All but the Carlton dance made me go WTF?

Many have said they'd like to come back. Karina was on KTLA just a few days ago and said she'd love to come back.

If they really want to save this show they should take a look at Tony Dovolani's IG account. Ballroom With a Twist starring Tony, Karina, Anna, Damian, Chelsie and Tristan? Sign me up for that! I still maintain that one of the biggest reasons the show has gone so far downhill is the pro cast. No one they have now comes close to the original pros. If they wanted to come back strong, they should've brought back a few of them this season. They had no problem sending Sharna and Artem packing, no reason they couldn't have done the same with any of the others to make room, including the two newbies.

My big question on her is if they'll use Ray Chew Live to perform Uptown Girl when she dances to it or if she'll be able to get Billy Joel in to perform it live.

Ray Lewis was an NFL player. That's all Erin needs to fawn all over him.

They needed to come back strong after the disaster that was Season 27 and no spring season. The casting of Spicer, along with Tom's public reaction to it, may be the final nail in the show's coffin. Not to mention all the unhappy Sharna and Artem fans.

They should've brought Karina back instead of Peta to be his partner. She guest starred on the show.

I'm sure between the big-mouth pros and the paparazzi/media, the pairings will be out within hours of being made.

All that's missing is the soap star from GH.

Tom is not happy with this season based on his tweet and his interview with ET. What a train wreck this is turning out to be, which is NOT what the show needed after such a long absence.

I'm more disappointed in the pro lineup than the less-than-inspiring cast. I don't understand their obsession with Gleb and why he would be kept over Artem. I can't stand Peta and don't know why they'd give her and her husband (because you know Maks will be showing up all over her partnership, riding her coat tails to some publicity for himself to try to stay relevant) a spotlight over Sharna, the reigning champ. I know Sharna's not well liked around here, but I would've rather seen her than Peta, Jenna or even Witney. Why not bring back a couple of old pros? I'm sure among Karina, Tony, Edyta, Anna, Louis, etc. they could have found one or two willing to return for a season. Thank God for Cheryl. I hate to say it but I'd rather see Maks out there with a partner than pretty much any of the other male pros. The male pro lineup is so weak and that's the best they could do --- get rid of Artem? And I guess we're now stuck with Jenna because she's married to Val? Weren't they dumping her just a few seasons ago? Just a complete let down.

If they were going to bring back a female pro I would have much rather seen Karina, Edyta or Anna. Peta is probably my least favorite pro.

So Peta is back. I'm going to be beyond pissed if they allow Maks to co-teach with her again like they did with Nyle. It's bad enough he'll be showing up in every rehearsal package and making his presence known in every interview she does with his good buddy Erin. It will be interesting to see how much they exploit the kid as well.

Mine too. Ridiculous they let Artem go and kept those two. If Peta is back, I wouldn't be shocked at all to see Maks back. Haven't heard anything about his restaurant or his BVI workshop with Dr. Seeds lately.

Lots of speculation out there based on his and Nikki's social media that Artem is not on this season. I'll be really pissed if they dumped him but kept that idiot Gleb.

I've never understood people saying this. The only "different" side of Maks we saw come out that season was him pushing a fake showmance so hard. Likable Maks who loved his partner and was truly enjoying being there was just as evident with Mel B, Erin and Kirstie.

I think everything these two do is odd and for no other reason than attention. And speaking of attention, apparently Val and Maks are taking their lousy acting skills back to the small screen and doing another appearance on Fuller House. Wish I knew why Candace is so obsessed with them. Nope, no announcement.

The first two cast members are being announced on GMA Monday. I'm not sure if they mean celebs or pros. If it's the latter, my money is on Val and Jenna since they love having their faces out in the media. He's hosting the new Catch 21 on GSN and she's his card turning girl.

I'm wondering if it means Julianne needs some attention.

It would be interesting if it was Andy Roddick or Brooklyn Decker.
