  1. Some of the most popular ones are not speculating about old crimes, they are speculating about things that are currently happening, and putting people's lives at risk. Law enforcement agencies have asked them to stop doing this, and at least one podcaster is facing legal action because of what was said on her show.
  2. This is what I was about to say. Unfortunately, a lot of true crime podcasts are mostly speculation, but they are still incredibly popular. They are some of the most listened to podcasts in the country,a nd they are also incredibly dangerous.
  3. Or, to put it in a direct way, she is a 16 year old girl in heat. She really wanted a boyfriend, and to connect with a male. She was not too concerned about the smell. This was a great episode. I love the pacing, and the editing between the two storylines. I also love the drama that will ensue between Hetty and Alberta. I am sad that the mystery is over, but in some ways it was very kind of the writers to wrap this up before the season ended.
  4. This episode barely had any substance. The entire flashback was not only pointless, it was just there so that we could have some more blood and gore scenes. This episode, and the silly revelation, did make me realize that they need to embrace the over the top hamminess in season two. This reminded me of the serious tone of the first few seasons of the British TV show the Avengers, and how that show found its footing and audience by being more tongue in cheek and absurd during the second or third season. The pointlessness of the episode also really makes me think that they need to do an audit in order to figure out where did that $300 million go.
  5. These two episodes were full of plot holes and major logic fails, including how did Mason manage to get out of the building, but it was still a fun watch. I think it worked for me because the episodes are relatively short. I'll admit that both Nadia and Mason losing their memories doesn't seem necessary, and all of the gore is silly. It is not the type of show that I would usually watch, and I think it's obvious who the traitor is, but I'm still going to catch the next episode.
  6. I'm not surprised. He may have been the most talented person to ever compete on the show. I loved the way that he really thought about the functionality of the spaces that he designed. That was most clear when they were tasked with redesigning a bar. Jack still being upset about being on the couch last week annoying. I actually thought that the criticism that Michelle delivered last week was some of the best advice that she has delivered in the history of the show. She has a tendency to handle the designers with kid gloves. It's good that Jack has confidence in his vision, but based on his whinging, it didn't seem like he absorbed any of the information that Michelle gave him. I like Temi, but I understand why she was cut. The swing was a good idea, but she should have included a backdrop, because that is just the type of thing that people would gravitate towards to take pictures. I didn't get either of Monica's areas. Even though the area was very scenic, I don't think that I would be comfortable in the bedroom. I did find Tom's design to be very relaxing, but it is funny that Temi and Jack were being punished for not doing anything to the natural wood, while Monica's decision to do a gothic animal sanctuary was fine.
  7. I like this show, even though I think that a lot needs to be done to make it better. At times they focused too much on the catty and negative behavior. I like that the judges are professional dancers, but this aspect could have been expanded on. It was also weird that we only had one dance off. The final two and the winner were definitely the right choices. I know that some people have said that this boiled down to a popularity contest, but I think that someone being a good and professional teacher is as important as coming up with a good dance.
  8. It’s amazing that Monica, and so many others, are so stuck on what they like personally, instead of doing what’s best for the space and client.
  9. "A replacement for the washing machine." That is an incredibly funny line. I'm glad that Hetty and Trevor have continued their tryst. I'm looking forward to seeing Hetty clash with Nigel.
  10. The memorial service was a last minute idea.
  11. This was an incredibly enjoyable episode. I can't help but wonder why Trevor's parents weren't interested in how he died. I understand that there is not enough evidence to go on, but I would think that there would be some concern over how he ended up in the lake.
  12. It was definitely a reeanactment. Based on the area where Tammy lived, I can definitely see people coming in to steal anything that is not nailed down.
  13. Despite my dislike for Tammy, I couldn't help but tear up during the last scene that she had with her sisters. As much as I don't like Tammy, I think that something happened in her childhood that accounts for the way that she has treated the psychiatrist. That doesn't excuse her behavior, but she seems to have a lot of mental health issues. That being said, I was incredibly surprised by how well she handled the news about being robbed. Initially, I thought that her sisters were wrong to tell her any bad news, because it ccould have set her back, but she handled the entire thing like a mature adult. Am I a bad person for predicting that Amy was suffering from indigestion? It seemed incredibly obvious.
  14. So many people live in food deserts. Gas stations and convenience stores are their only options.
  15. In real life, when faced with this problem, other b&bs would try to book the people at different locations, or even open up private rooms that were not previously available. In this case, they could give the people rooms that belong to the Ghosts.
