‘Marvel’s Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.’ To End After Season 7 On ABC – Comic-Con I was expecting it to be but this is confirmation. Happy they get to end it on their own terms, like Jeph said.

Nate had an actual goodbye to the Legends team when he left and he came back to help when Ray was taken, just like Ava helps them, but I guess it’s because she’s Ava that she doesn’t count, right? Rip called Sara and Ava his protege for a reason. Sara will always be the Captain for me, and just because Ava will call the shots for whatever reason, it won’t change that. Legends is an ensemble show and as much as I love the originals, I knew what to expect when they were rotating characters around. You might watch it for the originals, but other cast and characters are what attracts others to watch the show. The only one taking over Zari is her brother. And well, I mean it’s kind of obvious lol.

Ava has been more or less a Legend since the start of the season. You can see her not as one but some people do. I mean people still called Nate a Legend even tho he left and went to work for the Bureau. Nora gets called a Legend too by some people.

Damn that’s like 9 regulars? Almost as much as Legends but Legends is an ensemble so it’s meant to be big (even tho I think Legends is getting too big with the regulars in season 5).

So I wonder if they whole multiple children’s thing will be them dressing in Legends costume and merch lol like cosplaying them. That would be cute.

Like I said, Sara has always called the shots. You see the missions Ava goes on with the Legends, it’s Sara who tells them the plan. Ava may have suggestions, like others have as well, but she still goes along with it. She even acknowledged how Sara does her plans, she’s not oblivious to it. In that sense, everyone’s a guest since it’s Sara’s ship, right? I think no matter how it goes, there’s going to be judgement either way, so why bother lol.

That EW photoshoots were fantastically done, I’m still in awe. The thing that sucks about the network when it comes to promo pictures is that they don’t do cast photoshoots, I mean look at something like Agents of Shield or other big network shows, they almost always have new solo and group promo pictures.

I’m 50/50 about Sara getting powers. I’ll wait to see what the power is first but Caity has said she wanted Sara to have powers and she looked really excited talking about it.

“This season is really divided up in a way that the episodes before the crossover are pre-‘Crisis’ episodes. Then the back half of the season is all about dealing with the fallout from the events of ‘Crisis.’“ I like the sound of that as well as the big bad! Fingers crossed for a good season 6!

But that doesn’t show that Ava’s the one calling the shots? She may give them missions sometimes but Sara’s still the one telling her team what to do and coming up with the plan. Ava being their boss was just like Rip being their boss when he was Director, but at least with Ava, Sara can actually trust her and Ava’s actually on their side and helping. And they were together before Ava got promoted so... I mean, isn’t that how real life relationships work? Especially a petty new one? And besides, it’s not like most of the characters got to do all that much aside from Constantine and later on Ray and Nora.

We must be watching a completely different season then. How was Sara stuck with being Ava’s sidekick? When has Ava called most of the shots? Sara has always called the shots and Ava goes with her plan, except maybe in the summer camp episode but that was to show how vastly different each 4 of them were when it came to being counsellors.
