  1. So Eazy was cast as the role of narrator. Great, as we always need a good narrator.
  2. But Bennett went to HARVARD! I think most of these guys are just glad to be out and about.
  3. Second favorite after Ivan is easily Kenny just for his moniker "Boy Band Manager"
  4. So far team Ivan. What a cutie with a real job!!
  5. I'm trying to keep an open mind about Dale but there has been some chatter on Reddit from people that know/work with him and the picture they paint isn't so great. Add in the rumors that during the time from casting in March and filming beginning in August, he was very active , sliding in to instagram DMs, etc doesn't give me much hope for Clare's happily ever after with this guy. Guess time will tell if her going all in Dale results in anything substantial and he really is the real deal. As for the others, can't wait for all the drama.
  6. RS also mentioned that Abigail is partially deaf and wears hearing aids. If she makes the final cut for night one, I think she's the first since Sarah Herron that has been cast with some type of handicap.
  7. Reality Steve has been breaking down the girls all day. Pleasantly surprised that they actually decided to go with a more diverse cast. Shocking for ABC/casting. Interesting bit from RS: Madison Nelson is Matt's ex. Dated him summer of 2019. Why she thought coming on the show would be a good idea, I have no idea. Lets see if she lasts more than one night, if she even makes it to the show. And it will be interesting to see which ones make it to the show and which ones will have to find a new way to Instagram followers.
  8. Kiko has handled his whole firing so well that he is setting himself nicely for long charter career, if that is what he wants. I'm sure Captain Lee and others have penciled him in as "nice to work with" and that has to count for something.
  9. I think its a combination the Pandemic and social media that has allowed some on twitter/reddit/instagram to loose sight of reality and be all in on Justine/Caleb. And as I said before, I am concerned for them for when it comes all crashing down as it most probably will. Its one thing to want Justine/Caleb to win cause you think they are a good 'couple' but to go and create stan accounts is just asking for being upset when they inevitably end. Oh well, hopefully it won't be that bad and who knows, maybe Justine/Caleb will make it work in the real world. All they can do is try.
  10. I'm kinda concerned how invested some people on Reddit/Twitter seem to be in Justine/Caleb. Its one thing to want them to win over noneck Johnny cause he was so unlikable but to think they are getting married and going to live happily ever after is kinda concerning. Did read an interview that Caleb is going home to Los Angeles and Justine heading back to New Jersey but they plan to get together "soon". Which probably means not so soon or never.
  11. My ranking of the UK/Australian versions, FWIW: 1. UK Season 5 2. UK Season 4 Both of these have epic Casa Amor twist. 3. Australian 1 4. Australian 2 5. UK Season 6 I've only watched part of UK 2 and UK 3 as both of these seasons have had contestants commit suicide post show so I found that jarring to watch as I knew before attempting to binge watch.
  12. Justine: New Jersey and Caleb: Oklahoma City Cely: Somewhere in California and Johnny: can't remember maybe Maryland or Virginia Calvin: was selling bug spray in Houston but I think he's moved to Utah; Moira from the east coast
  13. Johnny's half-hearted "best of luck" was just perfect. Congrats to Justine & Caleb. Enjoyed snarking with everyone over the last few weeks. Guess I'll make my way over the Bachlorette threads in a couple of weeks as that season looks like a total trainwreck.
  14. If Calvin had done his speech before the vote, they might have had a chance at 2nd.
  15. All these Vegas commercials wants me to just forget about the last 7 months and head on out there to eat and drink myself silly and loose my money at Blackjack.
  16. Not sure how much of post show endorsements are going to be available in this COVID world but if anyone can become 'famous' out of this show, its Caleb.
  17. Johnny's love note to Cely: I knew you were the one after I was under the covers with Mercades. No, when I was with her in the hot tub. Yeah, that's it. Me as soon as Cely starts talking: mute button here I come.
  18. Random thought from the season recap: I will always, always, remember "why did america take my boyfriend away". Easily the best moment of the season for me. So thanks America (and Canada) for voting Connor on that date with Lauren. Next best moment: Johnny realizing he lost the $$$$ when Justine/Caleb were voted into the Hideaway. I laughed and laughed and laughed at his face.
  19. Reality Steve has a new blog out today. Says he has heard from "sources" that the big switcheroo was planned ahead of time but would never be admitted by producers/ABC. Did Clare know, probably not. So this sounds like someone watched Bachelorette New Zealand but changed the script up a bit. After Clare & Dale leave after the 3rd rose ceremony, the 16 guys that are left along with a couple of new guys meet Tayshia. RS doesn't have the ending of Tayshia but says it is "messy" and full of drama. Isn't sure who is in the final 4 but thinks its: Ben Smith--West Point Army Vet, going to be really popular in Bachelor reject land if he's not #1 Brendan Morais--Boston guy Ivan Hall--engineer from Texas; someone with a real job! Zac Clark--from New Jersey Be interesting to see how this plays out for Tayshia and if she is actually with anyone.
  20. Even though I've only been watching with one eye the last week or so, I'm kinda sad that this is ending but it is probably for the best as the story lines have run their course. Can't see anyone else winning except for Justine/Caleb, just due to how crazy their fans are on Twitter/Reddit. Too bad Moira/Calvin took a detour for two weeks but I def agree, I can see them working in the real world, if they are willing to relocate in the near future.
  21. One more thing, the one person I feel bad about on this last charter is Bugs as it seems like she’s trying to do her job but is hampered by baby Tom, micro-manager Sandy, Malia who needs to get the hell out of the galley and some high-end guests. Hopefully when the charter ends she grabs Alex and heads off to have some fun. I know that would be my plan of action.
  22. Yeah when the First Mate (Dave?) was shown for like 10 seconds on the bridge with Sandy I was like "oh look, the guy that actually does all the work" has made it on. Glad that there is an actual competent person on the boat, along with the engineers for everyone's sake.
  23. Yeah its like "loooooooookkkkk at us, we are in LOVE". Its annoying and sooo fake. Not that anyone else is really real at this point but they are by the worst. If anyone is so inclined to vote to make sure Johnny's head explodes when he is not announced the winner, there is two days of voting--tonight and Tuesday.
  24. Papa Johnny said "He didn't stick to the plan" during his airtime of meet the family. I thought that was interesting that CBS allowed that to be broadcast as its not a good look for Johnny. Obviously "the plan" is up for interpretation but most believe that Johnny came in with a plan to find a girl on day 1, be the alpha male (all ex contestants have said in their exit interviews that Johnny was totally in charge of the villa and if you weren't in his clique ie Mackenzie, you were outside looking in) and then ride that pairing to the very end and cash a nice check from CBS. Guess he didn't think that being all over Mercades, including a hot tub scene that couldn't/wasn't shown would not go over with the voting public of America & Canada.
