There is a folk song about the Diggers Revolt in 1649 called The World Turned Upside Down, long before LMM came up with the lyric for Hamilton. And there's a chapter in ABOSAA titled The World Turned Upside Down, as well. :)
Regarding Lexington and Concord, in the book, in the early morning hours, Roger and Bree have a conversation about it, with Bree reciting The Midnight Ride of Paul Revere, and Roger stating he would give anything to be there right then, instead of tucked away on the Ridge
