  1. Omg, Clay asking AD for a hug (to comfort him?!) right after he hurt her so badly! That is all he sees women as, something to provide comfort and support to him while he gives nothing back. And then to keep kissing her when she obviously was not reciprocating and wanted her space... total creep! AD really dodged a bullet when he said no, and I hope she can one day see that.
  2. The Australian version is on Netflix, too. It is just called Love on the Spectrum (whereas this one is called Love on the Spectrum - U.S.).
  3. I think Alan said in an earlier episode that he is a Dreamer under DACA. Dreamers who leave the U.S. can lose their DACA status or be denied re-entry.
  4. I assumed that he knew his children used a game to chat, like what he did with his brother, so it was not that big of a leap for me to believe that he would check the game for messages.
  5. I had to pause it and fill my non-reader boyfriend in on this. In the book, I think Cersei acted like Tyrion had did that on purpose... He killed their dad on the toilet so that his funeral would smell terrible.
  6. One part of Robert's reaction to the envelopes that stuck with me was when he raised his arms up and made two fists, then realized what he was doing and put them back down. It almost seemed like he wanted to fight Jarecki but not in front of the cameras, but it was almost an involuntary reaction, like he was surprised that his arms were up.
  7. I'm giving Amanda's collection another look on Rate the Runway. Hers was my favorite collection, and I thought it should've gotten the win. I know she was going for the care-free look, but she would've benefited from styling her models' hair up somehow. A lot of the details of her looks were covered up (like the front of the vest in the second look) by her models' long hair. I never understand when designers do that... cover up their designs with long hair, big purses, etc.
  8. I thought that Gareth using his name so much and acting familiar with Bob was because Gareth wanted Bob to know that they'd been watching/hunting the group. He also would've remembered Bob because of his speech right before Carol and her army of burning walkers came to save the day at Terminus.
  9. Is it too much to hope that it's from Michonne's katana, and that she gets pissed when she sees the Termites with it and so very violently gets it back?
  10. I didn't think that Pam meant actually prostituting Sarah out. I took it as having people pay to feed off her (not rape her), which makes sense to me since she not only started the disease but also drank all the cure. Yes, ideally they would just synthesize her blood, but I thought they said they'd be diluting it so much that it wouldn't be a real "cure" once they bring it to market. I also don't expect vampires or Sookie to go to the police about Sarah's kidnapping. The vampires have a history of policing themselves (like when Bill had to turn Jess), and I think Sookie would be afraid that Sarah's release (and then imprisonment because she killed people and started a plague) would get in the way of Bill being cured.
  11. I thought it was weird they made her unable to speak (except in tongues) and then all of a sudden she can speak English to her mom and Lala... Why didn't she just say all that stuff in Lettie Mae's first V trip, and save us all those horrible scenes?!
  12. I agree about Bridget being the key to the cure. Seems Pam and Eric could get rid of the Yakuza and have Bridget manufacture the cure. I'm confused about Sookie being categorized as sexual, though. Unless I'm forgetting someone, she's been with four guys (Bill, Eric, Warlow, and Alcide) over all seven seasons. I think she was just considered slutty by the people in Bon Temps because she was with vampires, not necessarily because of the number of partners. As silly as this and the past few seasons have been, I'll definitely miss this show when it's gone.
  13. Amanda: Not good at all. She's done the fringe look plenty of times before, in her first season and also in this season. Sometimes her fringe look is okay, but not this. It just looks like a mess. I wouldn't have put it in the bottom three, but definitely the lower half. Kini: In my top three, and also my winner. I really love the collar, the cut-outs, and how perfectly everything lines up. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the use of the pockets, which of course the judges loved. Alexander: This was good, but not in my top three. Char: This was bad! That neckline was awful, and the slit was waaay too short for a mini. Maybe it would've worked as a side slit? I'm not sure... Would've definitely been in the bottom for me. Emily: I loved the pants and the bottom of the top (I think? I'm not sure if they're connected...), but the black top is weird. Is there a cutout in between it and the plaid tunic part? That models boobs must be really high up because I'd be having a wardrobe malfunction in that... Sandhya: This is the first of her looks I really liked. I even liked the mustache, but it would've been good without them too. I'm really glad she didn't put them all over the skirt like I think she had planned on doing. This would've been in my top three. Mitchell: I think he did pretty well for what he was given, but it's not very good. The shiny plastic and super short skirt comes off very cheap/borderline hookerish. Maybe it would've worked if it was longer. Fade: This would've been in my top three, and almost tied with Kini for the win. Just gorgeous! I want this dress. I also want a super tiny waist so it would look like that on me, but whatever... Korina: No, thanks. Skirt is too long, and the top is too boxy. Not my cup of tea. Samantha: This looks like she forgot or ran out of time to add on the other sleeve. Kristine: Oh, Kristine... I loved your look last week. The top actually isn't terrible. Those pants, though... If you ran out of fabric, why not just make them cropped pants. Or a skirt. Or shorts. Or anything other than those weird mesh things on the bottom. Bottom three for me, but I'm glad they saved you! Sean: I didn't hate this. It would've been safe for me. Hernan: I think I hated this a little extra because I knew Nina would talk about vaginas as soon as I saw it. Still, it was really bad, his attitude was piss poor, and he lied on the runway. That puts him in my bottom, and gets him a well deserved ticket home!
  14. I understood that she meant her sandals were flopping and making all the noise. It was just funny that the way they edited it, it sounded like she was getting really defensive about someone saying she had big/heavy feet. That whole exchange probably shouldn't have made it into the episode, but I guess they were going for the "Angela annoys everybody in the work room" angle. Editing for drama... PR wouldn't do that, would they??
  15. Kristine should've had the win. I like that she stuck with the floating arm bands idea, even though Tim seemed skeptical about them during his critique. Sometimes ignoring Tim can bite you in the ass, but this was definitely not one of those times. I would LOVE to have that coat. I like the comparison of Sandhya's "embellishments" to vacuum hoses. Although, at least vacuums have those little clips that keep the hoses attached. Her dress could have used those. I thought it was very costumey, like what someone would wear to a sci-fi or future themed party. I'm so glad someone else (forget who) brought up Angela's weird "my feet are thin" response when someone called her out for stomping around. Super weird. I agree that hers was not the worst (that would go to Sean or Hernan), but even though Heidi constantly reminds us that "in fashion, one day you're in and one day you're out", the show has a history of auf-ing people who have been consistently in the bottom over someone who's in the bottom for the first time. Her skirt was way too short though if she was going for a business suit. I would not be able to wear anything near that short to work! I hated Mitchell's on the runway, but after a second look I think it was smart and interesting. I wish he hadn't been in the middle so he could've explained his global warming, everything-is-a-beach-in-the-future reasoning. Some people have pointed out that the lines didn't match up... I think that the difference in the striping on the front accentuated that. The top had an extra line of black.
