them by hiding it, but the irony is she kept Savitar from getting out of the speed force even sooner & prevented Barry from being trapped in there. What Caitlin did was like inducing the triple play in baseball where more damage could've ensue from the mid season finale. In other words, Caitlin saved Barry again.
  11. About that betrayal. Would it take some incentive or motivation or willingness for that to occur ? This is what I should've meant to ask first of all. It's because the flash forward vision b/w KF & Vibe in a future episode where so many people assume one thing, not realizing before & after.
  12. I was thinking about that vibe in the future episode, at the time I couldn't assume anything at that point because it could be many possibilities such as(take your pick): 1. A training session 2.One of them being brainwashed 3. A deja vu of dark Willow & Xander.
  13. This is about motivations for Julian revealing his thoughts regarding metas & his disdain for them. Caitlin's family was explored. Even though it's start to see how she's the way Caitlin is, I wish more would've been covered.
  14. In regards to Savitar's prophecy: One person will betray: I am thinking it's either Wally, Cisco, or H.R. because for me Caitlin is way too obvious at this point( unless her hand is forced). One shall fall: Iris is too obvious in my book, so look for the least obvious such as either Joe or julian. A fate worse than death: right now I am thinking it's Barry because his future self put Savitar in the speedforce & he wants to return the favor. Your thoughts ?
  15. Caitlin has issues which she never resolved, first with her mother. Losing her dad at a young age & losing Ronnie twice. Ends up with Zoom, who later to be a psychopath & seeing her twisted doppelganger from Earth-2. In a sense she's like a volcano, all that heartbreak building up so much until it can't take it anymore. It erupts for a time & it stops.
