  1. I think it is. Not sure about the finale where a winner is chosen but the rest of it is. I don't think there will be any viewer voting, it's all up to the judges (aka producers). The weekly dances being done as various dance challenges is giving me flashbacks to Star Search when they'd do the supermodel category with the models doing photo shoots in different outfits. And I'm already dreading Jojo and her stupid glasses and hyper screeching. I really don't think I'm going to like this season or this format.

  3. I just finally watched the last audition episode and you know what jumped out at me? The bad editing that makes it clear how scripted and fake this all is. When they show the judges from behind, supposedly watching the dancers, it's like the exact same shot every time. The judges are in the exact same spots, none of them are really moving much, the paperwork in front of them is in the exact same spot every single time. Then during the auditions things keep changing randomly. Comfort had these gold clips in her hair and the number of clips and position of them kept changing. The paperwork in front of the judges would disappear and reappear. Sometimes Comfort had loose paper on top of her binder, sometimes that loose paper was gone. Several times the paperwork would literally vanish off of the judges table altogether only to reappear in the next shot. This was happening during the same audition so it can't be chalked up to auditions really being filmed over several days and they just put the judges in the same outfits for a week straight or something. The drag dancer threw his sparkly headscarf to Maks, which he put on his head at first and then took off and laid on the table in front of him. Yet there wasn't a sparkle in sight when the camera cut to the judges reacting to the dance or where they were shot from behind. And when the "dancer" got his scarf back from Maks, all we saw was the back of someone in a sparkly outfit walk up, shot from the shoulders down. I barely paid attention to the dancers once I noticed all of this. All I could focus on was the fakery.
  4. Though Annemarie's debut in the season's sixth episode earned her praise with fans, they quickly soured to her as she got into a seemingly never-ending debate with Sutton Stracke about the size of the Sutton store owner's esophagus. It was a topic of conversation, Annemarie claimed Thursday, that producers told her to do. "I was very excited about the opportunity, and I thought following exactly what I was instructed to do throughout filming last season was the way the 'game was played,' she explained. "Listening to what I was instructed to do was my rookie mistake. ... Contrary to what was shown on TV, I am not obsessed with the esophagus! LOL." Actually AM didn't say that she was instructed by the producers. I think her instructions came straight from Kyle.
  5. I know I'm very late to comment but the reunion was one big snooze. I wish instead of having Kathy come out as a surprise guest they'd have had Denise come out instead. But a coherent Denise, maybe they could have had Dorit's nurse hook Denise up to an IV first or something. They should have had Denise ask Kyle all sorts of personal questions about her marriage, about Morgan, about her sisters and when Kyle refused to answer or tried to change the subject, instead of yelling Bravo Bravo Bravo Denise had yelled just be honest and then roll the tape! Then a montage of Kyle demanding others "just be honest" and Kyle dismissing others losses "Lisa we all have things going on in our lives" would play. That montage would probably be long enough to be it's own episode. Then at the end Denise asks all of her questions again and tells Kyle to just be honest. I'm sure Kyle would just cry and croak out "Why is everyone being so mean to me when you know I'm going through a hard time?" but I'd still love to see it.
  6. Sutton has revealed what her medical emergency was during the reunion. Not sure if they'll reveal it at the end but making a spoiler just in case.
  7. Well this is interesting. Bravo has the entire Part 1 of BITAOB up on their YT channel for free. I don't think I've ever seen Bravo put up an entire episode of anything on their YT channel. I wonder if the ratings are so bad that they figure maybe they can make up some of the loss from YT ad revenue?
  8. I really wish that Sutton would number one, stop apologizing to Kyle, and number two, come armed with solid examples. Make Avi watch all of the episodes and take notes for her then quiz Sutton on the bullet points. And when Kyle knows she has no defense against something and then flips the conversation to "well you did it first/did the same thing to me/knew I was going through a hard time and that would make it worse/me me me me me" Sutton would calmly say "I'm happy to discuss that with you later on. Right now though we're talking about this issue. Let's stay focused." I also wish that Garcelle or the others would jump in when Sutton is getting blamed for something they actually did. For example, Kyle's ring. Garcelle is the one who asked if it was a make up gift from Mo. On a side note, when Kyle started going on about maybe she just liked the ring and bought it for herself, how come no one pointed out that when a woman buys a ring for herself because she likes it, a happily married one doesn't ditch her wedding ring and replace it with the one she bought for herself because it was pretty. She puts the new ring on a different finger.
  9. They're replacing Nigel with Jojo. Now that I say that maybe Nigel never was involved in the auditions since Comfort was there?
  10. I wonder if they had to do some creative editing of the auditions due to Nigel's exit. Did the auditions start before or after he got booted? If before, I was wonder what would happen with those contestants and their auditions since they wouldn't be able to use any footage that had Nigel in it. I also can't stand Jojo and wish they'd brought Mary back or one of the previous season winners or dancers instead. And I can deal with the pound of makeup on Alison but every time they show a side view of her all I can see are the mile long fake eyelashes. I hate those things.
  11. The S14 trailer is out. Comes back May 5th.
  12. I'd like to see them go back to the format where they pair contestants up, but with a twist. The first few weeks pair up the contestants that they think will do well together. Same or complimentary genres. Similar heights and skill levels. Eliminate one man and one woman each week still so the numbers stay even. But then each week switch up the couples. Pair a hip hop dancer with a ballroom person, a tall woman with a short man, some same sex pairs. It would really show who is talented and versatile and wouldn't penalize a dancer who is paired week after week with a less talented dancer who keeps getting advanced because of their personality or their story and not their dance skills. I'm tired of hearing the sob stories, I just want to see them dance.
  13. Yes but DNP is just one example of a medical professional who may have a doctorate degree. Point being there are issues with them referring to themselves as "Doctor" when speaking with patients. It seems to be flat out illegal in California. California and Georgia forbid nurses, pharmacists, and other professionals from using the "doctor" title.
  14. I was curious if there were any legal restrictions regarding calling oneself "Doctor" in a medical setting and found this. So, the short answer is yes – in general, a DNP nurse may be referred to as "doctor," however, some states have regulations surrounding this. For example, California and Georgia forbid nurses, pharmacists, and other professionals from using the "doctor" title. Most states allow practitioners with doctorate degrees to use the title “doctor” as long as they immediately clarify their role and qualifications. For example, a nurse practitioner with a DNP must inform patients that he or she is a doctoral-prepared nurse practitioner. Certain facilities or organizations may also have restrictions on using the title of "doctor." Other regulations allow the term "doctor" to be used in academic or social settings, but not in clinical settings. However, patient education goes a long way – identifying oneself and clarifying roles upon initial greeting, and providing ongoing reinforcement of roles throughout a patient care encounter is essential to prevent role confusion and misrepresentation of title. It’s always advised to stay on top of your state’s legislation and regulations regarding this so that you don’t inadvertently run into a problem; for example, a doctorate-prepared nurse in California was recently fined nearly $20,000 for referring to herself as “doctor.” Annemarie best start banking that RHOBH coin in case she needs to start paying some fines.
  15. Whoa! This is exactly why medical doctor associations are so opposed to other healthcare professionals being able to earn doctorate degrees if it means they'll be legally able to call themselves "Doctor" and introduce themselves to patients as such. It's blurry enough in social settings but it's misleading and dangerous in a healthcare setting. If I'm at medical office and someone in scrubs comes in and says "Hi, I'm Dr So and So" I will assume they're a medical doctor, not a nurse. My primary care is a nurse practitioner. I love her. I know she's an NP, I always find it weird when the office staff refers to her by her first name when talking to patients. I feel like she should at least be called "Nurse First name". But not doctor.
  16. Maybe she was in a time crunch and it was off to Grandmother's house she went as soon as they wrapped.
  17. The Highway is one of the XM stations that I listen to but I still had never heard of Morgan before Kyle/RHOBH. I noticed a few years ago that Kyle kept posting about Morgan Wade and her music and going to her concerts (and for some reason I originally thought she was posting about Morgan Wallen and thought it was odd she'd be a Morgan Wallen fan 🤣). I thought Morgan Wade was some friend's daughter who was trying to get a music career going and Kyle was helping her out by promoting her on her IG. I did recognize the song Wilder Days when I heard it but never paid attention to who sang it. Kyle might not have the country music connections but she does have a huge public platform. Her promoting Morgan on her IG and being "papped" with her in public definitely helps.
  18. Well Morgan did manage to crawl out of bed long enough to film with Kyle for RHOBH multiple times.
  19. Ugh, why such a long delay? I hate it when they do this. By the time it airs no one will even remember who anyone is or what's happening.
  20. I think it will be them all (Erika included) commiserating over how Tom fooled them all.
  21. I saw on Reddit where someone said that Sutton's friend Trevor is the male version of Moira Rose and now I can't unsee it. 🤣
  22. I haven't watched the first part yet, I keep forgetting to look for it when I'm trying to decide what to watch, but I don't believe that Erika would agree to meet with any victims and have it filmed unless it was all extremely controlled. The victims will be ones who are a little more sympathetic to her, her responses will be scripted so there is some remorse but nothing that will implicate her.
  23. Plus during the walk to the water to spread the ashes, Kyle acted like a 12yo with her wanting to shop antics. Can you imagine if Sutton had joked that Morgan Wade had to sing at Lorene's memorial service because Kyle couldn't afford Taylor Swift's price or something like that? I don't care if Kyle has never heard of Merce. Clearly he was important to Sutton and Sutton was important to him if she has some of his ashes. STFU Kyle, act like an adult, and show some respect.
  24. Possibly, but I think Erika is smart. I think that's why she did so well as Mrs. Girardi for so many years. When she met Tom she was young, pretty, educated and well spoken. She was the perfect high powered attorney wife. She could carry on intelligent conversations with educated high rollers but she also had blonde hair, blue eyes, a flat stomach and big boobs who had a naughty (Erika Jayne) side. She listens, she learns. I don't know if she paid much attention to where the money in her bank accounts came from but I guarantee you she knew how much money was in them on any given day down to the last cent. I'm sure she'd heard chatter over the years that Tom and his business dealings were shady but she chose to ignore it and spend the money.
  25. I believe Caroline. I know Brandi doesn't have any money but she needs to be held responsible for her behavior, drunk or not. No means no. We've already seen Brandi trying to force herself on others. During the season 2 girls trip Brandi repeatedly tried to kiss and grind on Vicki, who was clearly not into it and who looked extremely uncomfortable. It's like Brandi zeroes in on the women who are maybe a little more on the uptight and not interested in dipping even their pinkie toe in the lady pond side like it's her mission in life to convert them whether they like it or not. I definitely believe that production keeps the alcohol flowing, the food to a minimum, and the car service unavailable in an effort to whip up drama. I think they also encourage the talent to get crazy. I believe Brandi when she says she was just doing her job. But the thing is that the job can't require people to break the law or to behave in inappropriate way. If they poured alcohol down Brandi's throat and told her to go kick a puppy, would she do it? If they told her to punch a 90yo grandma in the face, would she do it?
