  1. Maybe something in Holden's / any human's make up told the circuit where to connect to this Ring?
  2. With the officer on the Thomas Prince talking about wormholes, to me it looked like when Holden connected the circuit, he connected this ring to a network of wormholes and a beam was sent back through one, maybe to the home planet of the protomolecule? Like maybe the protomolecule's civilization has this network of wormholes and when they've built one ring, they send a little engineer drone on to find a place to build the next ring and connect it back to their wormhole network. I'm wondering if this season will end with a fleet of alien ships coming through the wormholes.
  3. Miller's boss, Capt. Shaddid, is on Dawes' payroll. She shut down his investigation into Julie when he got too close to Julie's OPA involvement on Dawes orders. To me, I took this as Dawes taking control of Ceres.
  4. I think we've seen three Belter stations on the show, Ceres, Tycho and Eros. Fred Johnson runs Tycho and Anderson Dawes runs Ceres, so I would consider them to be part of the Belter State. And Eros was sacrificed to Mao's experiment. The crew on the Behemoth are a mix of Fred Johnson and Anderson Dawes' people. So maybe their factions are the main bulk of the Belter State for the moment. There must be other stations that we haven't seen yet. And we've seen that there are different OPA factions. Maybe some of them have taken control of stations like Fred Johnson and Anderson Dawes, or maybe some them are in chaos right now. I hope the show explores this more in the future.
  5. Anderson Dawes used Diogo as a distraction (Diogo took off in a ship that Fred Johnson's people chased) so that Dawes could take the captured protomolecule scientist Cortázar away from Fred and off Tycho station.
  6. I think that at his core, Errinwright believed he was doing the best for Earth; and eliminating Mars is what he thinks is best for Earth. I think that's why he originally got involved with the protomolecule conspiracy, as way to help Earth defeat Mars. But when Eros started moving on its own, on a collision course with Earth, threatening everything his planet, he turned against Mao and confessed his involvement to Avarasala. But she wanted him to confess to everyone and accept punishment, so now I think he's mainly just trying to save himself by framing Avarasala for his crimes and having her killed.
  7. I may not be remembering this completely accurately, but I think he confirmed this in season 1. When they first made it to Tycho station, he and Alex were in a brothel and one of the men working there approached Amos. Amos asked how he was treated and then warned him about another patron who was hiding a knife that was eyeing the man. Alex asked him about it and I think Amos said then that he had grown up in a place like this and you have to look out for each other.
  8. The Life Key, from the Mosaic, (The Magicians wiki has a list of the keys, though it hasn't been updated with the Future one yet.)
  9. When I adopted my cat, it wasn't something I thought about. Though I do have family who are able to take care of her when I travel. I have also opted out of trips when I couldn't find someone to take care of her.
  10. Given what's happened to Jon in the books, maybe the Wall isn't safe for Mel, Selyse and Shireen anymore after the mutiny. I think Selyse still has some soldiers with her and maybe they are forced to flee the wall with her soldiers as protection and then they come across Stannis and his army? I think that we'll be left with a cliffhanger with regards to Jon's fate in next week's episode, so I don't know that anything will happen on screen that may hint at the overall condition of the wall next season/next book, but I think the Wall will be abandoned/overrun at some point and the characters there will have to run.
  11. I'm not sure I agree. In the books, Davos and Jon, two of the more decent characters in the story, took steps to remove children from Stannis' presence because they didn't trust what would happen. Edric was Stannis' nephew and Mance's son was a baby. That book Jon thought a baby wasn't even safe with Stannis, is a major warning sign to me, and I like Stannis as a character in the books. I think Stannis is determined to be king and I think he could rationalize sacrificing Shireen like this in the books too.
  12. I thought we saw Connor's results. I think there was a scene where he told Asher he was clean and they fist-bumped. He said he would need to be tested again in three months and Asher cut him off saying he wasn't interested in all the details.
  13. In the Enchanted Forrest, I think David helped save him from being a gold statue and he was turned back into a humna. In Storybrooke, we saw him once as a teacher with Snow but I don't think we ever saw them reunite after their memories were restored.
  14. I could swear that I saw Sansa and Dontos in the previews for episode three, so I think we should be getting some immediate follow-up on Sunday. Maybe it will end with the reveal that Petyr is behind her rescue and then we won't visit them again until they get to the Vale.
  15. I think these were mercenaries that she hired - they kept mentioning her vast resources this episode due to her inheritance. I would assume hired guns also wouldn't be the type to talk and would rather die instead.
