Her ex-husband had just told her that he was moving to London. She knew their lawyers would be preparing for a new negotiation with regard to custody. She didn’t want to involve herself in any activity that might negatively affect her case in court.

Also, in my opinion, a mouth so close to the naughty bits seems more intimate and graphic.

I agree. i wouldn't want watch anyone simulating oral sex on anyone, particularly Erika.

Goofy girl, incase you did not understand what I meant because I find it very hard to use the word suicide or “committing” it.. yes thats what I meant when I was referring to my 26 yr old son in 2015.

It completely shatters the closest people left behind. In a way, kills them too. Dead men, but still standing.

I have heard it referred to as being like a suicide bomber, because it affects those closest to them in varying concentric circles according to how close the relationship is with that person who decided to leave. That is so very true. It completely takes out the closest people next to them,,, the family, parents, spouses, siblings, offspring are left completely shattered.

In the next concentric circle …the closest friends of that person (this is where Kyles position is with her friend), it devastates them. They are very deeply wounded.

Then the close acquaintances are left with the pain and shock of the shock waves, and so on and so fourth down the line according to closeness of relationship to that person.

It is so very true and Kyle, being her very close friend from childhood, I am sure was completely devastated by this. She now finds herself having to deal with being emotionally devastated and trying to figure out how to get back to feeling how she used to be, before this happened, and being the happy person she once was… again.

For those closest, in the first concentric circle, the family, (such as yourself being the wife) who were literally taken out with them, but are still alive, have to continue on living, now with the deep wounds they left you with. It is a looong rode to healing and integrating the shattered self you now are, into the old you, the regular happy normal person you were before this happened. Trying to become whole again while having to figure out where this new (suffering) you is going to be put, because you certainly cannot put it down somewhere and walk away from it and avoid the shattering emotional pain. Its like you grew another arm, or leg or head you dont know what to do with but cant be amputated. Its there. Forever. No escaping it.

You have to now integrate the 2 yous back into one whole you with (hopefully) the old you, the happy one you used to be, as the prominent one. To make that the stronger one of the two sides of the same coin you suddenly now are.

Another analogy can be that now you are left with a huge amount of emotional baggage, starting at the size of a steamer trunk that you haul around with you from then on and hopefully whittle down to the size of a suitcase. You carry this heavy suitcase every single day. At night when you go to sleep you put the suitcase down and escape its weight for a while but then in the morning when you wake up it is there and you have to pick it up each day… because it is now a part of you. As time goes on it varies. Somedays that suitcase is very heavy, and some days it can be pretty light.

I am hoping your suitcase becomes lighter and lighter each day you wake up to face a new day of hauling it around.

So now that my guts are all laid out for all to see, I really hope this helps you Goofy… I am doing ok now. I had to accept there is no escaping the other me, the shattered one I now also am, and accept and integrate the incredible pain into the old me, yet have the old me, the happy one, be the predominant me in order to “carry on”.

I can say that not trying to escape that pain and allowing myself to fully feel and accept its inescapable reality, has helped me move on to the point where my daily picking up of that suitcase at the end of my bed that I must lift each new day, it has definitely become a much lighter load. Someday I hope it is just reduced to carry-on luggage sized. And yes.. it is as complicated as it sounds to those reading this, but I write these words for Goofy Girl with complete understanding of her painful journey and hopes that my words, somehow helped you. ♥️♥️♥️😘

I'm so sorry you and Goofy Girl have to go through such grief.  I cannot imagine.  Hugs to you both.

It was nice to see Clint supportive of Gina when she was upset about her employee quitting, but he should have hugged her. If they have ANY hope for their marriage to work, they need some physical touch.  He looks much less shaggy dog with his haircut and trim. I think he's attractive but I guess Gina really must loathe his "ginger features", whatever that means.

I replayed the preview about 3x but still can't understand what Gina said about Clint. Did she say his humor was crass?

It's good that he didn't hug her  She doesn't want physical touch.  He's being respectful of that.

If there are any "yes's" on decision day, I'm convinced it's due to producer intervention.

Or the only non-producer driven "yes" is Chris  only because he would rather do it off camera.

  3. So my takeaway on Nicole:   She must've slept with 1/2 of Nashville if she's still carrying that aroundand is worried that Milquetoast is going to hear all about it. It's 2023; who the fuck cares Nicole!

I love Clint. He has a great sense of humor.  I would love to see what Clint would look like with a nice pompadour haircut; I think he would look hot.

Shaq is going to have a hard time getting over Kirsten not being there for him, but really, she's got her own life and job too.

    Poor Jasmine.

That I don't know, as I didn't sleuth that deep lol.

But she does appear to be a legit realtor, with legit listings and sales.

And a legit misplaced need for her man to buy her nice stuff.

Girl, you're making that kind of commission, and he's still paying school loans.  Buy HIM something nice!

Sorry, the way you made it sound initially I thought you uncovered that she's sold X amount of houses in a one year and therefore she makes a good bit of $.

From the follow-up, it just sounds like you've uncovered she has some listings and the price range of those sales, but it sounds like it could be over the lifetime of her realtor career.

So based on the non-furnished apartment they showed, I'm going to go with my original assumption which is she isn't making a ton of money yet.  She might get there, but not yet.

Hence, she wants someone to buy her houses, and whatever else.

The homes that Kirsten has sold are in the $400-$800K range.
A far cry from $2.9 million, but respectable nonetheless.

I was just curious since you had looked at the numbers whether you were able to figure out what her Commission might look like.  How many houses has she sold in that range? Over what period of time?

She's young and she's probably very new so I wouldn't expect her to be top producer and making mega bucks anyway.  I think her "buy me a house" type of comments instead of pushing for them to BOTH purchase together signals to me she is struggling.

Like I said, it's a tough industry and people lull themselves into thinking they'll make a shit ton of "easy" money.

I, too, did some Kirsten real estate research.  She has sold some houses.  Nowhere near the $2.9 million job they showed, but some impressive numbers.  She did seem to know her way around the home that she was showing Shaq, which is what a prospective buyer wants.

I actually don't mind Kirsten's quietness.  It's her little demands, that Shaq buy her a house and a nice car, that that's what her friends' husbands do.  Her constant chewing while he's trying to have a discussion with her.  Respect, girl.

What kind of numbers?  And what would her cut be, in your estimation?

Whatever the case, I hope she does well.  Her apartment didn't really seem reflective of someone even in the industry, much less doing well at it.

  7. On Kristin, I doubt that was her listing.

There are a lot of broke real estate agents.  More broke ones than the ones that succeed and do well.

My mom used to be one and, of course, this was before the days of social media and internet, but she had one year where she spent more than she made.  And another year where she would've made more as a cashier working FT.

It's a tough business.  So I'm sure that Kirsten isn't doing well at it and she probably is looking for someone to take care of her, buy her a house because she's barely scraping by.

    What show is that?

Gina seems quite conflicted about this.  On the one hand, when Clint made his comment, she said things about how it's hurtful to all curvy girls, and included herself.  But on the other hand, when she was talking with the girls about the "slender" part, she said she has a 26" waist and is therefore slender.  No, honey, that's not how this works.

I can't remember the context of her comment now, but I remember thinking at the time she said it, "welcome to Mack's world", cause what she was complaining about seemed to be basically the position she put Mack in all the time with her comments/put-downs.

Ha ha, I missed the 26" waist.   She is delusional.

I used to live in a country club golf community. As @TheLastKidPicked described, at some point the developers ran out of cash (although in my case all of the homes were complete as well as the amenities) so they sold the golf course. The new owner decided he wanted to build homes on the golf course property. When he didn't get the rezoning he wanted he just stopped maintaining the golf course. So people who owned homes on the former golf course now had backyards looking out over dead grass and overgrown bushes. I moved out of state so I never found out the resolution. But my friend who was trying to sell their golf course facing home had a heck of a time because who wants their view to be of an overgrown abandoned lot? BTW, this was also in Vegas.

This situation reminds me of the real estate market crash of 2008-2009-ish. Another property I was renting was also in a country club golf community and it sold for $45,000 cash in 2009. I could have bought a newer beautiful 3 bed 2 bath home in a great part of Vegas for $95,000. Are we headed there now??

When I was in my late 20s many years go, my husband and I were considering a villa home on a golfcourse and my mom highly discouraged us from doing so.  I was glad we took her advice because of that very real possibility.

  10. I love Tracy,  and I think she was so attractive before she started dressing and styling herself like a blonde Kardashian.  She's too old for some of these getups.  She's got a great figure and could show it off w/o some of these awful looks.  And the hair/extensions is way too long and OMG the cornrows?!

Also, wow, Heather is so thin now  she really looks a good 25 years older than her age on my HD big screen tv.  I used to wonder how Josh A got such a beautiful girl.

Love Josh F's new (well maybe ex) boyfriend.  He is adorable and seems so sweet.

This show is one of the best of the reality TV shows though.

I think they are reasonably well off because Mac's mother offered him $50,000 to not be on the show. Presumably she actually has that much cash to make good on her end of the deal. Mac also said he is "in the cannabis business" and "money is not a problem." I think Mac actually probably does ok financially but I do think the fact that he hadn't signed a lease or brought his dogs to live with him and really seemed to have put down no roots whatsoever in five months speaks to a lack of commitment to staying in Nashville. I saw Dom's concern there and I don't necessarily think it was that she thought he had no money; I think she was really worried that he wouldn't want to stay in Nashville.

Bear in mind that I'm convinced Mac only moved to Nashville to be on the show, so I come from that perspective. I think Dom figured that out and decided that was enough to end any interest she may have had in Mac. I also think that Dom wasn't really all that interested in getting married but got talked into it by her mom, who seemed to have an irrational desire for her fairly young daughter to be married.

I don't really think either one of them is much of a catch. They may both have done just as well to stay together.

But she also made some comment that it would be different if was in an apartment with roommates.  How does that signal staying in Nashville?

As far as I know apartments are rented typically for a one year lease.  If he siybegned a one year lease with an apartment, how does that guarantee her he wouldn't stay in Nashville?

If she made the comment:  "I don't believe he's in Nashville for any other reason than this show -- he doesn't lease a place and he doesn't even have his dogs here."  But the comment was if he had an apartment shared with roommates it would be okay.  Just not a friends' parent's basement.  The sneering she did just looking at the place!

  12. I'm truly hoping the punchline with the Dom/Mack storyline is it turns out that Mack's family is extremely wealthy and he, himself is loaded, and he decided to live with his friend's parents in their basement because he wants to weed out the chicks that are only interesting in his money

Because the only reason Dom was sour on him is bc she assumes he's broke AF.

I'm trying to figure out what she brings to the table.  She doesn't seem particularly bright.  She's no knockout.  I'm not seeing some great personality.  For someone who is all about positivity, she seems all about negativity.

For Mack's sake, I'm glad she left.  He can do far, far better than that wet blanket.

And Nicole..I want to like Nicole.  But she really strikes me as someone you have a very hard time being around for more than a few hours.  There's something about her that feels disingenuous to me.  Like she's the typical, "I'm a strong personality" and then you find out that means obnoxious, not strength in character.  Chris, well, I appreciate his love for dogs, but someone buy this man a personality.

The rest of the show I forget pretty much.  This cast just sucks.

He seemed kind of "handsy" to me. When Laya was bending down to get something out of a bottom cupboard, his hand slid up the back of her thigh and went a little too high. He was sneaky about it. I was surprised that she didn't react. I would have backhanded him.

I'm rewatching this show now that it's on Discovery + and that scene really creeped me out.

I kept thinking that if he was truly a gentleman and gave her some space, he might've actually had some intimacy.  But he was so mortally wounded and wouldn't give her the space she wanted.

That said, don't be making bets with a horny dude who won't give you the space you requested.

  14. I don't like Clint, but if she's perfectly comfortable criticizing him for being a ginger, then basically fuck her.

Saying you don't think gingers are attractive is not the same as not liking blondes.  It's the whole package b/c you're talking about someone's coloring too.

And great she owns a salon.  But if that's all she can talk about that would get old really quick.  Especially if its a bragfest which I suspect with Gina it is.

So my question is you now have to ask if someone is married before accepting a date with them? I’m confused on this .. they are asking you out why would you ever assume they are with someone else .. that responsibility isn’t on you to do a background check how would it have been her fault ? Now if she continues to go out with him after hearing he is without asking then that would be an issue ..

Yep!  I just thought the way Adriana answered was shady and that she suspected he was married but went out with him anyway.

  16. Oh my I just watched the last episode and I've never felt worse for someone.  Lenny is a disgusting prick and I hope the airing of this show means he loses a shit ton of business.

It's so sad b/c she kept trying to tell herself they were on an upswing but you could tell she didn't believe any of it.  You know he's a real fucking dick when his mother is spilling the beans to Lisa.

i can't get over this man expecting her to find a sitter so he could have his "tennis lesson."  And a front seat to his dating?  That's fucking cruel.  And what was Guerde talking about?  She seemed unnecessarily bitchy while Lisa is in tears.

On Martina/Julia, those scenes were hard to watch.  I feel like I"m watching Lenny Jr. it sure seems like she's over this too and is pulling the Kelsey Grammer.  I know Julia is a bit much with her neediness but I think she's feeling the loss of not only her children being so far away from her but her mate checking out.

Fuck Alexia.  She profited off her drug dealing ex husband.  She should shut her trap when it comes to "Russian prostitution," esp. since in addition to being with a drug dealer, she bearded her late gay ex-husband.  I'm glad Julia didn't back down from the hardest looking Cuban barbie ever.

I actually liked Adriana this episode and her defending Julia.  It does seem to be bullshit that the person she dated she didn't want to ask about his marital situation b/c his mom died.  Like, what?

I know I shouldn't like Larsa, she cracks me up.
