Why doesn't the doctor include and send one of those industrial scales to each patient's home sol they can track and control their weight? This would help them to not be shocked and surprised after weeks go by and they weigh in the office and are then disappointed that they haven't lost as much as expected, or heaven help actually gained instead of losing.
