That wanker Jack has caused me to finally join and make my first comment. There have been lazy dumb asses on the show before, but this guy takes the lemon drizzle (according to a Google search lemon drizzle is the most popular cake in the UK). I think what pisses me off the most about him is he makes me think of similar people I have worked with before. One type of lazy is someone who is simply clueless, and maybe doesn't understand just how lazy they are, or maybe didn't have parents that taught them a strong work ethic. Then there is the Jack type (jackass type), who spend their entire day or shift trying to do as little as possible. This type of person is my biggest pet peeve. They actually take pride in doing as little as possible. Anyone in Joao's situation needs to give specific examples to their boss to show how another employee is that lazy. Otherwise Sandy or any other boss is just going to assume it's a personality conflict.
