  1. I saw Frozen last night and was pleasantly surprised. I thought it was really good and was happy to see Caissie and Patty before they leave. Even though the audience was filled with little kids, they were very well behaved.
  2. I really liked it. It brought up a lot of emotions. I did not realize Nicole Kidman played Gretchen Carlson.
  3. I finally saw Waitress. I thought Katherine McPhee played Jenna with a real vulnerability, but I was pleasantly surprised with how good she was. Overall I really enjoyed it!
  4. I enjoyed it. I loved the music more than the story.
  5. I thought it was cute! It was a little slow at some parts.
  6. I liked it, but it could have been shorter. I did enjoy the twist at the end.
  7. I thought it was fun, but nothing will hold a candle to the original.
  8. I liked it. It reminded me of the Broadway show than the animated version.
  9. I enjoyed it. Some of the plot holes were annoying.
  10. I thought it was a bit slow. I liked it, but thought it could have been better.
  11. I thought it was pretty good. Toy Story 3 was a far better ending though.
  12. At least Abby was talking to voters during the 2016 election which is more than what Meghan did.
  13. I sent the clip of Meghan crying because she doesn’t have a Jewish family member to my dad who has been very upset about Rep Omar’s comment and he thanked me for the good laugh he had and called it one of the most ridiculous things he’s ever seen. Joe Lieberman use to live in our town and we use to see him all over the place after he retired so if I ever see him again I might just start laughing.
  14. I'm glad I am not the only one who noticed Meghan's change of opinion that she know likes when celebrities state political opinions at Award Shows. Hopefully she is changing for the better, but I doubt it.
  15. I just saw this Christian Bale did a great job as Dick Cheney and Amy Adams did a great job as Lynne Cheney.
  16. I'm not a big phone person. My dad and I often text each other articles during the day so we can read when we have time (never counted how many times). They aren't long conversations. I know my sister calls at night to check in. The only time I've ever talked to my parents multiple times in a day was during an emergency. I don't know what I would even say to my parents if I called them 7 times a day every day.
  17. I'm glad I'm not the only one either! I did enjoy the middle of the second act. Act one is defiantly better.
  18. Michael Luwoye last Broadway show is February 16.
  19. Oh wow! I think Vazquez is still an understudy since I don't think they have cast they have named a replacement yet. He definitely grew into the role during the show. Oh wow that is expensive! The price I paid was definitely more than I wanted to pay, but looking at what the prices were for the next sixth months it was the cheapest. I was surprised no one had bought them. It makes you wonder when the price will go down.
  20. I agree with you the one time she did do that was with Tamika Mallory. Considering how many times she has defended the trump administration on this show attacking her father doesn’t seem like an automatic disqualification.
  21. I’m Jewish and I find some of Omar and Tlaib’s comments troubling and anti-Semitic. I am definitely not a conservative. My issue with Meghan is that republicans say anti Semitic and troubling things too! Why doesn’t she question every republican why Republican congressmen keep meeting with a holocaust denier and one brought them to the State of the Union.
  22. I finally saw Hamilton on Broadway last night. The show lived up to the hype, maybe not the ticket prices even though the ones I bought weren't extrodinary expensive comparing them to other dates and I bought them only a few days ago. The highlights in the cast were Ryan Vazquez (Hamilton), Denee Benton (Eliza), Daniel Breaker (Burr), Anthony Lee Medina (John Laurens/Philip), Carvens Lissaint (George Washington) and Euan Morton (King George). I did enjoy seeing Mandy and James Monroe Iglehart. I thought they were both very good. I know they have received some criticism. It might be because besides the soundtrack I didn't have anything to compare them too. My only complaint is that I didn't feel the emotional connection I had with some other shows after seeing them (Fun Home and Dear Evan Hanson).
  23. I just saw this never saw the previous movies all I knew is that Jackson died at the end. I loved it. Bradley Cooper portrays a complicated man very well. I hope Lady Gaga wins the Oscar for best song.
  24. Chelsea Janes the reporter they were talking about just switched to covering politics (within the last month) she use to be the Washington Post beat reporter for Nationals. I think it was a poor mistake hopefully she learns from it since she is a good reporter.
  25. Tamika Mallory should resign and I wished Sunny and Whoopi would have pushed back a little. I'll give Sunny some props because she did bring up the GOAT question. It shouldn't be that hard to condemn someone who says those vile things.
