  1. That is on Shea, though. She was the one who kept bringing up the rose petal moment and only explained once everything connected to it. And she really did herself a disservice, because it does come off as a pity win now. Actually, Shea had the worst track record of the three. If you go by wins, Cracker had three, she had only two. If you go by "who has been in the bottom/the top more often", then Juju had the best track record. Regarding Alexis: the whole thing with India was nasty, but considering the aggressive mind games Alexis played with Cracker at the start of the season plus the fact that she actually did try to get Shea out of the race early on (even if she didn't campaign for it), I have a hard time to feel sorry for Alexis. I am just happy that Derrick was vindicated and it was shown that her view on India wasn't just pettiness.
  2. I just realised that the episode is actually less groundhog day and more Edge of Tomorrow / live, die, repeat.
  3. To me, Juju did the worst in the dancing number (in which Cracker did the best in imho, since she had the best text), but the best on the runway and during the lip sync.
  4. The whole "this team will end" speech was just about preparing the audience for the show itself to end. It was quite clever to tap into our feeling regarding this fact. Anyway, I expect that they will spend the next episode righting the timeline regarding Nathaniel and then the last three somehow tying everything up properly. Also: Has anyone else noticed what the episode could be the basis for a pretty good computer game? One of those point and click adventures, but this time you are on a clock and have to collect information and some information only become available if you do it right on every turn.
  5. I don't think that she will be around for that long. People who don't shine in the singing challenge because they "faded in the background" usually aren't top three material.
  6. Nope, Jujube had the easiest one. I mean what I said above, those lifts are easy. There is a REASON why you see so many of them at dancing with stars, They look impressive and difficult, but mostly aren't, it's all a matter of trusting in the professional dancers. I really don't like that the last decision is made this way. I always felt that the last task of any season should be the Queens themselves putting on a show, one which features their strength, because the one thing any queen HAS to be able to do is providing some entertainment. And in this case, I also wouldn't have minded if the other queens got the vote who did the best, just based on this one challenge. That would make the whole thing more interesting.
  7. Let's hope so. The ONE way they can ruin the show for me is by not giving the team a satisfying end. Even if it means that the team no longer will be a thing - and I think after this episode it is clear that it won't - I want all the members to be happy in their new life. Until the reunite in Agents of Sword which I will ALWAYS clamour for.
  8. Yes. Because her hair and makeup looked rough. If you don't have the time to pain your arms white, then don't go for the white, it is as simple as that.
  9. You can see that Juju doesn't know a thing about dancing. Because if she did, she would know that lifting someone up is actually the easiest way to make someone who isn't a good dancer look impressive, and it is even easier if the one who are supposed to lift is basically falling on you from a higher position, the actually difficult part about any lift is the "way up" so to speak, because that one requires a lot of body control. Clapping your knees sounds easy, but it is actually the seemingly easy things like walking or clapping which are difficult to sell on a stage. Good thing that they also did a runway with the queens who came back, because in the dance number they were wasted. One would think that they would use all the time they had with them to train them up for something truly amazing, but nope. Not that the song helped, I have already forgotten it. But the runway was amazing. Only thing was that Cracker held herself a little bit stiff due to the head piece. Okay, Shea won...yeahwwwwwn…..sorry but of the top three she was my least choice. And frankly, her overall track record wasn't as good as Juju if yo go by who was the most in the top and the least in the bottom, and not as good as Cracker if you by overall wins. And add to this all the whining about her loosing in the finale, and it really comes off as if she got a pity win. What the hell should Jujubee say? Is there another queen which kept ending up in second place as often as she does? She is the true winner of the season. And narratively, Shea winning was actually a bad choice…"Cracker finally got out of her head and succeeded" is a good story, "Jujubee developed so much she finally got the crown" is a good story, "Shea was always fierce but this time there was no-one fiercer than her" is not a good story, especially since everyone saw her coming as the designated winner. A good twist would have been her not winning again (and yes, I know it would be kind of cruel, I am speaking strictly on which narrative would have more satisfying for the audience). The drama is, after all, part of what the show is supposed to deliver and there is really zero suspense if All Stars continues to be a show to reward supposedly "robbed" queens. Plus, I think that Juju had the best lip sync. Shea's strange robot thing did nothing for me. And I actually fear that the crown won't give Shea any peace, because Drag race fans are even more aggressive towards queens they felt took something away from their fav. And the fav this season was clearly Juju.
  10. Four? That would mean seven overall. That surprises me...I was expected six. One for each element in the show.
  11. True, but if you have Kennedy as assassin, you better pick a song which lends itself to a prance, dance, tricks performance.
  12. What if Fitz is part of the programming which controls the time jumps?
  13. Sousa was born in 1919. Since they picked him up in 1955 he is currently 36 years old. Daisy was born in 1988. With all the time jumps the show has made lately it is hard to tell correctly, but she should be in her early 30s at this point. The age difference shouldn't be more than 5 years, which isn't much at all once you reach that age. Thing is that the actors have a different age. The one of Sousa is a little bit older than his character and the one of Daisy is one of the rare cases of a female actor playing a character older than she herself is. Add the old-timey clothes Sousa wears and Daisy's modern ones, you could get the impression that the characters are further apart in age but they actually aren't. (Unlike Bruce and Natasha...Bruce is nearly old enough to be her father).
  14. Me neither, and honestly, I don't think that we needed the reminder. Pretty much every reactor was annoyed over the post credit scene and I felt the same way. Here am I, reeling over Enock's fate, and poor Coulson and out of my mind with worry for Fitz, and they shove f... Nathaniel in my face? That is the LAST thing I wanted to see at this point.
  15. Yeah, I agree that while the plastic group fulfilled the brief the best, none of their looks were great. They were all serviceable. Team Paper looked like a group, but not a group of fashion models. What the hell was THAT? Who thought that cosplay would be a good idea for the theme? Okay, Jimbo basically did "her" thing, fine, but there was no reason to built the whole theming around her. Every Fashion show has the "show stopper" in the end, often some sort of bride dress. So just convince her to be the "bride", and then do your own thing while using the same colours she picked and you are good to go. The metal team actually had my two favourite looks, but it wasn't cohesive at all, and that was mainly because of Boa's look. Lemon and Prianka actually looked like they belonged into the same collection, because their clothing was elevated and they both had the umbrella thing. Adding a silver highland to Lemon's dress would have made it clearer, but it was there. But Boa? Didn't fit the brief, didn't fit what the others did, and I am REALLY tired of this half-naked leotard look she keeps going back to. If she had done a dress like the other two and used the "rose gag" once on something on her shoulder that would have been worked. But she was too set on being boa and not enough on fulfilling the challenge. Which is too bad, because if they had, they would have for sure gotten the win
  16. Honestly, I fully expected Tynomi to go this week. She was overdo. I feel that she was unfairly keep on the show because she is fierce of the show, but it was obvious pretty early on that this isn't the right format for her. If they had kept her on again, I would have been angry over the favouritism.
  17. Drew Greenberg nearly always delivers. Though the poor actors...can you imagine how often they had to repeat the same scenes? "okay, done, and now we do it with this variation".
  18. I above all liked the Idea that Daisy realises that something was going on only to then realise that she herself was missing a number of loops. The "you won't remember if you die" idea was also pretty neat.
  19. Okay, this episode has been the best since inescapable. It had everything. It had a lot of humour, it had some really heartfelt talks, it had suspense all through, it pulled off the "who can we trust" subplot one last time and then they came around and delivering a gut punch. It was like a mini-summary of everything the show is about! Could have done without the end-credit scene. It was a nice call-back to Daisy learning to use her powers, but it really pulled me out of the mood. What makes me nervous: The episode hints to a theory I had for a while and really hope is wrong...Jemma's reaction when she remembered and Enoch saying that Fitz "was" his best friend...please don't tell me that Fitz already died!!!
  20. Okay..that would make the phone less random. Still a sh... song for a lip sync.
  21. I am already bored...for one, how often have we seen this kind of challenge yet? And two, does anyone really expect that Shea won't outdance everyone else? Plus, it seems like we have (again) a planned winner for this season. And it is (again) not the one I am favouring.
  22. Naturally this isn't about the kids, it is all about getting the parents back to work...but you can bet that the same people who push for it will keep their children at home.
