I disagree with those thoughts! I would be bothered if I were you too! I definitely do not think all or most Southerners are those things at all. i will also add that I was actually surprised at the beginning of the season when they ran the preview and I heard Leanne’s comments. I thought she was inclusive and wouldn’t think or say something like that. I was very wrong. I didn’t feel shocked that Brandi would say something offensive but I do think she seemed to be trying to be a better person this season so hopefully she will see the errs of her ways and try to do better in the future.

Agreed which is why I caveated my statement. But just to reiterate, I do not think all rich white southerners are racists and I am positive there are racists everywhere. And I get (and agree with) your point that people elsewhere may just be more cautious with their words and not actually be more pure in thought. Saying I am not surprised that rich white people from Dallas say problematic things does not oppress rich white Southerners. Putting people down for being Mexican or Asian is oppressive to those people. Saying rich southern white ladies are likely to say something racist is not applicable to many many women but it doesn’t make it a dangerous statement like Leanne or Brandi’s blatant racism. Brandi does have a chance to be better than Leanne and give a sincere apology quickly and not double down for months and then say I’m sorry if I offended you, I’m not racist, I have a gay friend.

Why? Rich white people especially from the South do not have a great track record in this arena. This is not to say that all rich white Southern people are racist or that they aren’t racists everywhere . But the odds were high IMO that one of these ladies was going to say something problematic.

Ugh Brandi come on!!! It is offensive, bottom line, and she hasn’t sincerely apologized. It’s not surprising any of the white cast members from Dallas have been outed as racist. It was just a matter of time. That is probably why they were all hesitant to call Leann out. Leann should realize that this doesn’t make her any better or Brandi wrong about Leann being racist. That was such a weird and disturbing comment but D’Andra’s reaction was hilarious and so nonchalant for telling someone she was going to throw them off the roof. And Leeanne barely reacted, it was such a non issue. I don’t like D’Andra but I appreciate how over Leanne she is. She was spot on pointing out how dramatic Leeanne’s apology was and how it made her the victim and most hurt party rather than Kam.

Wow, that was disturbing. If that had been Court behaving that way towards Kam rather than Leeanne, I would tell her, Run before he starts beating you. That was abusive behavior - going off on her when she did nothing wrong, mess with her self esteem by telling her her rep is ruined, and then finishing with the over the top apology and saying she was just being protective. Creepy and disturbing. I do not think Leeanne should be on this show anymore. I hope everything is okay with Travis' dad although I am guessing it is not. On a lighter note, I thought it was funny when Travis jumped in the pool and Stephanie said "who was that??" I appreciate that Stephanie apologized on instagram for not speaking up against Leeanne's racism at the time.

Stephanie for sure. She is a good decent human and also fun. I have always liked Brandi for some reason (fully acknowledging she has very wrong in the past on many occasions). She seems like she is trying to be kinder this year but not boring - not always agreeing w Leanne but not antagonizing her either. If I disregard Kameron’s bitchiness toward Stephanie both this year and last year, I could like her. D’Andra is so boring and unlikeable this year! I did like the cooking challenge but that’s like one segment all year. She should be worried about getting cut. Maybe she and Leanne will make up since her storyline is boring and Leanne needs an ally. Im indifferent towards Kary and Cary. Leanne should be fired for her repeated racism. However, I think the show would be fatally boring without her - like Southern Charm after disgusting Thomas was rightfully fired.

LMAO, so true! Leann is highly religious? Oh. Ok. Kary and Leanne are both such assholes. Leanne exposed her racist side THREE TIMES in this episode. I wish Kameron, Brandi, and Stephanie called her out on it. I understood Stephanie somewhat saying she didn't want to get into with Leanne when she was so upset but she could have said, "hey, you have reason to be upset but it is wrong to bring ethnicity into this." Also, she said she was worried about dying but the fortune teller already told her she wasn't going to get murdered LOL. Leanne's punishment should be having to say her racist comments about Kary to Kelly Dodd. I'm sure that would go well (although let's not forget Kelly telling Heather Dubrow that she must be funny because she is Jewish.) Kary was ridiculous saying that Leanne can dish it but not take it (true) but then storming off when Kam and Brandi were trying to explain why she was being so rude. Leanne SOBBING in the lobby was also so over the top. Kary and Leeanne bitching about each other the whole day to everyone else was so obnoxious. I don't think anyone else even cared. Stephanie's wig in her confessional is not my favorite. I loved Kam's dinner outfit! I am not a fan of her really but her fashion is almost always great.

I loved Kary's line "D'Andra is Momma Dee meets......prostitute?" and also Stephanie saying she should go to the bank and get money out of the trust. My other favorite line was when Bryan was trying to figure out why he hadn't been to Medieval Times in so long and Travis said "because you didn't want go." Also, Leann to her dogs - "Alright, biscuit eaters." Olivia to Kary - "It's all glitter." I think Kameron reminds Stephanie of the women who bullied her mom. That's not all Kameron's fault but Kam seems like such a petty beyotch. Stephanie is better off letting her go. Kary is not going to get financial independence from her jewelry line. Did she have a career before marrying Eduardo? I think Kary's observation was correct that Leann likes to belittle D'Andra. I do think they miss each other's friendship. I want to know more about Sarah and Tami, Travis' sisters! Bruin is so cute! Kameron's "friend" appeared to actually be her seamstress. And "Smart Blonde" Kam doesn't know the word disparaging? I did like her efforts to bond with HIlton although it should be THAT hard to bond with an 8 year old. It's clear she likes sports and animals so maybe try ike the zoo or a pet rescue or horse back riding... I do appreciate that she is trying to bond on Hilton's terms though and not trying to make Hilton like her.

What the hell was Leeann’s LEWK in the confessional with weird black beaded ribbons in her hair?? Good lord!!! echo everyone that no food was terrible. In other cases, like Stephanie cited when the bride and groom are poor, it’s fine but Leeane’s was bad and downright strange. Champagne food truck but no real food? Not even appetizers? I also don’t believe that the five hour gap was so they could have sex. Like wtf come up with a better excuse. No one believes that’s the reason. I agree that Brandi probably needs to better discipline her kids but I took her comment to Brian as a warning, like be prepared, you have to deal with his fit now. I loved DAndra and Jeremy’s cooking competition! How fun! I don’t live DAndra but that seemed like a great time.

Oh god Kameron is so awful, blowing things incredibly out of proportion. It’s fine to be annoyed at Stephanie and Brandi for canceling at the last minute. But good god, get over it. It’s not that big of a deal. For any event, there are bound to be last minute cancellations. It doesn’t make it okay to cancel last minute but it happens. I’m glad Stephanie is done with her. I’m neither team Dee or D’Andra but it is not a good look to have no savings when you have been getting lots of money your whole life. Kam was unintentionally hilarious when she said she couldn’t believe that Steph would say they only had a surface level friendship because they had just worked out together on Monday. Kam clearly does not have real friends. Does she have a real personality? What is she really like i don’t like that Kary choose Leann’s party to confront her about D’Andra (or ever) but I did love how unbothered she was by the yelling.

I was hoping I was going to like Kam this year but I don't. She was so over the top claiming that she WAS ATTACKED!!!! She started some bullshit about cliques and Brandi called her out and that was being ATTACKED! Hearing the f word is so hurtful!!!!!! I'm sure she was wasted so I would chalk it up to that but the previews make me think she is still acting like she was sooooo hurt by Brandi saying fuck the next day. It's similar to the bashing a baby stupidity from last year. We need Cary Deuber to call her and be like no, stop, no one feels bad for you. I'm sure she doesn't because regret doesn't seem to be her thing but I hope Kameron felt bad watching this episode, seeing herself bitching about Brandi and Stephanie going off to talk to each other when they were actually having a heart to heart about Steph's depression being triggered by the suicide talk. I don't really feel sorry for Brandi but I did think she looked prettier than usual when she standing in the pool looking all sad. How were they all not D'Andra level wasted?? It seemed like they drank sooooo much! Stephanie! Hugs to you! You can be sad sometimes and people will still love you. Kary is trying her best to get mixed up in dramz. Her "let's all be positive and light and love" was kind of annoying.

Yeah, it appeared they had each other's phone number, too. I think she just knew she was being unprofessional and was embarrassed to contact him. I liked that Jeremy didn't buy into her BS excuses. And I am glad that D'Andra ultimately admitted she was wrong.

I assumed she and Travis were sleeping at 1:30am. Then Travis got up and left early to be at the office and ready for a meeting at 8am. Stephanie was probably still sleeping and didn't check her phone. It was hilarious that Travis signed off with Happy birthday! When was this trip filmed was it right after the RHONY episode when LuAnn is bitching about Dorinda's fish room? Did Leann see and that and think, I need to recreate that for us? LOL! Leann was super ruder about the whole bed sharing thing although I would definitely not want to sleep in the same bed either. The reasonable thing to do would be to have taken Kary aside and explain that she was uncomfortable with that and would it be okay if she slept in another room? Like in that RHONY episode, Dorinda was fine with Bethenney politely requesting a specific room ahead of time but pissed at Luann for being over the top and rude about it. It's not like Kary was purposefully treating her guests poorly. She thought it would be a fun idea (although it wasn't) and she was participating, too. The other ladies played along. Kary was so wrong to ask Leann why she never had kids. That was thoughtless and rude. I don't want to tell Leann who is clearly still hurting so much how to deal with her pain. But talking about her suicide to retaliate against Kary seems wrong, especially with Stephanie and D'Andra. Stephanie looked pretty upset. I hope Stephanie is seeing a real therapist and not just the life coach. As far as life coaches who appear on Bravo shows, this life coach wasn't bad but I would think Stephanie needs more than a life coach to deal with her depression and anxiety (and I would guess that she does have additional help from a doctor). Kameron's "Weigh me" was her best line since the $200 starbucks card line from last year. I had to fast forward through the wedding dress scene - boring, weird, and so long.

For every successful or popular or smart or somehow achieving woman, there is a rumor that she is not nice. Jesus, Kelli, get a grip about Jalyn. Unprofessional is the term people use when they can't come up with a valid criticism of someone's behavior. I think it WAS professional for Jalyn to remove herself for a few minutes. She is a human not a sexy dance robot; sorry, Cowboys organization!

I'm kind of sick of her saying this. I think it is more Mama Dee and less "Dallas society." I do feel for her being among the skinny minis in this cast (sort of like Kathryn Dennis and the other super duper skinny Southern Charm girls) and LeeAnn did make that horrible statement about her eating everything in this episode. That was really awful of her to say. LeeAnn's confessional make up when was talking about the roast not being a roast was insane. Blend that contour, girl! This episode was overall really boring. My favorite part was LeeAnn walking over the grates on her way into Matchbox. As a city dwelling, heel wearer, I could totally relate! D'Andra and LeeAnn are such grudge holders. Like cmon, D'Andra, if you really want to be friends with LeAnn (and maybe she doesn't), just say Rich didn't cheat even if you know he did (also how does she know for sure either way). I wouldn't be surprised if LeeAnn, Rich, D'Andra, and Jeremy were all cheaters. Speaking of grudge holding, I like that Stephanie has the closing line in the intro but her tag line is kind of weak and almost the same as last year's. Brandi was defending Brooklyn on her social media (as she should as her mother). I am hoping that Brooklyn was only so bad because she was having a moment of tough times or something. Maybe Brandi will realize that her story line shouldn't be her young kids. I'm undecided about new Kary but I do miss old Cary. I am surprised she was demoted. I know she is supposedly having her own show about her clinic but I don't think that has been picked up and LVP did both VPR and RHOBH so I would htink she could do both, too. Cary was a good housewife IMO because she was over the top and dramatic but not a horrible person. Kameron is irrelevant so far this season. Edited to add: I realized I was praising Cary D in my comment on last week's episode, too. She's not that great, I am not a Cary Deuber stan LOL
