  1. Looks like Ana will be on more often now that Meghan is on mat leave.
  2. I didn't really agree with Ana when she said that. In my eyes, if you feel like Trump is a danger to the world, has millions of people's blood on his hands and that he's a fascists, then feeling sympathy for him and praying that he gets better means you're hoping he goes back to doing horrible things.
  3. I thought Ana's questions to Bernie were tone deaf. Asking Bernie if Biden is a socialist or a communist sympathize when she herself accused Bernie of these things when he was running. Then asking the stupid question regarding his supporters. Bernie has already answered this question multiple times. It's dumb and we don't need to go over this over and over again. Edit: Ana also said that Bernie had a lot of Latino support, but not in Florida. Forgetting that Florida Latinos tend to vote red and they are not voting for Biden either. Ugh, I'm so annoyed with her questions.
  4. I guess that's why she thought he did a good job, when he clearly didn't.
  5. Ana is on today. I'm excited but nervous to see Bernie on the show, especially what happened the last time.
  6. It's probably because of that, but if the child ends up being like her parents then people are going to think that Meghan and Ben named her after Liberty from The Boys.
  7. It was funny that the ladies congratulated Meghan and kept forgetting about Ben and his contribution to the baby. Whoopi: The baby's name is Liberty Sage McCain.......oh and Domenich. Sara: Congrats to Meghan....oh and Ben. LOL, it made me laugh that they forget about him completely. It makes me think that while they know Meghan, they don't know much about Ben or care for him.
  8. It makes sense. With COVID and the way the show is being done now, it's probably easier for her to come back to work sooner since she doesn't have to go anywhere.
  9. I thought Meghan was meant to be back today, but she isn't.
  10. Monday Ugh (Seriously, why is the view giving this awful man time to spew lies?? The only good thing about Cruz is that he left Canada lol) Tuesday Ugh Wednesday Yay...but I hope the ladies treat Bernie better than last time. Thursday I don't know these people Friday I don't like it when they book two guests, because that means neither of them have enough time to talk.
  11. Meghan is off again and Ana is there today.
  12. The whole Breonna situation is just disgusting. Everything from her killing, to her boyfriend being arrested, to the cops saying they did the legal and moral thing even though the person they wanted was in jail when they broke into Breonna's house. Then only one cop is charged for shooting a neighbour's wall. But only the white one. It's so in your face how racist this entire thing is. As a black person, this isn't surprising but it still sucks to see happen. Edit: I almost wish Meghan was in today (wait wait, hear me out before you look at this part in disgust). I almost wish Meghan was here today, so she could be asked about the lack of justice that black people get in this country, how racist the justice is for black people in this country and whether or not 'rioting' really matters when cops can get away with murdering black people? I want someone to ask this of her and I want to see her try to justify putting blame on protesters.
  13. It's the highligher. It's popular these days to do it like this.
  14. Will Meghan talk about the double standard of Trump speaking ill of Ilhan Omar and compare it to that judge who is Catholic, or will she side step the question and accuse Ilhan of antisemitism again? Or will Whoopi ask another question so that Meghan doesn't have to talk about this and just ramble on about something else? Find out after the break.
  15. Meghan brought up 'what if the judge was Muslim or Jewish" forgetting that when Rashida Talib and Ilhan Omar won their seats in congress, Republicans were angry that they were sworn in using a Qur'an instead of the Bible. They are also attacked constantly by the right due to their skin colour and religion. She doesn't understand that it would be her side that would have attacked the nomination if they were Jewish or Muslim.
  16. I thought this was actually a pretty important point that Meghan made. That despite hating Trump, the death of RBG might make Republicans (aka her) vote for him if it means a judge who is anti-choice gets picked. I thought that said a lot. I did laugh when they showed the clip of Meghan's uncle being a hypocrite. I wish the panel mentioned this more pointedly. Ask Meghan why it's okay to delay it when it's Obama but not when it's Trump? If it's just about winning, then how is this talk about unity means nothing since one side is about conceding to the right while the right cares only about themselves.
  17. ...Meghan has issues with Ilhan Omar and Rashida Talib and it's not because of their policies. So what is Meghan saying here?
  18. Whoopi, as a moderator you don't just cut to commercial when Meghan isn't following the rules. You tell her to let Sara speak and then let Sara speak. By going to commercial and then not letting Sara say what she wanted to say, you're silencing her and making her feel like she can't even make a rebuttal. Edit: I'm glad that Whoopi let Sara speak when they came back. Hopefully Whoopi does more of this if she goes to break due to Meghan.
  19. Of course not. She went after Joy because the right hates Joy and view her as the enemy.
  20. She was overly polite and didn't engage when they tried to drag her. She thanked them for their questions and called them out by name a few times. Did she properly answer their questions? No. She pivoted to work in her talking points and tried to defend Trump. Then Joy got annoyed and the exchange above happened.
  21. The exchange is here. It makes no sense, but now Kim is using it as the View silencing Conservatives and black women who have different opinions. She played them and it worked in her favour, because this will gain her more spotlight so even if she doesn't win she'll get more opportunities to spew out her lies. It just seems so obvious what her goal was and I know the ladies know what her goal was, so why did they play into her hand like this?
  22. I agree and I don't like her personally, but the way the interview was done didn't do any favours to the View. They've dismissed people before in a way that highlighted just how ridiculous the guest was, I just don't think it was done well here. The interview was done so badly that Kim brought up the right talking point that Joy did blackface. If the hostility didn't happen and Kim brought that up, then that's one thing. But it came after everything that happened which made it seem like was being bullied and defended herself. Kim is a token and just parroting talking points, but I don't think the interview was good.
  23. Pretty much, but whenever Joy, Sunny or Ana asked her a question they'd dismiss her before she spoke which I didn't like. She's a true Trumper that will forgive everything he does, like Meghan, only she's more vocal about it. In my eyes, even though she's a hack, the way the interview was done and how Joy closed it at the end, made Kim come out better than everyone. It worked in Kim's favour and the right will use this in the coming days to show how liberals are intolerant to those who don't think like them, especially if they are black. There's a way to let her ignorance shine through without the hostility to make her the next golden child for the right.
  24. Yep. I get that Kim is spewing a lot of ignorant talking points, but the hostile nature that the ladies used when interviewing her made her come for Joy and get into a stupid argument. Now she'll be seen as being bullied by the "left" media and be used to show just how intolerant they are. She's like Meghan and they can handle her, so they should have done better.
