  1. I loved all three finalists, but I'm really thrilled that Jordan & Lindsay won! They were both so deserving! This was the best finale this show has done. Three fantastic finalists, lots of great dancing throughout the show, clever and appropriate use of the remaining contestants, and no silly filler. Plus, I enjoyed Lindsey's violin number and Jordan's song. Well done!
  2. From a Wikipedia bio: “Her parents owned a dance studio, and she was brought up dancing ballet, jazz, and hip hop…”. Marilu Henner’s bio? Nope, it’s from Paige VanZant’s bio. I don’t recall people in these forums complaining last season about the 22-year-old VanZant being a ringer. And yet somehow Marilu Henner (who is 64 years old for heaven’s sake) is the ringer of all ringers? And as so-called proof of this, we’re shown a clip from 1980 of Henner singing and strutting (not really dancing)? I, for one, am looking forward to watching Marilu Henner dance this season -- much more so than I did any of the actual ringers that have appeared on the show such as Paige VantZant, Meryl Davis, Kristi Yamaguchi, Shawn Johnson, Aly Raisman, or this season’s Laurie Hernandez, all of whom were/are very young (younger than that 1980 Taxi clip!), athletic, and professionally trained in moving to music and memorizing choreography.
  3. Loved Wanya's dances tonight. Please let him be in the finale!!
  4. Aubry, Cydney, Joe, and Michelle all voted for Kyle. Tai cast two votes for Michelle. So even if Kyle had voted for Michelle, it wouldn't have made a difference.
  5. For those who have wondered about Paige possibly having some dance training, the answer is that she's had a lot of dance experience! Her parents owned a dance studio, and she trained in ballet, jazz, and hip hop for more than 13 years.
  6. Rachel did wear a gold bikini. She just put her t-shirt on over it.
  7. The 2016 Academy of Country Music Awards will be televised on April 3.
  8. As poorly as everybody else performed last night, I still hope that somebody other than Stevie Starr wins. It would be terrible if he won America's Got Talent after five other countries didn't consider him good enough to win their version of the show! (He was eliminated in the semifinals of both Britain's Got Talent and Italy's Got Talent. He made the finals but didn't place in the Czech-Slovak version of the show. He did somehow manage to finish 7th in Germany's version and 4th in France's version.)
  9. I do watch Jane the Virgin. It's a good show, and his character is the funniest one on it.
  10. Jaime was such a good sport -- really enthusiastic and really funny. I think he was the best guest ever!
  11. I loved Chris's family. And his home and what little we saw of his farm operation was impressive -- I'm sure he's a millionaire and then some. I think he'd make a terrific Bachelor!
  12. That fish explanation was stupid and inconsistent. Fish being lifted by a tornado and then raining down does happen occasionally... but not in the middle of a frigid winter when all the lakes are all frozen over! Remember, the two guys from Fargo needed an auger to cut through the deep ice.
  13. I just read that the winning designer and winning mentor did NOT each win a Lexus, as was advertised. What they "won" was a 1-year lease of a Lexus. Both Oscar and Nick turned it down, fearing that they might have to pay through the nose at the end of the year for each and every little ding in the car. So this show was not only bad, it was cheap! The only good thing is that the right person won. Three cheers for Oscar, Nick, Heidi, and NPH!
