  1. Thanks. Whenever I randomly thought of this show, I was wondering if she had been murdered yet. Girl was playing with fire and didn't seem to realize it.
  2. I've got this season in the queue, but haven't started watching yet. Is the Jordan couple done? I'm totally blanking on their names.
  3. He makes me think of Jerry Lewis - the original Nutty Professor.
  4. Is it because the audience has dwindled? I know I had a hard time keeping on after they got rid of Megan, but Percy was awesome. Then came the pug nosed FBI barbie and ugh. I could not stand her character at ALL. Then Percy was written out. Lucas Black was all that was keeping me in, so when he quit, I quit too. I wonder how many others did the same. Maybe Bakula wasn't the real draw.
  5. I get what you're saying, but in most places, these huge red flag blow ups of racism are not a normal occurrence. If this (or any other show) really wants to put a spotlight on racism, they need to show the little things that keep popping up. And not just for one race. Or one gender. Or one disability. Biased thinking is everywhere and most encounters are small (but smack a pretty large impact on the person affected), and it would be interesting for shows to address that instead of a huge blow-up that just smacks of jumping on a current bandwagon.
  6. Which only makes sense in TV land, because I would assume that normal morgues have multiple staff that work shifts, so that all hours get covered.
  7. With my previous comment said, I am SO SAD that I came here from a link from Homestead Rescue and there is an actual thread for this train wreck, but not a thread for Homestead Rescue? Seriously, which show has multiple seasons? I do not understand this forum.
  8. With that many gaps, I wonder how much is editing for a story and how much is real? We already know that A&J are complete and total idiots who have no idea how to establish a "community" an not a dictatorship, so you're left with Disco, trying to complete some kind of storyline in the face of everything falling apart. Without a clear/concise he said then he said, then she said, I'm going to fall back to editing. If it's choppy, then there is a reason and Disco did not have a clear/concise ending, so they waffled between the couple that started the idea (and failed) vs. the group that could have finished the idea, but were not supported at all.
  9. I'm confused. Aren't Riley & Maddidon The Beards? How can they U-Turn themselves?
  10. Ah, and another thing about this episode I thought about: I was sad about the Catfisher's being eliminated. Not because they were the great competitors, but mostly because I'm going to miss that Cajun Louisiana accent. I liked listening to them
  11. Well, as someone who's mother also majorly favored/was obsessed with a sister rather than me, I can kinda see where that could build a complex. Fortunately, for me, I was more into animals and music and really didn't care if my mother was involved as much. My sister, though, grew up with a horrible co-dependant relationship based on love me/leave me alone that never truly went away. Figures that I was the one that ended up being caretaker for both parents while my siblings moved far away.
  12. Depends on if they had that bonus installed this year that they had last year - Power Tower winner in the Semis got a do-over in the finals if they fell on Stage 1 or Stage 2
  13. I've watched several seasons of this show, but finally had to sign off. The hype about how they're all living as homesteaders and having to get ALL their food from their livestock and hunting, then they have all these huge machines (excavators and such), was a turn off. Those cost $$$$$. Even just renting one is huge, much less actually owning one. I've moved on to Homestead Rescue. There's not as much production fiimflammery there (especially since the Raney's broke with the original production company that was hyping "CONFILCT" for the drama) I don't understand why that show doesn't merit a thread on this forum. Oh well, there's a FB fan page that the Raney's have joined, so we get actual contact/videos/comments from them.
  14. I miss this show too. I can't believe people actually wrote the Philadelphia tourist board to say they weren't going to vacation there because of how the show portrayed the PPA. Sheesh. Reality check - 99% of the people who are going to visit the place most likely have never seen a cable tv show about parking authorities. Heck, if I was planning a vacation up there, I would seek out the city just to see if I could see the people or see the filming. Anyway, with the comments above about "its coming back," I started googling. Didn't find anything on that, but this article was pretty interesting. 15 Things A&E didn't Tell Us
