  1. Why not? Dolores has been wearing iterations of the same clothes for 30 years. If MiB/William doesn't go to the park that often....once per year? Once every few years? No reason why it couldn't hold up. (FWIW I just purchased a vintage 1985 tshirt on eBay and it's in like-new condition.) Alternatively, when William first arrives at the park, the greeter host tells him that the clothes are all bespoke. So William decides that was his favorite shirt style of the various ones that he's tried, and upon his return visits they crank out a few more for him.
  2. FWIW, I gasped and fist-pumped because I've been well into the William=MiB camp for weeks now.
  3. How do you account for the completely different eye colors? And narratively, there's not much dramatic heft in sadistic, black-hat Logan aging into MiB. Nice-guy, blue-eyed Billy, though...that's tragic.
  4. I agree. And yet there are people who think that Ben Barnes could conceivably age into Ed Harris, so ...
  5. Oh, poor Logan is screwed, isn't he?
  6. I was very disappointed in this episode; seemed to lose all of the momentum built up by episode 2. (And on a shallow note: My primary interest in this show is Ben Barnes. I did not sign up for an hour of a Hemsworth and James Marsden.) Enjoyed Hopkins filling in some of the "mysterious backstory" for us. For those pondering the flowchart of Dolores' narrative... The discoverwestworld site posted a flowchart of Dolores' narrative.
  7. I'm probably reading too much into it, and watch too many tv shows, but to me it felt like the entire end scene with the scriptwriter's "Will make it look like Hieronymus Bosch was painting kittens"/vivisection/self-cannibalism speech then Ford's take-down of it was a meta commentary on George R.R. Martin/GoT. Which I wholeheartedly endorse. Meanwhile, I'm 100% Team Ben Barnes and co-signing the annoyance on how the bi-sexuality was handled. I hope we get further Ben Barnes orgy scenes in future to correct it. The Reddit theory has me tripping. Come to think of it, there was something very "retro" about the Westworld Logo on their arrival level that has been nagging at me.
  8. In the first or second episode, one of the kids says "douchebag" and the someone else says "chill." I was the roughly same age as the protagonists in 1983, and absolutely nobody said either of these words.
  9. I've found a huge number of episodes from 1991-92 on YouTube. Apparently, they were aired on SoapNet several years back and some wonderful people had the foresight to keep them and upload them all to YouTube. I began watching AW in 1990, so these episodes are the peak years for me; I don't know what I'm going to do once I've watched them all!
  10. I cannot WAIT for this show. I confess, though, that I'm watching it purely for Ben Barnes and I have paralyzing anxiety that his character will be killed off within the first 3 episodes, because that would just be typical Ben Barnes luck.
