  1. It's pretty messed up that Rumple, who in this very episode was fine with letting the multiverse be destroyed as long as he found Belle, gets a happy ending while a truly repentant Milah is a dissolved spirit-thing swimming in misery.
  2. For me, that was the series finale. I have no interest in watching a show without Emma and the Charmings. Also, I feel weirdly angry on behalf of Rebecca Mader, Emilie de Ravin and Jared S. Gilmore. They've all had some pretty shitty storylines the past couple of years but they always showed up, and then they get thrown out the door for their troubles. AND they get a new actor for Jared's character. It just really, really irks me. On top of that is the fact that prior to the future scene at the end, this was the perfect ending for the show. Evil is defeated and everyone gets their happy endings/beginnings. Except they don't, because something has gone down to ruin it all. And we know that at the very least Regina, Rumple and Hook will be miserable since they'll somehow be separated from their friends/family. No thank you. I'm happy going out with that Last Supper reenactment being the last thing I see of these characters.
  3. Damn, it's a complete bloodbath. So the only mains surviving are Regina, Rumple and Hook? And all of them will be without their True Loves? Sounds delightful.
  4. With Emma gone I doubt I'll be back for season 7. Emma, Snow, David and Rumple were my reasons for watching way back when. Emma will now be gone, from what I've heard Snow and David will also be gone, and Rumple's character was destroyed years ago. I'm fine with season 6 being my last.

    MSNBC

This HuffPost article goes into depth about Andy Lack's plans for MSNBC and Brian Williams. I'm usually at work all day so I don't really care if the daytime hours crash and burn. As long as they leave Chris, Rachel and Lawrence alone, I'm fine.
  6. I'm off today so I have MSNBC on in the background while I get some things done. The abysmal Steve Kornacki just had on the criminal Alberto Gonzales, he of the, "Torture? Nah, I'll just change the definition of torture" fame. That guy has no business being on ANY news shows. He should be happy Obama never prosecuted Bush Administration officials for their actions during the Bush years. I cannot believe MSNBC had him on as a pundit, let alone the deference with which Kornacki spoke to him.
  7. From what I recall, Rachel started as being a talking head on multiple MSNBC shows. Then Keith started having her on a lot, then he made her his fill-in host for when he had off. Eventually, he pushed for her to have her own show. Weirdly, I remember a couple months after he left someone asked him in an interview if they were still friendly since he was off the network, and he said that she had never contacted him after his final episode. Contact goes both ways, so he's equally at fault, but they must not have been too close if they simply stopped talking to each other that easily.
  8. I was watching the trailer when I realized with horror that I was feeling uncomfortable. Not because of anything I was seeing, but because I instinctively thought of how toxic Belle and Rumple are. Thanks, OUaT. You may have contaminated a beloved part of my childhood.
  9. I hope today convinces MSNBC not to have the open air/audience panels anymore. I never liked them, but I can't hear a thing tonight with all the chanting.
  10. It reminded me of how "Up with Chris Hayes" was run. Have a panel spend multiple segments going in-depth on a topic. The 8 p.m. show is much more conventional in how it structures its' segments.
  11. "Yes, we're live at 11. Why? I don't know!" At least Chris is honest about this bizarre 11 p.m. special edition.
  12. I'm torn watching this coverage. I actually watch CSPAN during the convention hours because I want to hear what's happening without interruptions. Then I tune in to MSNBC after the recess gavel. I enjoy Rachel and Lawrence, and I appreciate Steve Schmidt and Nicole Wallace. Brian Williams alone nearly ruins it though. God in heaven, he is such a smarmy little shit. The "road warriors" I can take or leave. Afterward, I really enjoy Chris Hayes, Joy Reid and Michael Steele. But fucking Tweety drives me up a wall. I'm watching right now and he's so obnoxious with his insider love. Also, as someone who lives ten minutes outside of Philly, I cannot take his constant videos of getting people to do "Philly things". Alright, rant over.
  13. I usually do the same, but for some reason last night I decided to leave it on. I should've run screaming for the hills when he started by saying we're back in 90's politics. I can't believe how rude he was with that guest. Shouting over her, constantly interrupting her, etc. I've mentally given him a lot of leeway for the past while since I want to support lgbt members of the media, but as of last night I'm elevating (or downgrading) him to my Inner Circle of Shittiness which, until this point, had only been occupied by Luke Russert.
  14. I can't believe nearly half of the show tonight was devoted to those pranksters who crash political rallies. I can't imagine why she thought that was newsworthy.
  15. I'm morbidly excited about this. MSNBC made a deal with the devil when they decided to go all Trump, all the time. Their sidelining, then canning, of Melissa Harris-Perry, followed by their hiring of Rick Tyler (who is pretty awful as a talking head in and of itself. he just sits there looking uncomfortable) was the perfect encapsulation of the new MSNBC. I can't wait to watch it all far apart on them.
