The baby Hazel is in foster care and she also has another baby that she doesn’t have custody of. Both Leah and the guy she chose have been in and out of jail. I don’t get why she’s locked up Constantly...even incarcerated now and not in a sobriety house or institution since she’s obviously in need of help for her drug addiction.
