  1. I can see why they're dragging their feet but It's like they have no idea what to do when he becomes God. I hope they don't drag this out too much longer.
  2. I don't think that Isabel was related to either of the Coldwaters. That was just the first thing that popped into Rachel's head as to why this stranger was in their house. Isabel's fantasy certainly didn't work. There have been other guests who didn't want to leave and unless they could sleep for 7 years, they all had to go. And what did she say "yes" to that she couldn't have had, much easier, in the current day? How does she know that won't end up like the mistress, or worse? Lesbians who were caught were sent to Bethlehem Hospital (aka Bedlam, the major insane asylum in Lond
  3. Yet another season of "Let's Kill Lucifer" would be, well, Hell. Dumb and painful. I'm hoping that Lucifer realizes quickly that the thrones of both Heaven and Hell need to be filled.
  4. Linda is Maze's friend and a therapist. It's second nature to her to use her expertise to help others.
  5. For real. Not one of them noticed that Michelle was giving solid answers and Ava was being too vague? The Clemson mention should have sealed the deal. Also, Ava used "bless your heart" at the start of a sentence and never used "y'all" at all. If they had shown a video of Michelle, that would have revealed that the other was the clone. The darker haired newbie is "Isabella"; the lighter one is "Jackson". Matt (the bearded guy) is "Ashley".
  6. I think that if you surf on the outside, it's a curl. Confirmed: Curl – the area of the wave where it is breaking.
  7. I'm rooting for Tia. She's got a "surf" vibe that Zeke and Malignant lack. The thing is, Malignant is a GREAT surfer -- she didn't need to cause all the drama, and once Anesthetic left, she could have apologized to the other women and just hang out. No matter how many times she says it, Malignant is not a "lone wolf" --she is, at best, a lone clam. The latter teachers had an easier job than the earlier teachers, since they could build on what the Bachwhores had already learned.
  8. I believe that, by law, every Nancy Meyers movie ends with the One True Pair sharing a passionate kiss in the rain while the camera rolls around and around.
  9. I am so rooting fir Koa and Tia as the winners of this. Koa's just so Zen and so funny! He cracks me up, and he's a great surfer. Tia's the best if the women and she's stayed out of the high school "chick drama". The crossovers were way cool and some looked extremely dangerous. This is a fun show to watch.
  10. I was so happy to see Malia leave. Anastasia can go next. They cook up a Survivor-like "alliance" where everyone else is there to surf, then wonder why everyone hates them. I fast-forwarded through all the non-surf stuff, and was much happier for it. These people can surf! (I'm glad it's an artificial wave, so everyone surfs the same wave.)
  11. Franklin was playing in the surf when the family was at the beach. and in a bassinet at the cabin (where Eileen gave him cuddles).
  12. Love the Hamiltons [Swoosh!] and the Bennets [BANG!] -- they're both cute in their own way. Loved seeing almost everyone turn a cold shoulder to still-a-clueless-bitch Jessica. Good for Diamond for not giving still-a-clueless-bitch Carlton (buy a clue -- people don't hate you because your bi; people hate you because you're still-a-clueless-bitch. Fun to see everyone -- even ones we only saw for a millisecond on the show,
  13. The Law of the Conservation of Characters
  14. Except for Emily who seems stuck with Luke's selfish ass. I'd much rather she'd told him that, while she was going solo for a while, Juaquin was her soulmate.
  15. I'm glad that there's a show where two men can love each other as much as Buck and Eddie do, without it being sexual. I like TK & Carlos on Lone Star, but this pair has a different dynamic. There was a "mini-PSA" at the end that said where to get help for PPD. I'm another one who's ticked off with shows killing off characters willy-nilly (I grant an exception to Lone Star, but the actor was leaving the show). Give me suspense but don't kill a character to show how "tough" you are.
  16. I'm glad that they didn't get into what "certain people" call "late term abortions" -- Lea's case is exactly what's being discussed there. I really don't want to get into discussions on any aspect of abortion, and mentioning that would have caused sparks on and off the show.
  17. So that's what made the fire spread!
  18. It's easier than that. "OK, Zhilan, here's the dagger.." "HEY, SECURITY, SHE'S TRYING TO STEAL A DAGGER!!!!"
  19. Even if we assume that the arsonist disabled all the smoke detectors, including battery-powered ones which are not easy to disable without messing them up, there's still no reason (other than PLOTTTT!!!) why TK wouldn't insist on having a second fire extinguisher. The last half was as stupid as the first half.
  20. At least for grocery and drug stores, they show an outline of the building but not any interior detail. So you're right -- you'd have to know the layout of the building to determine where they were.
  21. Depending on the app, yes, you can get to that level of closeness I've used mapping apps to find my wife in grocery stores.
  22. How much better ti start with "I've gotten a divorce"? That puts the marriage squarely in the past, but provides a springboard for explaining the situation. Which you do by working backwards -- "he needed my insurance..."
  23. One of the issues I have with both 911 shows is that there's rarely follow-up on the case(s) of the week. It makes sense, since the follow-up almost certainly wouldn't involve the cast, but it still bugs a bit. At least in this case, McKenna would be put on suicide watch at the hospital, giving her friends time to console her.
  24. This is an example of [our group] does all the functions of [larger group]. You see this with the CSI and SWAT groups interrogating suspects, and the like. It's equivalent to [our group] is always first on the scene.
