This is exactly it in a nutshell. Also, many interactions between Sheldon and Dr. Sturgiss were lost to the more adversarial relationship between Sheldon and Dr. Linkletter.

Fraser was (and is) a great server. He has a talent for service and making guests comfortable. Now that he's Chief Stew, it's a whole different kettle of fish. I don't think he's cut out for management. I mentioned previously that I think Barbie is a "let's work this out together" managerial problem. If you water her properly, she will flower. if you stonewall her, she will shrivel up. A good manager weighs the end result with the work invested in achieving it. In Barbie's, case I think it would be worth it. Fraser doesn't see it that way, he's too busy worrying about his own feelings and over-reacting to everything else.

I have mild dyslexia, but I sure could relate to chef not being able to deal with the sloppily written and disorganized hamburger orders on the white board. Chef couldn't even look at it without it causing a stress reaction. If only she had done this (with lines) I'll bet he would have not made a single error. For me, the show took a turn when they stopped interacting Sheldon with Dr. Sturgiss and ramped up his mental problems. After that Sturgiss screen time seemed minimal. I hate Dale and Meemaw got mean. Depressing seems like a fit description. 👍

I'm glad for all our members that have been asking for this. I just hope it's not another Joanie Loves Chachi.

I can tell you from a ten year olds perpective that they although they usually don't draw blood, their bite is harder that you would think. 😱

I had an employee like Barbie once. Realized pretty quickly that she would not respond well to me laying down the law. I could just have fired her, but I liked the way she did many things and the clients loved her. I decided to take the "let's figure this out together" approach. A year later she won the award for top sales rep. Sometimes you just have to think outside the box for the greater good. Fraser is a little too full of himself as chief stew. He needs to calm down.

I actually had that TV. What Pastor said was true. It really was intensely sharp, big and beautiful....for the time. When I upgraded to LED smart TV many years later I had two to get rid of. They worked perfectly, so I put them on my lawn with a sign Works Fine Free. They were moved a bit but still there the next day. Darn things had a huge picture tube and old school parts and chassis. So heavy no single passer by could move it. LOL! City finally carted them away for me.

Just my opinion of course, but I think any show/spinoff without Sheldon would be destined to fail.

Well, this corner of the franchise seems to have potential. I barely made it through BDM last season. I didn't watch WWHN tonight, but I did see Fraser allude to the fact that Capt. Kerry will have some "trouble" this year. Could be a scratched boat bum. We'll have to see. You know Bravo....could be somethin'...could be nuthin'. Looks like Barbie will be a brat, Scottish Kyle may get bounced for drinking (saw preview of upcoming episode) and Jared will be the possible incompetant bosun/captain. Seems to be ticking off Kerry already. Time will tell. Let's get this party started 🤩

Can you imagine the reaction to Max saying "no" and walking away if it had been Captain Lee? 😤
