  1. I didn't lose any weight when I went through chemo!!!
  2. I read these comments before watching last night. I am hard hearted, so was surprised that I started to get weepy early on. I am a breast cancer survivor. It's been 16 years. This story for Gary and Maggie has never affected me until this episode. It, IMO, was realistic. It is also realistic to me that Gary is still cracking jokes. He is trying to remain upbeat for the friends, as much as for himself. I was never the one to be crying, poor me, throughout treatment. I cried at the diagnosis and cried before the mastectomy. After that, I did what I always do with "trauma", I put on my blinders and pushed my way through. I have a ton of experience in that field; father committed suicide when I was a teen, left with a mother who never wanted me, told me she wished she'd aborted me, and screamed that she hates me. I have too much experience. I thought they did Gary's appearance pretty realistically, aside from he should be waaaay more tired. It actually broke my heart to see how ashen he looked, and remember ALL too well the hair loss. That devastated me for own personal journey, far more than I anticipated or cared to acknowledge. I remember sitting in my house for 3 days wondering how the world would react. I opted for no wigs as it was July and I suffer from migraines. I didn't want anything on my head. Once I headed outside after 3 days and realized the villagers didn't run or try to burn the house down, I was good. I don't think there will be a miracle "cure" for Gary. This show started on the story of Jon's death and will most likely end on the story of Gary's death.
  3. I was equally bummed about losing Byrd and refused to initially watch the new show. We recently dropped satellite and started streaming. The show comes up on some channel so I watched. I have noticed the last few days they are repeating the shows on a loop so I hate that. New format is meh, Sarah and crew are fine, nothing exciting. Too lazy to do a search for this, but, I was recently made aware [thanks to streaming] that Pluto TV has a Judge Judy channel, so if this has been mentioned before, my apologies! If you are just hearing of this, it is SO worth checking out!! Really old episodes, back to 1996-ish era! So happy to have discovered this, so the new J Justice may just not be on my radar!

  5. I will miss the show, but hated the Cindy stuff in this episode. I wonder if they had gotten a renewal, would Vanessa end up pregnant as the actress is pregnant in real life!
  6. "All week, 4 p.m. episodes are 2013, and 5 p.m. are 2016. Some of the 2016 episodes are very recently rerun, so I wonder if the producers are only going to show so many episodes. 4 p.m. reruns- First (2013)- Defame Game -Plaintiff Silvio Belini Jr. is suing defendant Ora Knowell for harassing him for buying defendant’s former man friend’s home as a bank foreclosure, and defaming him. This case is famous, SWAT had to remove defendant and the boyfriend from the house when they forced their way in, and barricaded themselves inside. Defendant claims the house was mortgage free, and not a foreclosure, but there was a mortgage on it. Also, after the foreclosure started boyfriend did a quit claim to his girlfriend, Ora Knowell, which wasn’t legal, because he didn’t own the house. Defendant claims because plaintiff’s contractor’s license listed his current address, but also when he became a business owner (2007). Defendant claims the house was paid off in 1993, but there was a subsequent mortgage by defendant’s late man friend. Defendant claims the plaintiff is not Silvio Belini, Jr. (Yes, he is). Plaintiff bought house from bank in 2009, and defendant has been suing the bank, plaintiff, and a lot of other lawsuits since then, and defendant has lost every case. I feel sorry for defendant and her daughter because of the tragic family history, but she has no case against plaintiff. Plaintiff has photos of the posters that defendant put up around the neighborhood calling plaintiff a thief, and saying he stole her house. However, Mr. Bellini has a mortgage interest statement from 2007 to the IRS for mortgage interest, so there was a mortgage. Plaintiff had to get two restraining orders against defendant, and a criminal protection order against her too. Defendant’s daughter supports her mother too, and is as delusional as her mother. Daughter calls Mr. Bellini a thief too. When defendant talks about chain saws, and sledge hammers used to get into ‘her’ house, she’s talking about the SWAT team breaking down the barricades she put up when she broke into the house, in 2008. I saw the article one of the previous times this episode ran. Don’t mess with Oakland CA police, they showed a video clip of the entry, and it was amazing. Besides, defendant and her daughter can call the man friend husband, and stepfather, but they weren’t married, and defendant was never on the deed for the house. I can’t imagine the harassment that Mr. Bellini and his family have gone through from the defendants. Ora Knowell will never stop harassing the plaintiff, and his family. Plaintiff receives $5,000." I am glad you posted this recap! I had no idea about the SWAT mess and just thought this old woman had completely lost her marbles [her daughter too]!!!!!
  7. Our beloved Byrd is on today's episode of the Bold and the Beautiful! He's playing a minister and looking sharp in his purple attire!
  8. She was very creepy and her voice, ugh! It was obvious that she thought she was a gift from God and all men would fall over to do her bidding. The hair, yuck. Lashes, lips, ugh. Outfit? I would have liked to have seen the entire thing as she wore the top only to enhance herself. And nothing, nothing is attractive about her to compensate for that baby voice. I think she though she could get JJ to be on her side acting all dumb and innocent. And she's a realtor? Um, no. I did Google her and the pix are actually worse than her appearance on JJ!
  9. I am going to sign up to start snarking with ya'll. Haven't seen the epi in a while but Crystal Stegelman was a piece of work! I looked up her FB page and girl needs to stop with the motorcycle b.s. It's not cute [she's scary looking]. And poor Dave, DEFINITELY needs new friends......he did seem "off" in some way, wasn't quite sure how!
