  1. I guess someone with a head that thinks more along the HR line, made sure to include the short scene of Remy talking to Isabel (?) to get clearance to use his entire team to work on a personal (and old) case. Talk about a waste of federal assets in a time when money is tight. Oh, and for the cherry on top: “Sure,Remy, use the agency’s helicopter. Hey, you need lunch?”
  2. Given his age, it’s more like the Man from Grand-Uncle.
  3. Man, that was arduous. All that just to get Sheldon to Germany?
  4. I really liked this episode, and it’s for all the reasons dwmarcn articulates.
  5. I don’t know which crew’s episode I was watching, but I saw what has now become standard for foot chases: the bad guy runs pell mell into traffic only to get flattened by a bus (or car). The first time I saw this—20 years ago—this was surprising and shocking. But c’mon … I’ve seen it too often, too many times. I think I even saw it on an episode of The Big Bang Theory.

  8. To me, this was a filler episode. We all know where, and how, this is heading. They could have used this episode to lay in more nuance, but no. Perhaps Paige’s mother was supposed to provide some of that, but all I got from her was what I would expect under the circumstances. And there was nothing knew from Paige. The only person who seemed different was Georgie, and good for him.
  9. Did we know Missy could drive? Is that George’s truck? I wonder if she’s going to hook up with Paige?
  10. I know everyone is locked into the ending thanks to BBT. (Sheldon, the main character, is the most obvious and extreme.) I know the other characters have a little, or a lot, of their history already known. This includes Missy. But it seems like there may be a few years in between the ending of YS and BBT that might be open for exploration. Personally, I wouldn’t mind watching a new series that follows Missy, Paige and Mandy for a few years. What say?
  11. For me, all this episode did was reinforce how poorly the team works as a team. The sole exception was Vance who acted pretty much like Vance should have. But the others not so much. This may piss off some people, but McGee is not a leader.
  12. I could live with just one thread. I’m having a difficult time remembering what I saw on each show.
  13. Anyone know the song that played at the end when they were at Hanna’s apartment? Everyone but me recognized it. It’s not on Tunefind.
  14. Did anything come of the Walkers being able to climb? Everyone, including Negan, was so amazed by that, yet I saw nothing that would indicate it allowed Walkers to become even more dangerous. Sure, it helped them get past the main gate, but that could be attributed to the guards being idiots, which in this show happens a lot.
  15. One thing that bugs me, and I really noticed it last night, is that this team hasn’t been together all that long, yet they seem to be best buddies and know everyone’s secrets. Parker’s only been there a couple of days (it seems) and Knight hasn’t been there much longer. And who were all those people standing around at Parker’s place? The show didn’t even bother to pretend to know who they were. Yes, I can use my imagination, but it only goes to underscore this show does a bad job with secondary characters. For instance, Vance should have (and has had) a ball-buster assisting sitting in front of his office. Casey and Abbie should have an assistant, and Jimmy too. I realize there wouldn’t be that much for a person like this to do all season long, but I guess that’s the risk you run with a long-running show.
