  1. Stephanie just gave a look like, "Eating on the couch. How very primitive."
  2. Erika shouldn't be so worried. Once Stephanie starts telling Erika's parents about her illness, Erika won't be able to get a word in edgewise. Y'all knew Stephanie had an illness, right?
  3. Yolanda looks like she's wearing Barbie doll toilet seats on her ears.
  4. I wonder what Ed does when he gets a stiff neck? Oh, wait ...
  5. Watch out, Ed! There might be monkeys in that pool!
  6. Hi all! I just woke up from a nap so I'm a little groggy. Hope everyone is well!
  7. I'm watching one I don't remember. A former physician named Seymour lives in a heavily hoarded home with millions of cockroaches. He is obviously a very intelligent man, but you can tell he had some sort of psychotic break at one point. His office was in his home and he has kept it pretty much the way it was with patient records still filed away and now covered in filth. Being in the medical field, he should know that living the way he does is unhealthy beyond measure, but it's like that part of his brain that thinks logically has shut down.
  8. Ash isn't American. And Big Ed definitely gets my vote. He doesn't love Rose. He's just a sleazy sex tourist.
  9. I'm going to have to watch this one tonight! I only have the first five seasons on DVD because I hated the ones after Delta Burke's departure.
  10. I watched this yesterday on INSP. What made John and Olivia think that sending Ben to live with Yancy Tucker was such a good idea? And the Baldwin sisters had a huge home. You'd think they could have accommodated more family members than just Jason. Heck, the Reverend and his wife took in Erin and Jim Bob and their home wasn't very big. I found it interesting also that when Zeb was telling the story about the jackass, INSP censored the word jackass.
  11. And the commercial looks like a trailer for a sequel to "Midsommer."
  12. I can only base my opinion on the TV dinners we were sometimes served in the 70s. From what I remember, they were not a treat. I often wondered, "Am I being punished for something?" I was not paying a lot of attention during this episode. Was Sister Julienne wearing clothes the poor didn't want? If so, nice nod to "The Sound of Music." I remember watching "The Sound of Music" on TV for the first time with my mother. She promised me that the scene where the Von Trapps escaped would be "really neat." This was in the era of "Star Wars" and "Close Encounters of the Third Kind." I thought a space ship was going to descend on the stage and take them away. I was really disappointed in how their escape was actually depicted. I also really felt sorry for the Von Trapp kids wearing play clothes made from drapes. The drapes in our home were made from fiberglass and I thought having clothes made from that material would be awfully itchy.
  13. The power cut out during the show last night so that's why I disappeared from live chat. Plus, one of our cats was not doing well and we ultimately had to have him put to sleep this morning. I've had cats all my life and it just never gets any easier saying goodbye. RIP, Baby Doc.
  14. Speaking of cats ... My girlfriend and I had to have our beloved Doc put to sleep this morning. The vet thinks he had liver cancer. He wasn't eating and we tried everything we could to get some nourishment into him, but he was just too sick. We both held him as the doctor administered the shots and told him how much we loved him. He went very peacefully. We started out with eight cats and now there are five. It's heartbreak every time to lose one, but they add so much joy to our lives while they're with us. RIP, sweet Doc.
  15. I wonder if Pauline is still doing water aerobics in her light blue polyester stretch pants?
  16. "NutriSystem is here for you now." So NurtiSystem is going to help me with my mortgage? Awesome!
  17. The way she keeps tossing that long black hair around, I keep expecting her to sing "Gypsies, Tramps and Thieves."
  18. Tim yawning during her appointment is all of us watching this series lately.
  19. Good evening! My eating habit tonight was cheesy broccoli and chicken casserole and cottage cheese and tomato.
  20. I'm getting sick of the pizza places talking about how hot their ovens are. "We bake our pizza in a 1000-degree oven and it's delivered fresh to you in an urn of your choice!"
  21. OR, Rose said, "Ed. put this banana in your backpack."
