  1. I accidently stumbled onto this, after watching a rerun of the latest Teen Mom episode. I think Nathan thought this show would put him in a better light. Wow, was he mistaken. I feel so sad for his mom. She is clearly upset by his behavior (and I'm not just talking about the behavior directed towards her). But, he is an adult, and she knows he has a short fuse. And, she avoids conflict when interacting with him. It was pretty hilarious how there was no one in the crowd at that bodybuilding competition, tho. I missed the beginning. Who was the other woman with Jessica, when they were discussing the abuse at that little restaurant? Her hair was also too thick, dark, and shiny to be real.
  2. I haven't watched this episode yet. But, it sounds like Chelsea's family went to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, to see the dolphins from Dolphin Tale. I took my daughters there a couple years ago, because they also loved the idea of seeing Winter. But we were really disappointed. I ended up writing a scathing review on tripadvisor. The place is an overcrowded tourist trap now, and the dolphin pools were so tiny. We all wished we had never gone there. It was very sad, especially for a place that prides itself on the motto "rescue and rehabilitate". That being said, I do look forward to watching and seeing how Chelsea's experience compares to our own.
  3. Of all the producers on this show, I can't stand Jenelle's ass-kisser the most. I understand that they can't offend "the talent", but the way she just nodded at Janelle's description of stalking and harassing Barb, with a "wow" expression on her face, was just ridiculous. I'm not sure how she maintained that expression without a hysterical laugh creeping out. And what was Janelle's story as to how they ended up confronting Barb outside that restaurant? That she wanted to say hi to Jace, and just happened to track them down to that location? Other times she's complained about how long it takes to drive up to where Barb lived, but that evening they decided to go out of the their way, supposedly just to say hi to a kid who is never thrilled to see her? Briana does not want Luis to co-parent with her. She secretly hopes he will fail as a parent to Stella so that she can continue her whoa-is-me pity party. If he were to step up, she'd have nothing to mope about. By the way, my ex and I have lived 43 minutes away from each other for 9 years now. He is a very involved parent, attends all of our children's' events and sees them twice a week and every-other weekend. He just has to do a little more driving, but it helps with boundaries, as someone else on here mentioned.
  4. Hey Kail...maybe you wanna rethink Isaac's private special-snowflake preschool education, considering he can't identify a "Q" and he's entering kindergarten. Count me in as flabbergasted at the $1700/month figure, for one kid. My husband and I are split, with two kids. It is state mandated that 23% of his take-home pay be garnished for child-support. He has a good professional government job, but that still only amounts to $900/month. If it wasn't garnished I'm sure I'd have to keep a running tally on what he owes me, even though he is a decent guy. My lawyer told me it is also typical for the non-custodial parent to pay half of daycare costs, in addition to what is garnished. But, crunching the numbers for just after-school care and day-camp in the summer, yearly, he would be paying me over 60% of what he makes. Because I do decent for myself and I'm not a lazy waste-of-space, I offered in our settlement saying that in no case shall he have to pay me more than 40% of his take-home pay. I wanted him to have a decent life and afford to do well by my kids when they are with him every-other weekend. But, he's also suppose to pay half of medical bills, school fees, and extracurricular fees, which I've pretty much given up on. I was surprised that Kail and Jo don't have a court order for child-support. Yet, he must be paying her what they agreed upon, on time. Or, we'd definitely hear her go berserk about it. Jo shouldn't be scared to have it handled in court, and ask for more visitation while he's at it, especially considering how Isaac is pretty much ignored in Kail's home. I'm wondering if Jace was going to the bathroom mostly to escape from the impending screaming match that always happens when his mom and Janelle are together. He made up the potty excuse, then when they were still bickering he said he still had to potty and skedaddled. It looked like Janelle was feeding roly-poly the breading off of mozzarella sticks or something. If anything, take the breading off and give him diced up cheese, dipshit. Chelsea was even more boring than usual. If your kid is cutting up just before a photo session, and your friends are the photographers, thank them for the inconvenience, offer to buy them lunch sometime, then get out of there and stop screwing around. I thought it was curious she took her into the bathroom to "discipline" her, even though she was among friends. I'm thinking she was hiding from the cameras in embarrassment. I did love watching Pete Pig and the puppy tearing around the yard together. Lois Griffin seems way too obsessed with the idea of future Chelsea offspring. If nobody else is talking about it, why is she..constantly? I was a little delighted when Chelsea told her mom she liked her shirt, cause she recognized that a shirt like that would not and could not be ignored by the viewing audience.
  5. Kail definitely had herself dolled up to go storm through Jo's house. She so desperately wants to believe Jo has the hots for her. And the way she just walked in and toured the place would make me more concerned that she would be the one just popping over; not Jo. It was a little frightening how Javi's reply that he was sore, when Kail asked how the moving-in went, was met with a growl of, "Not that!! Was it awkward?!" She clearing does not give a shit about her husband. Nipples' whole argument that he wants Janelle to get out there an meet someone who makes her happy cause he doesn't make her happy anymore, was just like my argument when I was an immature 18 year old trying to break up with my boyfriend. Its a shame they made a baby together so quick into their relationship, cause sometimes it takes a year for you never really know whether you can stand somebody. Nips finally figured out that he can't stand her. The only thing I have to add about Leah is that I cannot stand how lax she is in properly securing her kids in the car. At a minimum the girlses should be on booster seats, and neither were, on their trip to the airport. For some reason one seat, just for Ali, magically appeared after they dropped Leah off. There was no reason why her sensible punk-haired friend (who came along for some reason) couldn't have just driven her to her airport, and avoided the whole drama with leaving the girlses. There's too much chlorine in the Messer family gene pool...they are all lacking brain cells.
  6. Jo and Vee were clearly not trying to prevent pregnancy, since they seemed kind of like they weren't thrilled about it happening so soon, but no mention of being surprised that it happened at all. I'm not conservative or all obsessed with the idea of traditional families, and I realize unplanned pregnancies do happen. But I really don't understand a woman TRYING to have a baby with a guy who isn't committed to her. I realize they are in a committed relationship, but now Vee, Janelle, and Leah have tried and succeeded in creating a baby.. a little human being.. with a guy who is nothing more than the boyfriend of the moment. My opinion of Vee has dropped because of this pregnancy, but I have no doubt she will be a wonderful mother.
  7. When Cory and Miranda put the girls to bed, they said "you've got school tomorrow." So, I guess the 50/50 arrangement has taken effect. Now I'm just sad for them when they are back in Leah's care and the way there is no consistency, especially on school nights, is really going to be detrimental to those girls. When you always go to bed at midnight is one thing. When you go to bed at a decent time for several days, then have to stay up late the next few days, that could really mess you up. Its no wonder they're all crabby. When people on here refer to Ali as "special needs", its really the other two who I view as having special needs. Ali is so mild, and so helpful, and she never needs anyone to entertain her or kiss her butt. God bless that little lady. I find it hilarious how Nipples has screamed at Janelle that he doesn't want to be with her, but she keeps wearing that ring. If he called off their engagement, does she not have enough pride to remove that ring herself. Neither of them love one another, but Nipples in particular is terrified of losing his housing, meal ticket, and taxi service. That all discussion about how he messed up, was him being terrified of having to provide for himself. Chelsea's court attire disappointed me, as well. She's dressed up more...for her graduation, to watch Aubree in a preschool program, or even to just visit with her friends.
  8. Did anyone else notice Leah bitching to Germy about the bank overdraft on a *gasp* Land Line? Come to think of it, I can't remember seeing her on a cellphone the entire episode, except for when she showed her friend that ridiculous "happy anniversary" text she had sent. Gee..I wonder of a cell bill wasn't paid? Also, Leah's constant companion/babysitter/sounding board said "I get it. I'm a mom." Then why are you never with your kids and always with Leah's?! Taylor really disappointed me. But, I saw it coming from a mile away. When their attorney mentioned how this would screw up if either of them went back with Adam a couple of episodes ago, she scratched her nose and gave a very unconvincing nod. Did I hear Janelle correctly? When she headed out the door with Roll, and Nips was asking for the ring back it sounded like she said "Don't worry, I'll take it off before I go out tonight." Please god, I sure hope she didn't drop that baby off at a random place so she could "party", but I wouldn't put it past her..just like when Jace was that age.
  9. I hope that next season they pair up some people who are maybe a little overweight, or older, or something to set them apart. These three women were far too similar. I liked Jaclyn early on, when she talked about the importance of an emotional connection. For a fleeting moment, I thought she was down to earth and not too hung up on herself, but was totally put off by her attitude at the alter. Granted, her Ryan does look better when he keeps his lips closed. But he seems like a really genuine and great guy. I'd definitely date him. When Jessica's mom gave the other Ryan a big thumbs up, and said "perfect!" I thought yep, they do look like they deserve each other. As long as they aren't always fighting for space in front of the mirror, this might actually work. And I gotta say, I'm rooting for Sean and Davina. I admire her for having a magnificent chest to waist ratio, but not flaunting it. And, she is articulate and sort of a sweetheart. Dave is a gem himself. I admire him for letting himself go naturally gray and still being hot. I really don't want to see the two of them get on each other's nerves, at all.
  10. Just the commercials make my blood pressure spike. I can't imagine mocking or rolling my eyes at my kids, on television none the less. But, here I am watching an episode from 2011, of some RV trip where she brought along extra people to take care of her kids, then bitches bout how they're all unorganized. She's the biggest baby on the trip, and this is not entertaining. I will NOT be tuning in tonight.
  11. I guess all of us on here owe Christine an apology, cause we don't agree with polygamy and we think they're all nutty. If her "acting" wasn't so over-the-top, I might actually feel sad for her, for so easily perceiving threats against her. Its not normal. I agreed with Jody on this one. Those idiot "moms" rearranging everything in Maddie's apartment was not cute or fun. Meri said it was an expression of love. These people are so hard to understand. Ditto on the marshmallows. There's no way those a-holes cleaned them up. I wonder if they were actually in a State or a National Park when they littered/polluted.
  12. I'm guessing Maddie has a job doing landscaping/maintenance on campus, before the deluge of students arrive at the end of the summer. My cousin had a job like this at her university, and it was NOT easy work. Have any of these teens had a part-time job while in high school? This could be a real wake-up call. I would not have been such a good sport, watching my parents crudely mock my emotional youth on that home-movie, in front of my friends. What is wrong with these people!? I couldn't stick this out longer than an hour. When Robyn made her angry face, imitating how she couldn't speak up when discussing MSWC's new direction, it seriously terrified me.
  13. Sorry, Mykelti.. but my 10 yr old draws similar dresses. When Kadouche was talking about how fashion should be modest, I had a "wtf" moment, considering half his wives wear those obscene yeast-infection inducing jeans. How similar Janelle looked to Maddie, with that dark wig on, must have scared the crap out of Maddie. Give up the damn joory business!!
  14. I've never been to Vegas, but that hotel looked very podunk to me, and probably far off the strip. The pool looked no better than a Comfort Inn type of place. Brady mentioned how the timing was bad because he wouldn't be there for Pauly, as golden boy gets ready to leave. But, not one mention of Brady wanting to maybe hang out some with his oldest son before he leaves for 2 yrs. Brady really is a pathetic excuse for a "dad". It was interesting when Rosemary basically admitted that she got wrangled into this polygamy bullshit for some kind of salvation in the afterlife. It seemed to me that after having lived it, she regrets it and sees the BS for what it is.
