  1. OK, so bear with me, but this is how I think it went. Maria and Danny find out Ellen went to the prison to visit the innocent woman she put behind bars. Once the innocent prisoner found out that Ellen was snooping around, she told the real culprit that Ellen was looking into it. The lady in prison was innocent, but was staying there because she was covering for the real culprit. The real culprit then killed Ellen to keep her quiet. When the prisoner tells Danny that she told people Ellen was looking into it, that led to the two in the elevator, because they could tell Danny and Maria where the real culprit was. The raid at the end where the Chief got shot was them taking down Ellen's killer, the real person who did the crime the female prisoner was in for. If that makes sense...it was hard to follow. The alcohol poisoning was a red herring. She wasn't drunk. But, come to think of it, I don't think we ever heard about the toxicology report. Good God this episode. Along with everyone else, I shook my head at that elevator scene...like really? But I did laugh out loud with Jamie and Eddie's new patrol car. That was the best part for me. I'm still not a fan of Jamie/Eddie, but whatever.
  2. I loved this episode! I've always liked Jimmy, ever since his interaction with Ducky when he got the assistant job (which was flash-backed tonight, too). I haven't really watched since the third episode this season, I just couldn't get with the new characters. I don't really care for the newbies (except Clayton, but I wasn't sure he was even going to show up after episode 3, so I stopped watching). I'll binge the season at a later date, but I wanted to watch this one. I know we all agree Mark Harmon's acting is wonderful. His facial expressions say so much (which is maybe why the writers always have him not speak :) ). When Jimmy was talking about Gibbs, that whole scene of him pacing in the office, it said a lot. I was very impressed with Brian Dietzen's acting, too. As comic relief, Jimmy doesn't do serious that often, but when he does, he brings it. I loved this! And of course the hug. I knew it was coming but it was still really nice to see. I would love for Mark Harmon to hug me like that, too... ;) I thought "that stop sign is why he was hit" pretty early on. I was ridiculously excited with myself that I called it.
  3. For those who stream Netflix, Blue Bloods Season 6 was released July 3rd. http://www.whats-on-netflix.com/whats-new/new-releases-on-netflix-us-july-3-2016/
  4. TRUE!! I hadn't even thought about the fact that the phone booth Charlie called the guys on was right outside that store...
  5. SAMMY!!!! All the feels, y'all, all the feels! I cried for him during his talk with Charlie. Damn Jared... Isn't Metatron the scribe of God? Why would he need to take the demon tablet that he transcribed? Has it been established that the tablet is powerful even if no one can read it? I thought that is why he got rid of all the prophets... The music was on point, and I could easily have watched an entire episode of Cas punching Metatron. I clapped when he did it, both times. :) Dean's phone was destroyed during the fight at the gas station so he couldn't call...he tried.
  6. I don't know if it's an unpopular opinion or not, but I'm really enjoying this season. The guys aren't fighting/split-up/being mean to each other. They seem to genuinely like each other and are acting like they did in the first seasons. I really haven't enjoyed a full season this much in a very long time. Up until now I'd mostly just watched out of habit, and missed a few episodes cause I just didn't care**. But now I look forward to the new episodes. I hated S7 for the unnecessary Amy friction and the leviathans (although on re-watch they weren't as bad as when I was watching live), hated S8 for the fact that SAM DIDN'T LOOK FOR DEAN!!!, Benny and Amelia (both of them could have diaf and I wouldn't have minded one bit), and the crap trials that didn't go anywhere (like seriously what was the point?!) and S9 with the "I didn't want you to save me so now we can't be brothers anymore"... since DYBIM I've thoroughly liked the episodes. I want Sam and Dean Winchester together as a team "Saving People, Hunting Things". :) Otherwise there is no point for me to watch. **I will tell you that the only episode I have never seen is "Bloodlines". Cause really, No real Sam & Dean = me not watching.
