  1. Trixie! I love episodes that include that little sh... sugar plum fairy (lol) more than the episodes that don't, but I appreciate that the writer's aren't including her if it doesn't fit with the story. I just wish Trixie fit with the story more often. She's an adorable little girl, and a really good actor. Her interactions with Lucifer were awesome, and Lucifer's reactions to being forced to interact with her were hilarious. Little human girl cooties everywhere! I was telling my daughter, who isn't a regular watcher, about Trixie getting Lucifer to give her chocolate cake in a previous episode, and moments later Chloe mentions to Dan that Trixie still hides chocolate cake under her bed. It's those little things, that could be throw aways, that make me love this show even more. Maze and Chloe has to be one of my favorite pairings on the show ever. It showed a bit of a different side to Chloe. I kept waiting for her to get all uptight and tell Maze to knock it off, but she went with it. Maze remains one of my favorites... "and then I'll teach her the knives." Ha! Actually, I love this whole cast. Every single character brings something important to the show. Except... I am ready for Mom's storyline to be finished. She's my least favorite part of every episode.
  2. Thank you. Such a stupid move to drag a bit player into such a seemingly important storyline, especially so late in the season. Next thing you know one of the random questioners from the Town Hall will be the grand conspirator. This show is on its 4th showrunner. They need to pick a direction and stick with it, asap.
  3. Oh this dumb show. I love Kiefer, but... oh this dumb show. Of course the big baddies are anti-government whack-jobs who have bajillions of dollars. And the biggest baddie is an alt right winger who is one red baseball cap away from Making America Great Again. I'm a liberal, but this... this is just lazy writing. It would have been much more interesting if this whole thing had been part of a long con involving the First Lady who is secretly a Russian spy. I'm glad I'm not the only one who was hoping for Camp David to take a missile hit right in the middle of the First Kids' tutoring time. Blow that shit up, give the President some balls, and let's get this show on the road. I'm tired of him being a sorry sad sack who apologizes every time he, god forbid, has an opinion. Hannah Wells is stupid. Her boss is stupid. Her partner is stupid. Her car is stupid. Everyone involved in this investigation is stupid. They're supposedly working under-the-radar, but managed to leave a trail of breadcrumbs for the bad guys to follow right back to her flea bag motel. Hopefully it's all a part of some trap, but I have a feeling any plan to trap the Oath Keepers is locked in her Ford. Is there an app for that? I have no idea who the guy was at the end, and that's not a good sign. I think it was supposed to be shocking or something. It would have been shocking if it had been someone we had actually invested some time, possibly a storyline, in. This show has no idea what it is... where it's going... what it wants to be. If it weren't for Kiefer I would have given up already. I'll finish up this season, but I'm not sure I'll be back for the next.
  4. Good God this show is stupid. Can Cash and her father please get hit by a tour bus already? Layla is ridiculous and Avery needs to run the other damn direction as fast as he can. You already have a kid to raise, dude. You don't need another bratty child in your life. Especially one with crazy eyes who's a damn liar. Avery, you're an idiot for not seeing the crazy that is happening right in front of you. Why the hell did they dig Derek Hough back up? My God, he's a bad actor. Stick with the dancing and choreographing, dude. Hayden was hilarious at the bar, though. The toothpick cracked me up. Will's dad is still a dick. Too little, too late there at the end, pal. The surplus redhead sucks. Just shut up already. Gunnar is an idiot. Scarlet is an idiot. I hope they become the Exes musically soon, too, because they're not writing great songs together anymore anyway. I wonder how many people in that AA meeting were like, "Dude, an alcoholic owning a bar really isn't that great of an idea, anyway, and the name really sucked... so, yeah." Of course Cash is going to push for the big bad in NYC. Give me a break. Out of control tour bus with no brakes. Now. It can take out Maddie, too. Jesus, it's about time Rayna (kind of) talked to Daphne about all of this. The kid's sister turned out to be a giant asshole, her step-dad is an asshole, her mother is an asshole, and she's in danger of turning into an asshole. She should run away with Aunt Tandy before it's too late. Of course Deacon is about to get drunk. Of course he is. Here's a thought: How about the jackass not be a jackass for once? I don't even care if he and Rayna ever get back together. Those two are both too stupid to deserve happiness. Juliette needs to be happy without a man in her life. She has a kid to focus on, and a career that is going pretty well, she doesn't need a man to be complete. Oh wait, I forgot this is Nashville. Oh Elton. WHY?
  5. LOVED this episode! It was so awesome! I didn't even mind Det. Douche this episode. I just wish we had gotten more Trixie, maybe some Trixie and Maze together. The therapy session was gold. Hoping we get more Dr. Linda next season. Surely Amenadude and Luci will have some Mum issues to work out. :-D Found Amenadude's sullen response to Lucifer regarding the fact that "Dad" actually responded to Lucifer interesting. Has Amenadude been getting the silent treatment from Dear Old Dad? I thought we got a bit of a clue about Chloe when she and Maze were talking and she said she was a cop "'Cause I hate it when people get away with things they shouldn't." That seems to me something that she and Lucifer have in common. I, too, literally laughed out loud when Malcolm made the shooting himself in the head motion while Chloe and Trixie were talking. I kept hoping Lucifer would get his wings back, and show "Malkie" (lol) the REAL devil. I don't see how they keep Chloe in denial much longer. So excited to where they take all of these great characters!
  6. I love this show and I'm so sad the season is coming to an end. I love that Lucifer and Chloe seem to have settled into a friendship, although I'm not opposed to romance at some point down the line. Hey, I like shippy romances so, thereyago. It was hilarious watching Lucifer trying to stay as far away from her as possible. I'm so intrigued by what it is about Chloe that makes Lucifer vulnerable. I hope it's something about her physically, or genetically, or whatever, and not "true love." In fact, I hope whatever it is about her winds up being a (temporary) road block to them being together romantically. Having said all that, it wouldn't ruin the show for me if they never wind up getting together romantically and just stay friends who care for each other and drive each other crazy. Maze and Aman...I can't spell that name... are awesome together. The look on his face when he grabbed her holding the dagger, and then again when she threw the daggers on the table and let he and Lucifer have it. Wowsa! I hope they explore that dynamic more. I can get my hot forbidden romance from those two. I also hope we see more of Maze and Dr. Linda and Maze and Trixie. In fact, for someone I was pretty "eh" about early in the season, Maze has evolved into one of my favorite characters. As for Trixie: I'm a sucker for that little moppet. She is adorable! I miss her when she's not in an episode. She and Lucifer together are so great. When she told him she wanted cash and he had that look of approval on his face... priceless. "Douche and Stache" had me rolling. This show has some of the best lines on TV. It's been fun to watch Stache go off the deep end. I too want to know where that coin sends him. I don't really care about Detective Douche all that much. I don't want him to die because of Trixie -- she needs her dad. But, I don't think he really does much in terms of storyline and plot. I think Chloe and Lucifer are great as friends right now, I don't really want the cliche estranged husband be the "thing" that's supposedly preventing them from getting together. Give him something more to do than be the roadblock to Chloe's success as a detective and her relationship with Lucifer or have him get transferred to some other precinct. I can't wait until the final episode! It's going to be a long summer!
  7. Well that was a truckload of bullshit crammed into an hour. Maddie has turned into the biggest brat I've had the displeasure of watching on TV. And this is on a show with Juliette Barnes, so that's saying something! At least Juliette was a fun brat (not counting the post-partum depression). Please emancipate yourself from mommy's money and protection and see how well you do on your own you ungrateful little wretch. I'm sure Cash would just love to be your financial manager. If they want to make Deacon look like some out of control anger freak then they ought to show him being unreasonably angry and hulking out over dumb stuff. Because I gotta say, as the parent of a 16 year old girl, his rage was pretty justified in that bar. In fact, I think he was pretty controlled considering what was going on there. I can see this leading to Rayna and Deacon breaking up AGAIN, and Maddie turning into some drug using musician with a bunch of money-grubbing sycophants in her "squad," lead by Cash -- who just needs to get off of my screen ASAP, and take her whiny jackwagon of a father with her. What the hell happened to Rayna? She's just awful this season! Did she have a brain transplant when Deacon got his liver? Because, damn. Crazy Eyes can sing, but I'm not into the whole revenge storyline. Yes, your boyfriend took a header off of a roof trying to save Juliette, but that doesn't really mean Juliette's at fault for his actions. Maybe he should have grabbed her from behind instead of leaping in front of her. Poor planning on his part... just sayin'. Anyway, Avery belongs with Juliette. They know it, we know it, Crazy Eyes knows it... just let it happen. I don't care about the Exes and Alicia Witt, either. It's all so pointless. I'd much rather see Gunnar and Scarlet make cow eyes at each other all day long because they're afraid of getting together romantically and wrecking the band, (espeically if we get some more of those songs like they had on season 1), than to have some third party involved stirring up drama. We get it, she's an evil home wrecker. Do we really need another one of those on this show? Will was super cute on his not-a-date. I want him to find someone to love! Loved the breakfast scene, and the Rayna-Juliette scene. I just loved all things Juliette.
  8. Man. I think Spencer may have had a chance, albeit a slim one, of winning over Jeremy until that little temper tantrum he just threw at tribal. Ugh! And he just referred to himself in the 3rd person. Go Jeremy. I guess.
  9. I just can't with Deacon and the anointing of St. Beverly. The woman was a horrible, horrible person. Sure, she finally did something decent and wound up dying. She was still a horrible person for all of those years. Has everyone forgotten that? She died. They all feel guilty. It sucks. Move the hell on, please. I do want to visit that bar, though. Why did we even have this mess with Markus? He's a whiny, creepy prima donna. Sue his ass off and good riddance, Rayna. Speaking of a waste of time. So glad Caleb is gone. He could have been a good character if he hadn't turned into such a douchebag. We all knew he was just a place-holder for Gunnar anyway. Are we supposed to feel sorry for Luke? Because... I don't. Who knew therapists made house calls to break patient confidentiality? HIPAA? What's that? And that crap she was spouting? Aww hell nah. Don't get me wrong, I am glad that Avery agreed to let Juliette see the baby for supervised visits. Mostly just because I want Avery and Juliette to figure their stuff out and be happy again. Gunnar and the baby were adorable. Will is adorable. Avery is adorable. Even if he does cry more than the baby. If Rayna and Deacon do finally get married it will either be because they know the show is going to get cancelled, or their limo from the reception is rigged with a bomb. It won't be because we are actually going to see them happily married for any length of time. Can we please just have a show with the three men and Cady and Emily? Maybe Scarlett can visit once in awhile. I'm pretty much done with everyone else.
  10. Oh thank God for this place. I was literally laughing out loud at the PenaVega histrionics. Good Lord, you'd think one of them had just been told they only had 24 hours to live. I wonder how long it took for them to clean up the slobber the judges left all over Derek? Gah! I didn't buy his "struggling with the choreography" story, either. Doesn't that happen to him every season and then he comes out and everyone cries that it was the best, most magnificent thing they've ever seen? However, Bindi seems like a sweetheart who is enjoying the heck out of this experience. I really enjoy Nick and Sharna's dances and their partnership. They seem to genuinely like one another. It shouldn't have been Alexa going tonight, but since it was, I really wish she could take her husband with her. What was the deal with Val when Carrie Ann asked what kind of drugs the hospital had given Tamar? He jumped up and walked behind the bench. I think I must have missed something.
  11. So the mustache twirling villain from Nashville has made his way to Hydra? Hopefully they will make better use of him here than they did in Music City. I admit that I had a theory that maybe May was Lash. Crazy, I know! Once Andrew started questioning Daisy about Lincoln and they got interrupted I knew he was the dude putting holes in people. I wonder what his obsession with Lincoln is? Is it just because he's an inhuman? Surely there are others of them running around that he can focus on? Speaking of inhumans... I want to know where the senior citizen inhumans are? Because all the people I know who take fish oil are old. Is it wrong that I want Coulson to get some of that? He and Rosalind have great chemistry. How many lemons do you think May has to suck to get her face to stay like that? Seriously, could she be anything other than cantankerous? When she's under cover doesn't count. And by the way, agent May, that kid you're holding in your arms... the one who just revealed that your lover can change into a monster... just died. They need to pick up the thread with Gemma and Will before I lose interest. Ward needs to die. I'm tired of his nonsense.
  12. So, Asher's life is starting to unravel. His dad has disowned him. He and Bonnie are going to be done once she finds out about the gang rape. Maybe he is the one who helped the DA take a header over the balcony and shot Annalise? Have we seen Asher or Bonnie in any of the flash forwards? If Asher did hurt Annalise he better run if Bonnie comes anywhere near him with a plastic sack. I yelled out loud when Catherine woke up. I don't know what it is, but Flowers in the Attic are guilty as hell of something. If Frank would lay off of the hair product he would be much better looking, IMO. That greasy look just doesn't do it for me. And I totally think that was a fake family. Is Laurel's family part of some mafia? Maybe he wants an intro to them. Could someone please smack the stupid right out of Wes? What a smug little turd. Finally, poor Oliver. If they off him I am going to be pissed.
  13. SO, Mike stirs the pot by suggesting that Will is hiding more food, or something from his box of goodies. It was a strategic move on Mike's part to sow a bit of distrust there. Fair enough. No different than lying about someone having a HII, or speculating that some were lying about the beans and rice choice in the 1st episode. It can work to your advantage to sow a little discord amongst people you don't want getting too close to one another. All fair game play, IMO. Jenn and Shirin bought it and shared the theory with the others. I didn't get the impression that anyone else at camp was even buying it. Then, Tyler shares what is happening with Will, I believe to stir the pot a little bit himself. Maybe to help Will protect himself, maybe because he thinks it will help keep a target on Mike/Jenn/Shirin. I don't know. Again, what Tyler did was fair game play, IMO. Will gets hurt/pissed and blows up. I get it. He's tired, hungry, stressed. His good intentions have been turned against him. It sucks. He lost it. But he went too far. If he'd kept it about the game, fine. But to attack someone in such a vile, personal manner? And for the others to just stand there and let it happen? It was just gross. I don't want to watch that. That's not must-see TV. That's "let's hope whoever is in charge of this show gets their shit together before next season" TV. I don't like any of these people. I don't know how Jeff is seriously calling this one of the best seasons ever. If that's the case then he's watching a different show than I am. The best parts of the show I'm seeing must have gotten left on the editing room floor. Edit: Sorry about the strange formatting. I don't know why it looks like this.
  14. Baby Barkley-Barnes is here! Now Juliette can get back to kicking ass and chewing bubble gum -- as long as it doesn't mess things up between her and Avery. Loved the lullaby at the end! I thought she was hilarious throwing her fit and kicking stuff around. I wish the writers would get back to having Juliette and Rayna in more scenes together. They are so great together, and I don't totally hate Rayna when she is with Juliette. When did Gunnar turn into such a mopey little douche-baby? Besides almost all season? I swear he's been stomping around and throwing a tantrum like his diaper needs changed. Dude! All your ex-girlfriends agree: You suck as a boyfriend. Scarlet's moved on. You lose. Now go fake-write some songs I can download on iTunes. I have no use for this snarly toddler. He's moved up to the top of my Potential Donors for Deacon List. Speaking of Potential Donors for Deacon. Teddy, Teddy, Teddy. You had a chance to be a decent human being there, and you blew it. You didn't have to blackmail anybody. You could have come clean and apologized for sleeping with a used up hooker. It's not like you killed anybody. Well, except for Lamar... and you're the only one who knows about that... and the writers dropped that thread, so bygones. You're being set up by your ugly hooker, dumbass. Since Six-Shooter Sadie is apparently leaving town, and if Gunnar isn't going to die in a flood created by his own tears, I hope the guy he is blackmailing takes Teddy out. One dad must die, so the other may live. Sorry Daphne. But at least Maddie still has her dad. Right?! It's a good thing that parking garage didn't have any security cameras in it so Luke Wheeler could save the day by lying for Supergirl's mom. That was random. Too bad she couldn't stick around Nashville. Sluke/Sake/Suke might have actually been fun to watch. I think Bucky is realizing that Hwy 65 isn't the right fit for him. So if he leaves, who will replace him? Jeff? Bwahahahaa.
  15. Finally caught up with this season! Gonzales' speech to Coulson about how Coulson was literally Fury's creation and god only knows what the alien blood did to him just smacked of bigotry. He's afraid that Coulson is something "other." It made me want to punch him in the face, and I'm pretty meh on Coulson. The fact that Gonzales was focused on getting Fury's cube opened so they could find out where the other enhanced people are locked up so they could destroy them, and that they went after Skye with real bullets.... Well, it just makes me think even more that they're being driven more by their fear and intolerance than by their desire to see SHIELD be more open, transparent and democratic. Besides, those are just buzz words used to try to convince people that they should do what you want them to do because it's "in everyone's best interest." Usually the only person's "best interest" it is in is in the one doing the talking. If they'd gone in with stunners like Bobbi had ordered I'd be more inclined to believe that NewSHIELD is on the side of right. But, they went in to kill a SHIELD Agent. No questions asked. She's different now, she had to die. Oh, and I don't believe that they only decided to move in on Coulson right now because he was using the team for his personal missions. That's what Gonzales and Co. wanted Bobbi and Mack to believe. Heck, maybe that's what Gonzales and Co. are telling themselves so they can sleep at night. No, I think they decided to move in on Coulson because not only is Coulson too much of an unknown with his alien blood, but now the team has an Inhuman on it and she's too much of a threat and needed to be taken care of. Did Skye not realize that she was born different-- and that she always had the potential for these powers? I get the feeling she thinks that anybody in that chamber would have come out with powers, and that Tripp died because of the earthquake, and not because he'd been impaled by the Diviner (and then shattered by the force of Skye's shockwave.) She keeps blaming herself for it, but he was a dead duck before that earthquake hit. I am happy that she called on Gordon to come help her. He is becoming more interesting to me, as well. It will be fun to see the other Inhumans. I liked the flashbacks, but like Skye's "carp mouth" seems to bother others, Bobbi's constant "I'm getting ready to do something scary/hard/important" frowny-scowl annoys me. I'm glad Hunter is sticking around. I get a kick out of his one liners. I hope Bobbi and Mack are happy. Idiots.
