What a disappointment this season has been. There has been so many terrible performances. I have to admit that Ariana's audition for Blake's (horrible) song was hilarious. Paris was my favorite but even his performance annoyed me. I read that the executives have final say regardless of votes. So it's pointless to vote. The winners are determined by how many downloads they get. So disappointed.

Paris did an amazing rendition of Mrs Jones. ★★★★★ Over the rainbow was very good. She finally picked a song that didn't pander to a demographic. ★★★ Hailey had to fight to get over her background music. You could hear her struggling at certain points. That's unfortunate but still great to see her singing an age appropriate song. ★★★ GNT had their best performance. They chose a great song to compliment the difference in tones and styles while joining harmonies. ★★★★ It was the same old comments from the judges. I have become immune to the commentary. The judges all have the same idiosyncrasies. Kelly stands, hoots and hollars. Makes faces like she's on stage at an Eminem concert. John talks like he's stoned and plays the sweet flattering type. Blake forgets where he is half the time then sputters out nonsense until something intelligent comes to mind. Ariana gets overwhelmed with emotions and looks heartbroken to not say something uplifting. But that critique doesn't take away from them as individuals. They are all exceptional humans. Kind, funny, empathic, talented. It's just that they have fallen into routine and have become talking heads more then judges. Imo.

My thoughts: Jim and Sasha: I clapped and danced when they finally got sent home. Those two were the absolute worst! Off key, whiney, father-child duo. Go back to singing solo. "So Low" we can't hear you. Jershika: There's no question she's a powerful and talented singer. But she also chooses songs to pander for her votes. Doing a Christian worship song was why I didn't save her. I don't want to go to church on a Tuesday evening when I just worked all day. I wish her luck in her career but I don't want her to win. Sorry Jershikans! Joshua Vicante: He sings well. But this is the voice. Not auditions for RENT. I really expected him to admit he was gay on live TV. But I guess Sasha had the transgender ticket this season. This show needs Simon Cowell to judge it. There's no honesty in regards to some of these artists performances. Paris and Hailey are the best, most consistently improving artist this season. GNT lost me when they did a folk version on a Coldplay song. Should have gone back to a song with harmonies.

How did Jim and Sasha make it this far in the competition?!! Their singing is awful. They're not even likable. Are people pity voting because of transgender support? If they win it's not because of talent. It's because people want Ariana to win. Worst contestants in the shows history!
