The lot of them defrauded Aurora stockholders and sent the share price plummeting because of their idiot scheme. They DO deserve to go to prison. It would be fun if they had someone that got ruined financially because of their criminal activities sue the lot of them for millions. Or better yet, a class action suit. Maybe they could bring Ric Lansing back as the plaintiff’s attorney?

1% of a multi billion dollar company is not nothing. Assuming ELQ is worth at least a few billion dollars, that 1% is worth $20+ million. Not that the idiot writers for this show ever address practical concerns like that. If it were Lucy, I would have secured a loan against her ELQ share and loaned it to Deception to pay legal bills and bridge any shortfalls in operating capital pending outcome of litigation. Not that something so basic would have ever occurred to the writers. They must all be incredibly uneducated people based on the ignorant, idiotic plots and dialogue.

Are there people who really believe that and see the Carlys as heroes? If someone like Michael ever threatened me like that, he would be spending the next week shitting out his own teeth.

True. Spencer has no goals, other than trying to de facto parent his baby brother. Usually people like him get into a prestigious college and take some kind of degree. He should be learning to run Cassadine businesses, or at least be invoked with some large scale philanthropic organization. Again, he’s another character hobbled by weak writing.

I don’t see Sonny resorting to torture to sweat a lawyer like Martin for doing his job honorably. But with these writers, who knows?

So unrealistic. A real lawyer, especially a prominent attorney like Martin, would verbally destroy SLS for his weak, empty threat. Especially since SLS has deep pockets. Seriously, can anyone imagine someone like Alan Dershowitz caving into a whiney little bitch like Michael? Not a chance.

It got really tiresome when Martin moved their mother to a secret location and Cyrus was strong arming every other random character to find her for them. Mostly people who were not investigators and had no involvement with it. cyrus is a good character played by a decent actor. But sadly hamstrung by weak, lazy writing.

Yes, at least in the real world. Martin would almost certainly be disbarred. Nina would also take him for everything he’s got in a civil suit as well.

Michael needs every square millimeter of his ass brutally kicked. That said, Martin should have form him a new one (in legal terms) and told him to fuck off. No attorney would EVER buckle like that. and Nina didn’t harm Carly and Drew. Carly and Drew harmed Carly and Drew. The writing is getting dumber by the day.
