LOL! My husband used to run our dogs while rollerblading, and I toddled along behind. He took speed skating as a kid so he could handle it. I do enjoy it even though I've been known to spin out over the tiniest crack in the pavement. Embarrassing! But I think anything that gets your muscles out of their comfort zone is a good thing. Sorry you are having balance issues now. Is that something temporary? I did 60 minutes of cardio yesterday and 8 minutes abs, but pigged out on pasta and chocolate so.... Yup, I could see that. Any audience time spent being interested in featured shows like the Walking Dead or Empire is audience time not spent watching the latest Housewives frachise or that crap show about boat crews. What they don't get is there are a lot of people who wouldn't watch that other Bravo nonsense anyway but would tune in to Bravo for People's Couch, because it's different and genuinely funny as hell. And you can live vicariously through the cast while they munch on DELICIOUS SNACKS.

It strikes me as a bit hinky that the Ramseys had so many versions of the facts about JonBenets pageant life. Maybe they were just embarrassed because they knew in hindsight how bad it looked and wanted to justify themselves. It's always sad to think of a little child being pushed too hard. Miss America? Well supposedly Bravo announced their line up and this wasn't on it. The shows twitter hasn't been updated in ages and the cast members are just retweeting fans requests to bring it back. Maybe there's hope for January? This show was the best thing on!

Gave up on Washington Square (this is not the week for struggling with books you don't enjoy!) and picked up Eileen by Ottessa Moshfegh. About halfway through the second chapter and feel like I've dropped into another world.

I usually do a 6-8 mile walk once per week. These are mostly flat trails though. I do miss walking on hills. Builds the butt. :) Hope you and your dog have a good walk today! (sans squirrel drama)
