  1. YEEEEESSSS! This bugged me so much.
  2. He should've killed him because he knew they would do it to other people. He's gonna be clashing with Rick if he thinks pieces of shit like them deserve to live, which I guess was the point of the whole thing. I'm guessing the wolf pack is bigger, so to speak, so they can be a problem next season.
  3. Oh man, I missed the post credits scene.
  4. Damn, I thought Father Annoying Dumbass was going to die. Damn it.
  5. LMAO what a solid plan the army had: spray a chemical that people could survive by being in doors and maybe taping some plastic to the windows or, apparently, wearing a plastic suit. So are Amy and Landry gonna be a couple of "monsters" now? Augh, I am so ready for Peter to die already. Anne too. Pretty much everyone can die except Sarah, Julia and Kyle. Alan has been annoying me less so I don't know about him. Sergio's death was really... underwhelming. I kept waiting for him to wake up and for us to realize he's an immortal, too. I guess not. She wondered about pain when she woke up, I think (not gonna watch again), and Julia more or less told her that she felt no pain because the procedure worked. But yeah, I didn't get why she wouldn't notice that she wasn't pregnant. Maybe the baby is supposed to be like first trimester baby instead of that huge kid that looks second trimester? but I didn't really get this whole thing. Julia theorized that maybe being inside Amy could make the baby grow. So they changed their minds in the end? Whatever. I'm team Sarah/Julia. Julia makes Sarah less annoying and I always enjoy more Julia than less. So gimme more of that. Is the promo for the next episode somewhere?
  6. Because Sam probably just inherited Finn's ending, without them bothering with giving him the actual journey to get there.
  7. I think there was a very stubborn someone behind the scenes who was adamant about the show being about the format, about the Glee club in McKinley, and so it felt to me like the focus on the other characters and NY post graduation was done almost reluctantly, except when it came to Rachel and Kurt. I think they moved the show to NY full time as a desperate attempt to see if ratings could improve and so when they didn't they just reverted back to what they always thought the show was: Lima, Mckinley, the choir room. They weren't going to let the show end with Glee club over, so I expected them to go back at some point. But holy shit, I don't understand what all the Sue was all about. What a way to waste so much time on nonsense when they knew it was the last season. (all of these are my impressions and I could be wrong, of course).
  8. Yeah. Marrying Brittana and sending them off after telling us what their future plans were would've been a good ending for them. The problem is that they mentioned no concrete plans besides going to NY and college, so it's hard to imagine what their life was 5 years later. And given how they are all "the glee club is family!" it was weird that they weren't there when Rachel won the Tony and no one excused or mentioned their absence. It was just badly planned, imo. I think the last season instead of being all about fucking Sue should've been about sending the characters off into the sunset. They could've picked a small group for each episode, give them an ending and then next! Will and Rachel could've had the last episodes. They want to do too much and end up doing a mess.
  9. I would've been okay with not knowing what happened to them if their story had been wrapped up seasons ago and we never knew about them. For example, if the last time we saw Quinn was when she was off to Yale and we never saw her again, then that was her ending and that's fine. But Puck, Santana, Brittany, Quinn, Mike were even on THIS season. So they needed a new proper wrap up.
  10. I just don't want all of them to be performers. That was one of the things that irked me. Santana's future career was an absolute mess. She wanted fame, then she started to take dancing classes, got an understudy on broadway and didn't like it, sang with Mercedes, was Rachel's publicist and then... said she was going back to college, but didn't specify to study what? I just lost track. Meh.
  11. The problem with the endings, all of them, was that they made me feel nothing because they weren't earned. We don't see their progress to get there or they are things that just fall on the characters laps, like the superintendent making McKinley an arts school and Will principal. Maybe Will influenced that decision indirectly, but that's not the same as a character fighting for a specific goal while we cheer them on, then seeing them attain that goal. So it was all very flat. They could have skipped seasons 4-6 and given the characters the same ending and pretty much nothing would've had to be different because everything truly relevant to those endings more or less happened during the 5 year jump we didn't see, save Finn's death. Klaine were already dating, so them married wouldn't have been a shock. Same with Brittana. Rachel was going to broadway, so we see that she made it. Will's gift as a principal was thrown in his lap, so that could've happened off screen too because by the season 3 finale we knew that would be a dream come true for Will. Etc etc etc.

And they would be shooting themselves in the foot because then they would still have no doctor, or would have a doctor they couldn't trust because he would hate them. It's a power struggle. Deanna looking the other way and hoping he is not that bad seems to me like the lesser of evils for the community as a whole (though not for Jessie, of course). Don't they always? lol. But I don't think they are worse off with them. People were already dying because of their ineptitude before Rick's gang came in. And Noah's death, Aiden's death and Tara almost dying happened because of them too.

It is not about it being difficult, but about it being effective. Dr Drunk has power because he has a very valuable skill, and he is an asshole so he might very well refuse to help people if they mess with him. That is a big risk to take considering all the dangers they are exposed to, specially when they go outside. Imagine Tara arriving with her head split open and DD refusing to help. What would they do then? Torture him to get him to help her? Deanna doesn't have the guts and it might still not work. It is a tricky situation.

So, someone is bleeding to death and they're waiting for the guy to get hungry enough to help? Rick gave a speech about doing what you have to do to survive and whatever and he was totally right. Looking the other way for the good of the many is doing just that in this instance. Maybe if she tried other options she could succeed, but she doesn't want to take the risk right now and doesn't know how to fix it. It's a bad situation, but Rick's way seemed much more impractical to me. They can't kill the only doctor they have because they are not going to find another. Hell, if I was Pete I would know that and would call their bluffs.

I spent that scene worrying over Rositas safety because she was speaking too much and I feared she would die soon. Glad that did not happen. And damn, she looks so different in Alexandria. So much softer. Not happy that we did not even get to see Tara.

Yes. And sadly i think this time she is right. They need the drunk doctor. If they put him in jail for beating his wife he can just refuse to treat everyone. Rick was thinking with his dick, but I was glad that it was a fight initiated by DD. I don't think there's team Deanna and Team Rick. I think they are all Team Rick, or at least most of them. The ones I can see leaving are the last group cause they haven't been with Rick long. But I have a hard time imagining the others going against him or leaving. Damn, Carl is really grown up. I was confused by the people being eaten that Sasha saw towards the end. Was that a hallucination? I couldn't understand why Rick would go around telling Deanna and Jessie (?) about him wanting to take care of DD, when he told Carol that the people there aren't ready for the truth of how life is now.
  17. I was never too much into Sancedes because I never liked Mercedes too much. I just never found her charismatic. So, where is Santana five years later? After that dog episode, I kind of want her as Rachel's publicist. She just couldn't be at the Tony thing because her grandma was sick and she had to fly back to Lima with Brittany. :)
  18. lol. Well, I thought all of this as I was watching the scene because as a woman I immediately put myself in Rachel’s shoes. It did not require that much thought. So i think it was a case of who they had more empathy with, and after six years of Glee we know who that is.
  19. Yep. And then what was the plan exactly? That she would be aunt Rachel and have no say in her daughters life while she was seeing her all the time? And that would be more puppies and rainbows? Yeah, no. That is not how things go.
  20. Basically, this. And this. However, it would be even worse to me if it was her egg, and the Shelby mention made me think that it was. Inseminating Rachel with Kurt or Blaine's sperm would be waaaay cheaper too and something that could easily be done privately. So basically she would be getting pregnant to give her child up for adoption. That has to be REALLY hard, not this puppies and rainbows thing they tried to make it come across as.
  21. Rachel is also at the height of her career, a career in performing that relies on her being fit and attractive and thin and all of those other unfair superficial things that sadly do exist in that world. Pregnancy would just get in the way, then. It's why so many actresses wait so long to have babies, unless we are talking about an oops baby. Like, seriously, being a surrogate =/= being a sperm donor, yet that's how lightly they treated the situation. The whole thing made no sense to me and it felt like they completely ignored the reality of the situation, specially for the woman here, Rachel. That shouldn't be so shocking, I guess, cause this is glee. But it really ruined what could've otherwise been a fitting ending for Rachel, in my book, because she felt used to prop up Klaine's happy ending, and it wasn't necessary to do.
  22. I'm not rooting for anyone, I just want to see how this mindfuck ends.
  23. In my opinion, NO. Season one was great, I loved it. Season two was okay too. Then Season Three (Coven) came along and it was a mess. A million characters (it was like everyone who wanted to guest star he gave a role), messy storylines, a million pointless things added when he should have been wrapping things up, things that made no sense or were completely pointless... it pissed me off so much because the theme was witches and it was almost an all female cast, so that should have been my favorite season, but it was the opposite. I actually dropped that show after that because it pissed me off so much. That is one good thing about anthology shows: you can drop them between seasons and not lose anything.
  24. I agree with this, yes. Besides what Cleo said, the pregnancy bothered me because it stole Rachel's moment. That was the height of the series, or was supposed to be: Rachel achieving success and having her dreams come true. So it should've been about HER award and her marriage and if she was pregnant it had to be her and Jessie's. I felt like the show showing its true colors again and reminding us all how much they kiss the men's asses. Sort of like how they spent like 3 years dealing with Emma's issues and her virginity, then it was thrown away as a random gift to Will for winning Nationals, and not only that it was shown in like a throw away part of a montage, if I remember correctly. Augh. They should've just shown Klaine with an adopted cute little baby and let that be that, imo. Because this what happens in pretty much every show and movie ever.
  25. THANK YOU, FUCK YES X1000000000000 I had that exact same thought when Rachel was so casual about popping out a kid for klaine and then going to work to pop one out for Jessie. Blech.
