  1. I liked the episode. I actually thought it was Abigail who cut the plant because she had mentioned earlier in the episode that she would love to be able to grow one (and she was acting sneaky when she was near the plant, and surprised that there were other people there). I thought the plant only affected Cassie, Grace and Abigail since it has been cut (and that the reason the boyfriend got a rash, was because of it's affect on Cassie and that she can't sense anything now). I also thought it was quite rude of Stephanie to assume that Cassie was going to give her something from the shop (although I'm constantly yelling at the TV about there is no way Cassie makes any money at that store because she is always giving product away). I don't like Abigail. She seems too devious and full of herself. I also don't like it when she has scenes with Grace because I don't think the scenes fit. Why can't Grace ever talk to her sister or sister in law about these things. especially boy stuff. I'd like to see Grace have more interaction with her siblings (I'd also like to see their reactions to Cassie dating, considering that she is only their step mom. even though it is weird for Grace to see her mom dating, I would think it would be much harder on Brandon and Lori).
  2. Why couldn't they just get a search warrant for those videos that every body kept saying he had? If he's denying that he ever kissed/had sex with any of the women , then wouldn't a tape showing that he was lying prove he was guilty (cos he wasn't even claiming anything was consensual , he was just denying that it ever happened). And I don't know why they didn't go after him for witness tampering when the threatened exposing the guys daughter cos she had been arrested. I also took issue with him threatening to sue the NYPD for slander and defamation of character when they were investigating him. Since when does an investigation based on someone's allegations amount to slander? And I can't believe that Benson and Dodds didn't say or do anything when he threatened to report on false news about them.
  3. It took me a while to figure out where I knew dr. Mom from. The nanny having a shrine was a bit over the top. I didn't mind Tucker and Benson together (even if he did seem a lot older then Benson - on account of one of them dyes, and the other doesn't). They've been together for nearly 2 years. I was expecting Tucker to retire, move in with them, and be Noah's full time dad. I feel bad for Noah who seems to have gotten used to Tucker being in his life and now he'll no longer see him (although I thought it was odd that at the end, Noah referred to him as "Tucker" and not "Ed".)
  4. I thought that Laurie did a great job on her redemption dance. I was expecting 10's across the boards for it and was disappointed tha CA and julianne only gave 9. My biggest issue with the 9's is that there comments gave ZERO indication that they thought there was something wrong with the dance. They both praised her to the fullest and then they docked her a mark. If you're going to give less than a 10, you should say why on earth you're docking the marks. How the heck is someone going to improve if you give them rave reviews but then turn around and take off a point. (Especially when someone else stumbled and still got 9 and a 10)
  5. I read that the argument between Gibson and Virgil occurred because Virgil was harrassing Paget and saying very inappropriate things to her. (I have no idea if that is true or not). The rumor that Gibson started to walk away and then turned and kicked because he thought Virgil was coming after him is interesting- because if that was the case then Gibson might not completely be at fault cos I can understand why one might be defensive and nervouse if the guy that he had just had an argument with was that close to him that he could kick him. (Because if I just got into an argument with someone and i started walking away and the person started following me, I would be probably be scared/nervous/spidey senses tingling).
  6. I was surprised that Jesus ended up with a nail in his head (did they say it went up through his nose?) Did Jude really get addicted to marijuana that fast? And why did he have to buy it from the dealer at school instead of just ask his friend for some more. (Maybe the school should keep better eyes on their students, since it seem so easy to get the marijuana in the open at school). Can someone fill me in on the restraining that was taken out against Brandon? I don't think I saw all of the first season so I'm a bit confused as to what grounds they gave a judge so that he issue one, why did they feel it was necessary to get one (I understand that callie and brandon were developing feelings for each other, I just don't see why that would prompt a restraining) and why on earth would Brandon ever want anything to do with his moms ever again after they filed a restraining order against him in order to protect a foster child they just met.
  7. Personally, I'd like to see Meredith come back to moderate (even thought there's no way that's going to happen). I think she was best moderator the show ever had (in fact, I feel like things really started going to go down hill after she left the show - probably because they then started having a rotating door of co-hosts)
  8. I'm actually surprised that Benson didn't start thinking that he was about to propose , which would be the natural assumption after he gave the little speech, and used her middle name and then so casually got down on one knee (I'll admit, how he ended up on one knee was very smooth - if he was going to propose). I'm not sure if having him get down on one knee was for the director/producer to tease the audience, or if the actual script called for the actor to crouch down and he felt that that was too uncomfortable and just ended up on one knee. (I can't imagine that there was anybody who watched that scene being filmed who didn't think it looked like he was going to proposed).
  9. I really enjoyed this episode. I know Liv was beating herself up about it for not checking to see Munson had a weapon, but I don't even know if they legally could search him. They weren't there because of a domestic violence issue (nor has there ever been a domestic violence issue). They were there because the wife just wanted back up in leaving just in case of his temper (but the wife had never said if he had struck her before). I'm not sure why it took the wife so long to get home. Wouldn't she have rushed home , grabbed the kids, packed a couple of essentials in a suitcase and have time to leave before her husband was able to raise enough money for bail (but apparently she had enough time to pick up a rental car?) (I did laugh when Rollins called Liv to say "we have a little situation going on up here" and Liv resonded "yea well, me too" - then they panned out to see the ambulance, swat teams, cop cars) I can't believe they killed little Dodds, as soon as he started slurring his words I knew he was gone. Did we know he had a fiance? It just seemed a bit weird that Dodds would have a fiance who lived in Chicago cos I always got the impression that Dodds had been in NY his whole life/career. The hospital seen was heart breaking, especially seeing big Dodds finally break down. I feel that up until that point he was trying to distract himself from the situation. Liv walking down the hallway was emotional, I didn't think I'd be so upset at his character dying. The funeral was heartbreaking - why wasn't Fin carrying the casket? Was he not the right height? (I loved how Liv confessed to Rollins that Dodds had admitted he had leaked that tape). The Tucker / Benson/ Noah scene was adorable. I thought for sure he was about to propose when he ended up so casually on one knee. (And it looked like Liv might have though that too). I think I like Benson being with Tucker. Although I swear at times he acts more "fatherly" than "boyfriendly". He seemed to be good with Noah which is nice. (I can't believe her middle name is Margaret? 17 seasons to figure it out, and that was all they could come with??) I do think this is one of the best finales they've had in a while, especially since it didn't leave us with a cliff hanger.
  10. I'd also like to know how she found out she couldn't have children, since often that is something women discover while they're trying to have children. And not something that is discovered by accident. I really feel like Jodie is the breakout performance on this revival.
  11. I'm not sure about video , but I know in spots audio recordings work that way. But I was trying to say that airing the footage of the squad was illegal. Since on a lot of reality shows they blur out the people in the background. And I agree about giving Larisa a show (another one). I've been a fan of hers for years. (Alex Mack, Baby-sitter's club movie, 10 things i hate about you).
  12. I actually enjoyed this episode. The date bar scene with Liv and Tucker was cute but I loved the scene with Rollins and Carisi (and baby and Frannie). Rollins really does like her reality TV doesn't she? (At least that's some continutity). So when are the two of them going to start dating? Carisi is way too nice to get caught up in Rollins drama. (But yay for carisi with a baby!). Loved seeing Larisa Oleynik on it. I thought for sure she was sleeping around with the contestant cos they never did explain how the victim got an STD from the rapist when they had apparently all been tested prior to the show. But i'm glad she wasn't entirely involved in it (I can definitely see how she felt bulllied into not saying anything). My thought on filming the SVU squad - when they walked into the house then they probably had every right to film and air that footage, however - the stuff that was filmed when the entered the squad room should have been illegal to air and possible film. No waivers were signed by the squad. And the fact that they bugged her hotel room is quite creepy (and illegal). Also - I guess the entire squad is well aware of tucker's and liv's relationship? Because no one is questioning why IAB is just hanging out in the squad room
  13. I'm sad to see Jodie go. I've been wanting her to win since the beginning. I do feel like the judges have been inconsitent in their scores with her. There have been times when not judge made a critique about the dance and would give her an 8, and other times when they've commented on something and given her a 9. I do feel if she had had val for a partner she would have gone further in the competition- because val knows how to choreograph and teach, whereas Keo hasn't had that much experience with it (he's usually been out by the second elimination so he hasn't been required to give perfect score dances - nor has he had a partner that could have actually accomplished them. ) I can't help but compare Jodie to Candace - Candace placed third and I don't feel like she was anywhere near the dancer the Jodie is, plus Jodie had no hesitance with dressing or dancing a little sexy like Candace is. So I had had high hopes that Jodie would place 1st or 2nd. I think a 9 for wanya was way too high. I feel like he usually looks awkward and clunky when he dances. I thought the judges dances were nice. I really liked Bruno's. Len's seemed clunky aat times I think Jodie left like a pro - she didn't pout or seem angry (like Kim did last week) even though the she should have gone further. I think in a way she might have seemed relieved cos if she's starting filming fuller house this week she probably wouldn't have as much time to practice (I don't know how often they practice a day or what her filming schedule would be like).
  14. Whoopi appeared to think that the women who Bill Clinton cheated with deserved whatever wrath Hilary thought they deserved and whatever iinsults she threw at them. She also acted like these women should have known better than to get involved with a married man. And I find this is a feeling that many women have. - they get furious with the women that their boyfriend/husband/finace cheated with but the only ones that deserve any wrath is the men. They were the ones in the relationship, they were the ones that made the promises/vows.
  15. This seems to happen in all crime shows and it really really bugs me. Half the time the ones with out all the protective gear on are the ones leading the SWAT team in. I wish they would just give the lead actors the gear so it looks somewhat realistic. I enjoyed the episode. I'm not sure how many bullets Lewis had on her, but I would have started shootign as soon as the first one came out of his cell. The doors were beign opened one at a time, and the serial killers were walking towards her very slowly. When the warden first went to the control room after the prisoners starting coming out their cells, there was no one there - where were they and how did the first prisoners get there to open the rest of the cells (which i assume is what happened in order for all those doors to be opening).
  16. I enjoyed Jodie's dance and had no idea that there was lack of body contact like there was supposed to be. I did laugh at Carrie Ann telling Keo he's the one that messed up the move. I still feel like her scores didn't reflect the commentary. Often it seems like they have nothing bad to say about it and scores are only 8's, but this time they had critiques and she got 2 9's and and 8. I feel that if Jodie had been partnered with Val or Mark she would be doing much better. And Keo definitely thinks it's all about him. The Paige/Mark jive was absolutely amazing. The cartwheel - especially with Paige in heels - was very impressive. I preferred the girls dance over the guys and actually didn't even notice if they were out of sync. I actually thought that they would beat the boys since I feel like 3 of the girls are very strong dancers (i know Jodie doesn't always get the scores to show that, but I blame that on Keo) I was sad to see Kim go. But she really did seem mad and shocked that she had been eliminated, which was surprising. She must know that she wasn't the best of the bunch.
  17. Nyle didn't say that he was better than all the celebrities, he just said that they were not better than him. It's an important difference (and one that for the most part is supported by his scores). I interpreted his statement as meaning that he felt like he was on par with the celebrities. And that if he wanted to win this, he didn't need to be as good as the celebrities (cos that wouldn't guarantee a win) he needed to be as good as Val. If he could be as good as Val then he'd more than likely win (I don't believe he actually thinks he can be as good as Val, just that that is what he needs to aim for). (And I'm not a Nyle fan, I think he's overscored at times)
  18. And once again Jodie's scores don't reflect what the judges said during their critiques. Len was the only person who made any comment that indicated that it was less than perfect when he commented that they struggled a bit to get into the lift. Jodie's dance was amazing and looked to be quite difficult and I wish the judges scores would actually reflect how she danced (especially comparing to scores they give others).
  19. That was definitely Jodie's best dance of the season - she was amazing with Val (as was suspected - she wasn't necessariily the one with the problem). If they're not going to give the dancers a 10 then they should really tell them what exactly they lost the point for. Every single judge had nothign but amazing praise for Jodie and yet 3 of them gave a 9 and len only gave a 8. I don't agree with Nyle getting a 10 because there did look to be some mistakes or slight mis-steps in some of his turns (and half the time you could hardly see his feet with all the smoke).
  20. I thought it was harsh and unprofessional about the comments made of Ian. If you're asked about someone you don't like then just answer with a vague "our personalities clashed". I'm even more bothered about the fact that made fun of his name. It's his name. His parents chose it. Just because most people pronounce it differently doesn't really give her the right to make fun of it or complain about it. And his pronounciation might originate from a different country or something.
  21. I agree that she was appropriately scored in this one because i did see her make mistake, but this was the first dance that she's made obvious mistakes - and yet her scores were really no different from other nights. I think jodie has the potential to go far if Keo would just up his game a bit.
  22. I think this was probably my least favourite Jodie dance. She seemed unsure of the moves for some reason. Why were they so worried about running into the animated thing? They were nowhere near it. The way they were talking I thought the animated thing was going to be really close to them the entire dance. I'm not liking her partnership with Keo. Hopefully we'll something spectacular next week when she changes partners. Are the "celebs" this season so much better than what they were in Canadace's season? Cos Candace placed third but yet this is the second week in a row that jodie has been in jeopardy - and wrt natural talent I think Jodie is much better than candace. This is Keo's 4th season so in previous season's he was eliminated 1st , 2nd then 1st again. I think it's possible that he just doesn't have much experience teaching choreography. Is there any reasoning to which celebs each partner are paired with (cos I'm sure they don't just pull names out of a hat) (On a different note - her youngest daughter reminded me a lot of "stephanie")
  23. I would have loved to have seen a Carrie/Kelly duet - I've always wanted them to do one since they are the 2 best winners and they can each sing basically any style. But I just saw online that they've apparently been "feuding" for the past 8 years (has anybody heard anything about this?). (The same article also said that Carrie was mad that she had to do a duet and kelly got to do a medley of her own songs). I would have also loved to have seen a trio from Ruben, Clay and Kimberly locke ( i felt that the three of them worked well together). I could have done withouth the "diva trio" - I had no idea that's what they used to be called, and I never could stand Fantasia's singing (obviously a lot of America disagreed with this), and I couldn't even remember the 3rd person.
  24. There's one thing mentioned in this episode that confuses me (at least I think it's in this episode) - When Stephanie claims that she "partied all night, changed into a hideous bridesmaid dress in a uber, and still ended up looking better than the bride", and Kimmy states that that was her wedding. My question is- Why on earth would Stephanie ever be Kimmy's bridesmaid?? Even at the start of the series we don't get the impression that they've become friends as they've grown up. (Especially not on Stephanie's end). So I don't understand why Kimmy would want stephanie as a bridesmaid (or why steph would agree to it).
  25. I understand having to recast the part since the original actor only ever acted in 3 things (and hasn't done any acting in 25 years) - but I don't really understand why they wanted to bring back that character anyways. He appeared in 5 episodes of season 2. He wasn't mentioned at all for the remainder of the full house series so it didn't seem like him and steph remained friends. I personally would have preferred for them to bring back Gia
