It is actually a disgrace to let highly intoxicated guests use a jet ski. I am from Dubrovnik, Croatia, and only this year we had about 3 tragic deaths involving jet sky drivers (without a licence, which you must have in Croatian waters if you drive any boat/jet ski). This year the police is really strict on checking rent a boats and jet ski's especially if they are speeding closer then 300m from the coast line (speed limit is only 5 knots). Captain Sandy was very lucky the police did not do a alcohol test on the guests, because they would have been taken to the station until they sober up, and pay a BIG fine.

hahaha....I only work 24 years on offshore vessels. That is called WORK, and not lowering a jet sky or covering up a sofa, nor watching half naked ladies swimming around the vessel. (and no alcohol, or day out etc). My family is in the restaurant business, and I can tell you that cooking for 6 people is a piece of cake, especially if the longest charter is only 3-4 days.... Give me a break please....

Continuously snitching on her colleagues. She was simply jealous of Elizabeth because James liked her better. Always sneaking around corridors with her ears wide open in order to spread some rumour shit. Always complaining about the 2 guys on deck, going to Eddy all the time as if she was leading a group of 100 people. And what is her job? Cleaning the deck and railing lowering and picking up the anchor and sometimes carrying some food or luggage to the tender. It is not rocket science. She is turning into a new Malia. If she ever became Bosun, she would be extremely hard to work for. No fun at all, only ass kissing. What was she so good at? I did not see it, sorry.

I see we are at least on the same page. Elizabeth did NOT deserve to get fired. In my eyes, Francesca should be demoted to second stew because she is emotionally not stable enough to be chief stew. The way she talked to Elizabeth over and over again is called bullying and not professional at all. Total bad leadership. If Elizabeth is distracted by James, WHY do you put them together in the pantry? And there is only 6 guests onboard. Should be a piece of cake for so many personnel onboard. A lot of forum comment talk about making beds being a hard job blah blah blah. There are only 6 beds to be made!! Takes 10-15 minutes with one hand.

Off course it is the job of the chief stew to MANAGE her personnel. I do not understand this. They are a team of 3 stews+ a cook+ 4 deck hands with most of the time only 6 guests onboard and they still manage to screw up orders. To me, this is the fault of the person who is the manager of the team (chief stew). I could take care of 6-7 guest totally by myself.

I am totally on team Elizabeth. I think Francesca is extremely terrible at her job and false as a person. It is shameful to fire this girl just 2 charters before the endo of the season. If a member of the team is a bit slower or distracted (by James) there are various ways to manage a person like Elizabeth and get her to perform better. Not by publicly talking down on her, continuously blaming her for even the slightest mistake. She was simply HATING Elizabeth from day one and just looking to get rid of her. I supervise people myself and I do not see why a person like Elizabeth should be fired. There were at least about 10 stewardesses in previous seasons that were 101% worse then Elizabeth, but they were not fired. I had a smile on my face when Rachel told that false person to shove that cake up her arse. Another bad "wanna be" supervisor is Izzy. She is also totally false and has BIG ears in order to spread gossip (snitching) around the vessel and getting people in trouble. Therefore I totally understand Rob. Izzy should not have be promoted.

So Elizabeth made TERRIBLE mistakes such as bringing only 2 bottles of champagne to a beach party (instead of 3), or failing to take down some party lights and forgetting to put the vacume cleaner back in the closet? WOW what great mistakes....she deserves to be fired... What about this last episode where the Chief stew screws up a SIMPLE order of 4 mahi mahi? There is only 6 Guests and she screws up a order!!!! What about the chief stew forgetting to bring ketchup to the beach party? I guess that because Elizabeth was not on the beach party she can not be blamed for that. Francesca is a simple jealous incompetent person with o feelings for her job whatsoever. And then Ashling, what a false personality. She is the one SNITCHING to Francesca about Elizabeth sleeping in the guests cabin. There is also Izzy who SNITCHED about the same thing to Ashling. Then she cries to Eddie about Rob not being happy with her leadership because she is a woman blah blah blah. Off course he should be not satisfied, because she does not deserve to be a leader. Why was she made up leader in the first place since she just became a deck hand 2 weeks prior to her promotion. This is clearly a decision made by the producers to create some shit. Where I come from, SNITCHES are BITCHES. What has the world gone to, when a team of 7 young people SNITCH on each other.

On the yacht there are 6 guests and 3 stewardesses and 4 deck hands and a cook. so everything dirty is Elizabeths fault? Where is Francesca? Francesca was probably crying in her cabin or moaning and snitching on Elizabeth on the Bridge.... How many pots can a cook use to be needing a stew to clean up? Rachel can lift her unorganised lazy arse too and clean a platter behind her , right?

Exactly, she kept going to cpt Lee who made his first mistake by firing that sweet girl ,purely and only because that false horrible person was moaning to the captain each and every day. Fired her for what?

If I was a multimillionaire renting a yacht I would like to be served by people like Elizabeth for sure. Because SHE IS NICE and relaxed! Francesca, on the other hand has a false attitude. I do not like her appearance not even when she says good morning. Francesca is lucky for being female, because she would have been accused for harassment if she were a male.

A series of screw ups? Come on now? Her only screw up is the fact that Francesca hates her and is bullying her each and every day by talking down on her, What were the screw ups? Bringing not enough champagne to the beach party? That is why there is a speed boat stand by, to get some more right? She left some party light up one time, big deal....... Those are all minor things , and not material for firing somebody. If Francesca had only 10% of the people skills that Eddie has, there would not have been a problem at all. I have never seen Elizabeth cursing or being rude like that "eat my cooter and go f..k yourself" monster in the kitchen that calls herself a cook. She works and puts in more hours then ass kisser Ashling (who is a boring person) and aways with a smile. The guest love her. That is not worth firing her. If Francesca was a male behaving like this to Elizabeth, it would be all over the feminist news that Elizabeth was harrassed blahblahblah, but now it is ok? If I were in Elizabeth shoes I would told that false bitch a long time ago to change her behaviour (in a rude way). I can not understand how she kept her cool all the time? In all of the seasons I have NEVER seen this much personal hate from a chief stew towards a stewardess.

...and by the way, if Elizabeth is fired for sleeping in the guest cabin (having sex, not sleeping), then why is James not fired as well? ANSWER: Because James's boss is Eddie, who is a far better leader and person then Francesca will ever be. As I said, Elizabeth is far from perfect, but not so terrible that she had to be fired. Rachel, the cook, walked off the boat after telling the Captain to go fck himself, and she is still in the show?

I think Francesca is a horrible chief stew. Over the seasons I have seen MUCH WORSE stewardesses then Elizabeth, and they were not fired. Elizabeth is not perfect, but she is nice and polite and NOT lazy. She slept in the guest cabin....big deal. Others have done so as well and were not fired. This is the first time I do not agree with Cpt Lee. Instead of firing a nice person,he should have given more direction to Francesca who obviously is a bad leader.

What a miserable bunch of jealous backstabbers. And AGAIN, it is Izzy and Ashling running their mouth and spreading "shit" over to Francesca who will get all over Elizabeth and James. On the other hand, Elizabeth, sorry to say so, is not really intelligent for sleeping in a guest room without asking. They have done it once before and gotten away with it. Really dumb from her knowing Francesca is out there to get her fired. And then on top of it, she is bragging about it herself instead of keeping her stupid mouth shut (same as James). YOU NEVER TELL!!! NEVER! In my eyes, the biggest bullshit is the promotion of Izzy the jealous backstabber , but this is 101% a producers trick to create some gender shit with the guys. Why would you promote Izzy when she is the person with the less experience over the two guys? Same happened with Malia (who slept her way up, but that is no sexual harassment, because she got a higher position), and we all know what a backstabbing horrible person she is. Trust me, Izzy is worse.

Who in his right mind would try to get Rachel of that stage? To me, Rachel is like a character from the Excorcist, especially when she drinks. Her voice, behaviour, constant cursing and swearing......scary, very scary. And Eddie sleeps a few cabins from her, I would be terrified too.

Izzy needs to shut the hell up and stop complaining all the time. She is just jealous and that is all. On a boat like that with limited cabin space she could have left the two love birds have their moment and sleep in Elizabeths bunk for a night. That would have been helping out a colleague instead of running around spreading rumours out of pure jealousy. A real colleague would offer to change cabins and move in with Ashling. A lot of backstabbers and weirdos this season.

Again I read so many negative comments about lazy Elizabeth. Every time you watch the episode she is working and being nice and positive so I really do not see a problem with her . She was "working "underneath James too, but hey.....make love people not war. At least it is making it interesting. What was disgusting to me was the reaction of jealous Izzy "the complainer" who could not wait to run around the vessel telling everyone on James and Elizabeth. She is just pissed off, it is not her laying underneath James. Francesca could not wait to hear about it off course , and was fixed to snitch away to Captain lee. Can you guys imagine a season of BD with captain Sandy, Malia and Francesca? Francesca has a really disgusting FAKE personality. Is it only me that noticed that Izzy was sick for two episodes and repeating it all the time how she was feeling sick, weak, blah blah blah, but then she was slamming away those cocktails on the day of at the beach? She made a speedy recovery. Rachel? She is a weird, strange character........very weird and loud, and not sexy to me at all......rather very vulgar for a lady which she clearly is not.

If I was a guest on the yacht I would like to be served by Elizabeth any time. You all comment as if these guests were in a boot camp , .....relax, they are on a vacation. And Elizabeth is the best looking and most sexy of them all, she could knock on my door anytime. Great looks and great personality. Totally do not agree with your opinion. What is the TERRIBLE mistake Elizabeth has made? Come on now...bringing not enough Champagne bottles to the beach or forgetting to put down one set of party lighting is NOT a BIG deal at all. The problem would be if Elizabeth was lazy or not behaving nice all the time and this is clearly not the case. Elizabeth is WORKING and people do make mistakes. Elizabeth is still young and also learning. A Chief stew like Francesca is only talking down on her and NEVER told her anything nice. You have only 8 guests on board and 3 stewardesses, 1 cook and 4 deck hands , what is Francesca talking about? I could do it alone by myself.... For me Elizabeth is one of the kindest and hard working persons I have seen. Her smile and behaviour is genuine and from the heart while Francesca is all staged and false.

She would be enough to feed half the sharks in that bay, and the poor fish would be drunk too.....

Fantastic episode with Captain Lee at his best hahaha..... The hero for me is Elizabeth. I do not understand how she keeps her cool and smile on her face when Francesca the 'biatch" keeps coming on and on and on to her with lections. Damn it Francesca, you demoted Elizabeth already, the girl is working and preparing the guest rooms.....LEAVE HER BE. If you have 8 heavy drinkers onboard who demand cocktails (it takes time to make a cocktail), why is it only Elizabeth serving them? Where is the Chief stew? (in her cabin checking herself out in the mirror). The guest, although heavy drinkers, seemed ok to me except the woman who jumped into the water. Personally, I love captain Lee and I would probably react the same, but him yelling and cursing at her is not very professional. A Captain should not lower himself to the level of a drunken guest. And Izzy? I am sick........I feel sick.....I feel bad......tears.....I feel sick.....I am hurting.........come on.....boring person

That is why there is a first stew. To check on her crew and correct them when needed. Francesca is only criticizing and not giving any credit to her crew, and that can screw somebodies mind. If Elizabeth makes a small mistake, do not make it such a big deal. The guests seemed to be very relaxed and not worried about it at all. Francesca creates a bad atmosphere within her crew. She should chill out much more....

A very good episode. I can not get over the way Elizabeth keeps her cool with Francesca. In my eyes Elizabeth makes a few little mistakes, but who doesn't? At least she s a positive likeable person and she really tries. So what if she did not see the party lighting was still up? Whoever sees it, TAKE it off (10 sec job). So what if she did not take enough Champagne to the beach party? send the speed boat for some more........no problem whatsoever. She is great with the guests and I enjoy her warmth and kindness which is genuine and not pretended. Francesca on the other hand is a very poor leader, with a horrible personality. I would tell her to fuck off straight away and not be as nice as Elizabeth is. And Rachel? After the charter , I would fire her immediately, she is very strange. I agree with Eddie.
