This is what I didn’t understand, if he had 15 failures to appear, and his mom never bailed him out, who did? You can’t have a FTA if you are locked up, right? They can pull your ass out of the cell.

Actually, I think they left because Noon’s dad was very ill. His mom was an alcoholic and they were estranged for years, so there was nothing really keeping him here.
