  1. I mean the whole point is you do not have to be traditionally 'pretty' to find your person, it should be based on your character. If there's something really off putting then ok, but I don't see any deal breakers with her looks. I just think Lucas didn't really get her or wasn't ready for that type of relationship. Nothing on her. On the other hand, Catya should have broken off with Christopher way earlier, she could barely stand to be in the same room with him or have her touch her hair (lots of cringing on her part). And maybe it's just a Swedish thing (lots or European friends and relatives) but do guys normally were pearls? Just asking.

    S02.E04: Maya

I think they are trying to change up the dynamics, see what works. I prefer the chemistry of them being more work focused as opposed to last season's family drama. Now If I could only remember what the car bombing was all about.

I hate these contrived roadblocks/issues. Nicki's boss can certainly tell her in no uncertain terms she can't have her ex on the team, and cant' bring a hacker in the building.

    S07.E03: Capsized

I missed some of the plot points. How was Lola a smuggler? Or did she just inadvertantly enable her boyfriend?
  5. Makes no sense. How often can they plant moles to 'go after' 51? and why? what's in it for the chief of paramedics, not like she can get his job? Just stay in your lane and do your own work, sounds like there's plenty to go around.
  6. That makes sense, I mean, she kept saying 'this wasn't what you said in the pods... I didn't sign up for this'. That seemed wacky for one night for an hour. In general, I found this a disappointing season. AD had so many red flags in the pods, she even said Clay was a typical bad boy she'd try to change. THey were all just boring or neurotic, maybe they need to change something up? Why not real adults, not in their 20's, like 'the golden bachelor'?
  7. I fast forwarded through 20 minutes of it, how much can you rehash this already? I can't believe after the whole season we got no true 'update' on Chelsea and Jimmy (who is no great 'catch' in my eyes anyway, not much personality but yeah Chelsea was WAYYY too clingy and out there. 'tell me every minute how much yo love me, never leave me for an hour...)..
  8. I don't think Rob actually saw Kim as a threat. Rather it strengthened his hand to show that 'if you come after the king you better not miss'. I remember on the Amazing Race a team wrote a blistering letter on why they were u-turning Rob and Amber and they just looked at each other, 'do you know who that is? no idea'. Point is Rob does not think about people very much, just the game.
  9. On a shallow note, what in the heck did Sharon wear to the roller rink? Roller rink? Could she be portrayed as any more infantile? And back off Jake and Cara, how is this any of your business? Annoys the heck out of me because I've admired the actress for years in other roles. This is just WAY beneath her talents.
  10. My prediction... Kim did not deny what she said, but said she only told one person. Rob said he heard it from many people. Kim and Rob will pair up to get rid of sneaky red head next?
  11. I don't see why people should be 'crying' to go up against the banker. Isnt' that why they signed up for the show?
  12. I hated that 'date'. Sharon trying to come off all innocent, 'how could you misread this?' You don't spend 18 hour days pouring out your soul to someone and it never comes up that, hey, glad we can be friends as I work through my marital angst.
  13. Exactly, you can't avoid reviews. Unless you call directly, if you book on sites like Expedia you see reviews. And how did the 2 detectives get on the island so fast if the ferry couldn't even get through? Makes no sense.
  14. I have mixed feelings about Rob. I like him and enjoy watching him play. But it feels like he should be on an 'elite' version with other massive game players. It was like when I first tried to learn to play bridge, and was told I should know every play I'd make one the cards are dealt. That's how far ahead he is looking, not just making it to the next play. My problem with this game scenario is there's no weekly payoff for the 'winner' other than not going home. Adding to the group pot only comes in if they make it to be the last player.
  15. I don't know why but the woman who plays the main character looks different to me, even went on imdb to see if she was replaced
  16. I think that ship has sailed. She came on too strong too quick, put a big target on her back. I'm not sure about this show yet, its kind of a filler for me at this point.
  17. I lliked it at first, but they are throwing too much at the celing to see what will stick.
  18. I felt Boden's speech pre-ceremony was inappropriate, he could have saved it for the reception toasts. Officiants should not be so long winded, keep it focused on the ceremony itself. Other than that, yeah, underwhelmed.
  19. I completely lost all hope when hobo George started on with his mind games...'you lost her' and 'you lost someone too, who was it'? like why can none of them just be as stupid as we know they are. And of course Maddie was missing for a month and not assaulted. Guess the demographics wouldn't work any other way?
  20. I'm sorry Gus will be out of the picture, he was good for her. But he was a bit of a d*k coming in uninvited and judging her chaos without letting her talk at all. I don't fault him dropping by, but it seems like he could have heard her out.
  21. From what I recall when they checked videos ...because of course cameras are everywhere... he was just a shadow figure with a big coat and a nefarious cane or hat, something sinister like that.
  22. I never found Bode attractive, but he was hard to look at this episode. I recognized his cellmate from 'American Auto' which I watched for Ana Gasteyer, probably the only sitcom I watched in forever. The rest of the episode was a bit of whiplash, trying to keep track of who was doing what now and why. Sharon's story was ridiculous. I know someone who donated a kidney to her husband, and both were practically quarantined due to risk of infections. But sure, Sharon can go on the front line, just like her last season transplant prep was one IV and a wheelchair. Ridiculous show, I don't think I'll keep watching once everything else is back. The only characters I like are Manny and Eve, and they don't get enough story time.
  23. You're right, I remember the non-family Thanksgiving or something. I guess he just rubbed me the wrong way this time!
  24. Not sure if I really care, but can someone remind me about Remy's brother drama? I remember his 'friend' ended up being the guilty party because of some girl. what was the big lie from the sister? and no surprise no one on the team likes remy. way out of line the way he talked to nina. and go out to dinner with them, he never tries any team bonding. just a horrible boss/leader.
  25. Its almost impossible to watch, the screen is black 90% of the time. and the woman who's husband was killed has no emotion? can the writing get any worse?
