  1. The new Curt (returned Doug) is fun to watch. He seems to have a snarky retort for both the winners and losers. Anyone going off tangent, or not responding to his questions, gets a quick cutoff and auf wiedersehen
  2. Ben Robson - Craig, needs his own thread, lol
  3. I am not really interested in any of the couples this season. I really can't stand the girl in the Southern pair, she is just too much. For her sake, I hope her reactions are producer staged, and she is really not the way she carries on, on the show. The Indian pair is boring The Orthodox Jewish pair, I just watch when they are discussing less known parts of their religion. They really should have just done, a Meet the Millers series, following the Roma family from last season, Meh.
  4. Katherine is used to getting supporters on social media, and people praising her as the star of the show that she started to believe her own press. The reunion and the rest of the cast giving it back to her, the way she gleefully does in her talking heads must have been unnerving for her. People talk about Katherine being "slut-shamed", compared to the male members of the cast, but that is not the point of contention in this case, it is more that she pointedly and knowingly slept with a group of friends, and even admitted on camera to doing it intentionally. Every time Katherine misbehaves, people are so quick to excuse her actions as being that of a young person - but she is 24. She might be younger than the rest of the cast, but in the real world, at her age, no one would be excusing her tantrums and outbursts. Katherine appears to be angry - angry that her dreams of being the next Mrs. Ravenal, Lady of the Manor, is not working out. Angry that Landon ruined whatever 'Hail Mary' attempt she was hoping to pull. Hopefully, she and the people who care for her, will take from this season that perhaps it's time she gets some help for her issues.
  5. François Arnaud is the main reason why I returned to watch this show, and now he is most likely gone. I just don't see any chemistry with the Jane and Weller actors, and them together on screen, exacerbates each actors quirks and default to bad acting. Also there was only so much current event, a pre-drawn tattoo could lead to, so I guess the show just decided to change the theme of the show, ala Alias and the Rambaldi plot in the later seasons. Wonder how it will all play out...
  6. Shep's comment about Kathryn - start at 4:20; it's not PC to mention Kathryn's behavior of sleeping with 3 male (and rich) cast members of the same show, but you can contrast that to how they speak about Cameran. Add the fact that Kathryn spent an entire season alienating the cast, and then ignoring them when the cameras were off and suddenly wants to be back in, once filming started. Maybe some of the cast decided they don't want to participate in her manipulations. Unfortunately for them, reality TV and social media loves an underdog, so Kathryn is now getting the sympathetic edit and support.
  7. With François Arnaud now on the show and actually having chemistry with Jane, it makes it hard to "ship" her with the FBI guy, and whatever that kiss before the break was - that was so forced and out of left field, and clearly an hail Mary attempt, to secure a second season order.
  8. Allowing them to film her, preparing the balls without gloves, while being occupied with other matters at the same time, was not a very smart decision.
  9. I don't understand why Josh and Megan decided to do this show. The show did not paint them or their marriage in a positive light. Nor did it do favors for their extended families. For Josh to match in Radiology and a Transitional year to boot, he must have been a pretty good student, as those two residencies are some of the harder specialties to match into. That means Josh must have some intelligence/sense. Even if he is not yet making "doctor money", I doubt this d-list show on an unknown network, with it's barely there ratings, is paying them that much, so why? It's not like he is going into a field to that he can parlay into TV doctor fame - ala Dr. Oz, or those plastic surgery shows either, so it really is odd. Is the allure for reality TV fame really that common these days, with people willing to risk so much, for so little...
  10. I thought this was an interesting episode, perharps because the Millers and their customs were the focus of the episode. At least we know their story is real, and isn't all made for TV, based on the other, young, but already married couples at the BBQ.
  11. Radiology is one of the harder fields in Medicine to Match into. So Josh must be pretty smart, to get one of the spots in that program. The one year is a clinical interniship - Prelim-Internal Medicine, Prelim-Surgery, Transitional Year- after which they will move to wherever is Residency is.
  12. The unseen clips helped Christian, but did the opposite for Ragini. Ragini not only tried to cheat during the game, but even tried to feed Veeral lines to say, during his 'Talking Head' sessions. Meghan needs to work on her insecurities. She always puts her body/herself down, despite Josh telling her he loves her, she makes him happy, etc. ps. Christian and Maria's - I love you to each other after their wedding ceremony was cute, I wonder why the editors chose to portray only the negatives. Perhaps, if they had shown a more balanced view, they wouldn't have lost a lot of the audience?
  13. I read a comment on another site, can't remember which one now, from someone who allegedly went to school with Shep, that Shep was a fan of the confederate flag - supposedly, wore it on clothing, license plate, etc. Now, this is hearsay and maybe Shep has moved on from that, or maybe the flag holds a different meaning for him. And every one knows how Thomas' dad feels about the flag, "Ravenel is a member of Moultrie Camp, Sons of Confederate Veterans, and is a supporter of the Confederate flag being flown at the South Carolina statehouse. He provoked controversy at a rally for the flag in 2000 when he referred to the NAACP as the “National Association for R******* People”.[2] Ravenel upset even more people after he apologized to mentally handicapped people for comparing them to the NAACP."
