  1. Caught up on all the posts, and surprised to see that no one has mentioned Chloe's (on Afterparty) girls *screaming* for some kind of support!? If you're not relatively small-chested -- and firm, at that -- such a low-cut, unsupportive top is so not a flattering look. She could have used a stick-on bra, could have chosen a different dress/top...are the producers of Afterparty not giving any feedback as the guests are getting ready? Yikes.
  2. I realize this concept is steeped in centuries of controlling tradition, but I'm surprised that Austin -- any thinking adult? -- buys into it with this much confidence. Wonder how his critical thinking stands up in other areas of his life. Poor Becca.
  3. Yes, please shut up about it. Though to be fair, the producers likely coaxed her to harp on it since it was her storyline. Her overall immaturity and attitude *about* her virginity (as I see it, the byproduct of her hyper-religiosity) made her utterly unappealing on so many levels. I'm not sure how Keith was such a good sport all those weeks.
  4. I’m not the universe-appointed decider on these things but calling someone a virgin who —by her own admission — was experienced with BJ’s seems a stretch. Iris seems almost pathologically identified with that label 🙄. I’ll never forget her mother saying he’s fine, you’re married, jump him!
  5. And we have to wonder...why? What did Meri deny him? Certainly not additional wives. It's one thing to be apathetic about a relationship, but why would he want to hurt her that way?
  6. I could be wrong, but isn't this one of the reasons polygamy was outlawed - that the children of the legally unmarried women could be the State's responsibility?
  7. @jschoolgirl Janellel didn't try to contain her laugh, and even from her usual diplomatic response it was clear she thought K-Dog was out of his mind.
  8. Had to google photos for this; and indeed, they are remarkable. What I find even more remarkable than the earlobes is Meri's decision not to replace that front crown that is so distinctly and distractingly not colored similarly to the rest of her dentition, which is quite straight and aesthetic. Evidently Meri has worn Invisalign recently (no small commitment, from personal experience), which optimized her smile; but still no changes for the discolored front tooth. Mind boggling.
  9. Jenelle's reaction to this claim was priceless. Can't say why, but I do sense their sexual connection was better than Kodouche's with the other two wives. Regardless, him claiming to have been essentially used as a boy toy by one of several wives who supported the family for decades is consistent with the level of intelligence he's displayed in general. I often wonder if he has any idea how ridiculous he easily makes himself look. Edited to add: Now that I've had time to read prior comments, I agree with others who mentioned that K could feel used because J never seemed to want anything beyond a friendship and bedroom time with him -- I mean, she was a busy woman, supporting the family and all -- whereas the other wives were definitely (and reasonably) needy of more than that. K isn't the type to think this through like the wise minds here, so for him this likely registers as a simple feeling that he was "used" in some way by J...and he may as well justify to himself and the viewers that he was used for his Adonis-like body (can't believe I typed that).
  10. And allegedly Kody is in real estate. Huh.
  11. She is. I noticed it right away. I find dental irregularities more distracting than most probably do.
  12. SNS = sorry, not sorry 🤷🏻‍♀️ 😁
  13. So much this - that look was an absolute dumpster fire on an attractive woman. Further, I’ve not seen one strapless top/dress on this show that’s flattering; reminds me of our late father’s late-70’s girlfriend wearing them to the store, with the elastic (and everything else) half way to her waist…but I digress. If strapless tops flatter any body type, it’s a lean, small-chested one. I have to wonder how any of the wearers look in a mirror and think “This looks great on me.” If they’re not thinking that, they owe it to themselves to change outfits; and if they are…whew, delusion city. SNS.
  14. I'm not sure anything could get more crude than Justin telling Alexis that her "...pH was off." What's next.
  15. @Yeah No Excellent point, and precisely why I'm dubious of compliments except from those I know well. Words are often cheap and manipulative and in my experience it's more often the case when women are complimenting other women. There was the case seasons ago of double-oven Greg serving his continual and impersonal compliment buffet to no-BS Deonna, who set him straight until he could give her a sincere one. But in that case, I believe he wasn't trying to manipulate, he just didn't have much relationship experience and (as he said) was telling her what he thought all women wanted to hear 🙄 . So much wrong with this, but he got his act together and they seem to be happy now. Yes, I wonder what would move Nate to compliment, of all people, Justin, on anything, even before he got to know (that he didn't like) him. Justin is one of the least masculine participants ever to take part in this show; there is an effeminate quality not only about his face and voice, but also his soft and gangly body despite its height. His always-compensating demeanor, blathering on about his celibacy, and constantly referring to his alleged large phallus just rates him even higher on the Pass! meter. IMO, even if Nate is bi or pan, I can't see him being attracted to that. I can't see anyone being attracted to that, frankly.
