  1. I liked the guests that Chris had on and was impressed that he had a full audience. He said the studio had been where David Letterman filmed his Late Night show. Agree. Joy looked fabulous!
  2. After the "breaking news" announcement, I turned to CNN to see how long it would take them to catch up. It was quite a few minutes. Good work Rachel!
  3. Since Rachel and Chris Hayes (although he did only a brief story) both covered the Epoch/Falun Gong/Facebook story last night, what are we to make of it? Do we just stash it away and forget about it? I mean no one's going to do a damn thing about it. And BTW the story on Tuesday night about Planned Parenthood and the Title X funds was so disheartening.
  4. Chris is going to do his show live with a studio audience for the next several Friday's. Fun!
  5. If Katy gets one more eye lift, her eyes will be on the side of her head. As it is, her eyes make her look angry.
  6. Interesting that Chris chose to end tonight's show with a clip of Anderson Cooper's interview with Stephen Colbert. The entire interview was pretty good. I think CNN is rerunning it on Sunday night.
  7. I'm glad that Rachel covers obscure stories that no one else does. But again last night when she is introduced us to the newest Federal judge pick (while reminding us several times that this is just one step below the Supreme Court) it gets to be, I don't know if I can take much more of this kind of news.
  8. The Russia/McConnell story took on a different direction with Rachel's interview with WaPo reporter Tom Hamburger and his lengthy in-depth story about the Kentucky aluminum plant. For one thing, it seems in Kentucky it's a bipartisan agreement that this is good for jobs and the economy there. But it's very dark that Tom Hamburger said this Russian company had contacted eight more governors to offer up a deal to them too. Russia would be running the US economy in these states. And when Congress wanted to conduct hearings on the Kentucky deal, the Russian company threatened to shut the whole thing down. This is scary stuff. Rachel also quoted from the white paper that there was proof of Russian meddling in PA, MI, WI and MN during the 2016 election. It only barely didn't work in MN. 😟
  9. McConnell + Russians. Now you're just scaring me Rachel.
  10. Just when things can't get anymore depressing, Rachel (and Chris Hayes) has to deliver the news that the trump administration is "overhauling" aka gutting the EPA. I never know who to feel sorry for next,

Honestly, I wish Chris Jansing would go on permanent vacation. She won't let anyone finish a sentence. She's totally unwatchable for me. Kacie! Please go on maternity leave. Just put your feet up and relax till baby arrives.
  12. I like David Fahrenhold. Always hard core in depth reporting. But TBH I tune him out now because no matter what the subject it goes nowhere.
  13. I'm glad Rachel was able to get a more in depth interview with Beto than his earlier few minutes here and there yesterday. She also was the only one that asked him what's next? I was beginning to wonder that too.
  14. I watched the first half hour last night. I just didn't think it was a well done format for a serious subject right after a horrific weekend.
  15. I agree Kornacki makes for a good host. It keeps him behind a desk and not in front of his charts bouncing up and down and overly hyper.
