Teams must put on their best performance in Montevideo, Uruguay, when they choose between banging out a drum routine with street performers or singing a Spanish tune with professional troubadours at the detour.
Airs 9:30 ET April 24 on CBS.

What I like about The Masters is that I can watch it on Hulu next day if I miss the initial broadcast. When I miss the daily game, I usually have to look at the Archive since The Tube is hit or miss as to whether they have the daily game.

Do we know yet how the Duke will be written out?
I would guess they’ll just mention he’s staying in America…

Besides loving that Elsbeth wears colors, I love her patterns!
Question for those who watched The Good Wife: did Elsbeth carry all those totes when she was on? I should check to see if the library has The Good Wife dvds to watch her episodes. Paramount+ is one of the streamers we don’t subscribe to…
eta: The library has them! And The Good Fight too!

Either the show is teasing us or this is how Georgie gets a job with his new father in law and becomes the tire king. Maybe they'll find a way to deal with Georgie so he doesn't get in too much trouble.
Or maybe something will happen with the job with his FIL and he’ll go work for a rival tire company… 🤔

I sure hope so. It is just a wonderful, light-hearted comedy/drama with such talent and it’s on my weekly watch.
Yes! I’m so tired of the L&O, CSI, FBI, Tracker, Equalizer, etc….

Big nitpick-PA public school employees don’t have 401K retirement plans. They have PSERS (Pennsylvania Public School Retirement System). And Janine would already be a part of that.

I have my iPhone set to ring only if the caller is in my contacts. If it’s someone who is really calling me and not in my contacts, they’ll leave a message. Hardly anyone leaves a message…it’s mostly spam.

I liked the familiarity that William and Eliza had that only comes from knowing each other many years. It was especially refreshing for the time period.

New Orleans is the only series I watched besides the Mothership, but I gave up on that one when Pride kept seeing ghosts. And I never give up on a series!
New Orleans being filmed on location was a plus.

Definitely Fornell! I love it when I see Joe Spanos’ name in the credits.

I think this show may have lost me just for the sin of hiring Linda Lavin and killing her off ten minutes in. What a waste!
Maybe that’s why she took the role! 😄 But it would have been fun if she was the killer and watching her in a battle of wits with Elsbeth…

Shouldn’t the office have a business manager? The stuff that Margaret and her assistant are doing is not really stuff a named partner would be doing….

Teams compete in double the roadblocks and double the detours on a megaleg in Argentina.
Airs 9:30-11:00 (ET) Wednesday April 17 on CBS

S03.E18: The Bait- The team must stop a student, holding six classmates hostage, from detonating a bomb.
I’ve just always like the dynamics of the team in this one and Tony is the lead on the case.
S06:E04: Heartland…the one where they go to Gibbs’ hometown and we meet his dad.

I think a lot of it had to do with the studio system breaking down in the 50’s, billing became important and therefore, fought for. George Lucas needed permission to put credits at the end of Star Wars, something that is common now. Previously, as Netfoot pointed out, credits were at the beginning of a movie.

Speaking of which, isn't it strange how cinematic credits have changed over the years? Old B&W movies rolled all the credits at the beginning before the opening scene of the show. At the conclusion you got a "The End" or "Fin" and you were done. Nowadays you can reach 10-12 minutes into the movie (or TV episode) before a single line of credits rolls. And the final credits can run for 15 minutes, with great care being taken to ensure that the guy who wiped down the lunch counter in the Albanian set is not excluded!
I found this interesting (at least to me!) rundown of cinema billing.
