I thought Ryo killed Hiro and his other collaborators because he learned in the alternate universe that the Ryo there had left his brother alive and it had led to problems for him. This information was also part of making Ryo more unpredictable for the Seers in this universe.

KPC, Jane the Virgin is very cute, sunny, and has a diverse cast so I can see why people like it. I'm not a soap person and almost never get invested in "which guy will she pick!" plots, so I'm not sure I'll finish the first season.

My condolences, trudi-tru. Erratic, that must be so stressful. Did anyone here watch the first season of Jane the Virgin? Is there an episode # I should watch to before I decide it's not for me? It had good critical response, but I'm on episode 4 and so far I don't really care . I would watch a show about Jane becoming but that's definitely not the main plot.

I don't have face-blindness (I have internet quiz credentials to prove it!) but I sure feel like I do when I watch this show. I was completely baffled by Corey - have we met him before? He's not the same guy as Donovan, or Theo, or Parrish? Liam I can identify because he's the teeniest, but all these other snub-nose underwear models look just the same to me. And crabby underage club server girl who hates Liam really resembles Lydia and now I just want all secondary and tertiary characters to start wearing nametags.

No big plans this weekend - the dogs will go for a bath which should improve the aroma of our house, and my f-i-l informed us he'll be coming over Saturday so we can celebrate Father's Day early with him. On the one hand, he's annoyingly presumptuous as usual, on the other hand it frees up actual Father's Day to spend my with my dad.

Erratic, this situation is a little different than yours, but your question made me think of Andy's step-cousins. They fostered/adopted a little boy, I think around 4 or 5. Not too long after they had settled in with him, his little brother entered foster care, so they took him in too. Not too long after that, the mom's drug addict sister had a baby girl she put up for adoption and Andy's cousins decided to adopt her as well. A number of years later, all the kids are doing great. I've always admired so much their decisions and their willingness to make a home for those kids. Vibes and best wishes for your decision!

I was pulled over years ago for expired tags on the first day of the next month. I had a rather disreputable car at the time, so he was probably not expecting to get a mid-30s white lady in office clothes. I wanted to be sassy, like uh, have you heard the tags have to come in the mail and that might cause some delays, officer? But I had some self-control and just nodded and smiled and promised to be good. It's very nerve-wracking, getting pulled over. Thinking of y'all and sending vibes for everyone!

buffyjunkie, that's the one with all the dogs, right? It was playing here and I was very intrigued, but I was afraid it would have bad things happening to animals, and in my old age, I'm just not able to handle stuff like that. I like "Night School" because Stiles decks Jackson and lays him out flat. Did stupid Seth Cohen go around punching jocks and knocking them down? I doubt it. Stiles punching people continues on as one of my favorite Teen Wolf things.
