  1. OMG, could you imagine being married to Kat-aclysm??? What a vile, shrill, angry creature she is. (shudder)
  2. How do I not like thee Morgan? Let me count the ways. You're harsh, rigid, defensive, vindictive, uncompromising, nonfeminine, and in no way ready for an adult relationship, let alone a marriage. Go back to the gym. Run Binh, run!!!
  3. I am really glad that Lifetime is airing MAFS Australia. Australians in the show are more down to earth and authentic. They are more informal 5than Americans with a good sense of humor. More independent too. The past few seasons of MAFS USA has been rife with pretentious, insecure, uptight peeps who are not ready for marriage (Alyssa come to mind). It's a big yawn. Or perhaps the Aussie matchmakers are more capable of pairing prospective spouses? Either way, MAFS USA has been a bore for some time.
  4. 1) Chris: Once a D-bag, always a D-bag. 1) Paige: Decent, charming woman who either has no self esteem or is playing it out for the check. After all the disrespect and abuse she receives and swallows, I'm sooo sick of the "God has a plan for me." Marriage: DOA 2) Virginia: Chronic anxiety on top of alcoholism. That's a tough row to how. Not a pleasant life to look forward to. 2) Erik: Learned nothing from his first marriage and hasn't a clue how to be a good husband. Marriage: DOA 3) Haley: Sweaty, smarmy wench who checked out week one. 3) Jacob: Smug, supercilious lost in the 80's dude who thinks sarcasm is funny. Needs to attend some 80's conventions to find a chick who also hasn't evolved. Marriage: DOA 4) Clara: What you see is what you get. Brash, sweet, funny, playful but is approaching her limit with Ryan's "trust" bar. 4) Ryan: Seems like a decent, solid guy but has relationship issues. Either he's a virgin or just not physically attracted to Clara's type. Marriage: This one I thought had a good chance of making it. Maybe Ryan is playing out the clock because he made up his mind weeks ago. 5) Briana: Sweet, funny, adorable but the baby talk voice would wear thin on me. Definitely wife material. 5) Vincent: All good except that streak of insecurity and hypersensitivity. Marriage: Likely to succeed if Vincent can control and evolve past his macho Latino emotions.
  5. The majority of this season's characters are damaged goods. I can't make up my mind whether the "experts" have damaged pickers or whether MAFS attracts damaged people. Multiple choice? I'll take all of the above. This season drags every night!
  6. With every new season for the past 20 years when there were only new players, I almost had to force myself to watch the first episode because it was all new faces and they struggled to get rolling. By episode 2 or 3 it started to mesh for me. The challenges tonight were new and entertaining and the players hit the ground running. Game play strategies evolved quickly. Oh how I love this 'chess' game of players and the characters.. Regardless of what happened tonight, I loved it from the get go and for now, I'll leave the dissection of tonight's episode and resulting complaints to others. And though I don't predict it or expect it, this season would be a really impressive way to end 40 seasons of my favorite TV show. I surely hope that this possibility has no basis in reality.
  7. LOL, getting a bit "nickypicky" ? You've never mispronounced a word or used the wrong word in a sentence? There are many things that you can criticize Kelly for but really, this is where you want to plant your flag? "Windling" is a problem but "finasco" isn't? :->)
  8. For entertainment value, V.Unbeatable for the win, followed Marcelito Pomoy and Hans. Champions 2020 was a thoroughly forgettable season. Too many AGT retreads and a lot of foreign winners with less than stellar talent.
  9. After watching 4+ seasons of this, I think that the psych tests are flawed. The end result is that the majority of the "contestants" are dysfunctional and damaged. That was to be expected in season one when only several hundred people applied but at 70,000 or so now, it's less that the blame can be solely placed on the gene pool.
