I know! When I heard them say they wanted a Styrofoam layer, I couldn't believe it, and then they were saying what exactly they wanted on the cake and where and whatever, to be all about that movie, and I just bagged it. I thought the adults were acting dumb too.

I haven't seen or heard any of his opinions, though I can totally see him feeling entitled. Agree about the Princess Bride, always!!!

I never thought that All in the Family was funny, but I agree that Archie just plain didn't know any better, and good hearted. I loathed Mike, who was not only misogynist, but the way he treated Archie, the man who fed and housed him and his family for years, was incredibly disrespectful. If he didn't like how Archie treated HIM, he was free to get a job and support his family himself.

My mother used to make that sometimes when I was a kid, including corn. I imagine it was an economical kind of meal for 5 people. Plus she canned tomatoes, making it cheaper yet. We got Spanish Rice at school, which I never liked. It looks like transplanted fingers!

I agree that the stem end and core should be cut out of the tomato in purchased sandwiches, and I always do at home. Though not because it looks like the hind end of a cat, which never occurred to me, but because I don't want to eat that tough part.

I am not a fan of mixed together food, so I pass on casseroles. But I agree. The sodium levels in canned soups is through the roof.

You seem to have some need to be repeatedly rude. Jello with fruit, nuts, sour cream, cottage cheese, etc IS food, whether you think so or not. I've never seen apricot either. My favorites are lime, grape and cherry. Thawed frozen strawberries over grape jello is REALLY good.

Yeah there is something about pineapple that doesn't do right in jello. The box says to not use fresh. I am sure I have had jello with canned pineapple in it, but sometimes jello sets up and sometimes not. This sounds good though!

There is no need to be rude about the jello, and cherries, nuts, etc aren't crap.

Oh dear. I had Moderna and a pretty rough time after the second shot.

I am fully vaccinated also but I stopped wearing a mask in public since the state opened, however I don't go out often and don't mingle in crowds ever. I do not do well wearing them, my face gets hot and I can't breathe well. I have so enjoyed the reprieve, but it sounds like it is about to be over, and they will be required again.

Yes, unless the entire cake was eaten the day it was baked, I think it would dry out.
