The Portia scene with Albie, his father, and grandfather on the Godfather experience - where they tell the story of the woman dying when the car blows up and it was meant for someone else.... and then Portia standing right next to the car..... felt like foreshadowing. Does someone mean to kill someone else and Portia dies instead??

I thought Armand's evil genius to put Shane on the boat for his romantic dinner date that Tonya had chartered to scatter her mother's ashes in the ocean was pretty good dark comedy. And Molly Shannon's character as Shane's mother was pretty amusing to me even thought she was awful, she was so on point. But overall, each story was pretty depressing. Yeah season one was sort of misleading regarding the dead body and "crime." I don't know if it's because I binged season one, but I never felt much suspense. I can't tell if this season feels insanely suspenseful because we have to wait each week for a new episode. That we look obsessively for clues, dropped breadcrumbs. What little piece of info will be relevant later. Is there more to these characters that we are first led to believe? I guess time will tell. I do get the sense season 2 is meant to be more of a mystery, from not knowing who Greg was on the phone with or what he's hiding from Tonya, not knowing what Dom did before the trip, to why Ethan won't have sex with his wife.... there feels like a lot more suspense than just character development.

She does have a Kelly Preston vibe! She reminds me of Kelly's character Tish in Space Camp lol. But she seems really kind and that she makes an effort to be inclusive and put people at ease. Even when Harper is unfriendly to her, she still responds graciously or tries to find common ground. She doesn't seem hard to be around on vacation. Just be fake friendly for a few days and go home and bitch to your real friends. There are way more snobby people out there. That said, I think there's way more to Daphne that will be revealed, especially based on some of things the actress said in interviews.

All speculation.... I think Portia rambling on about her boss to Albie is going to come back and bite her. Albie's whole expression changed and his eyes widened when Portia started going on about Tonya's father owning half of San Francisco. Albie went to college in that area, it's like he suddenly knew who Portia was talking about. I feel like somehow there's a connection and he's going to use this against Portia for violating her NDA. Blackmail? The whole Testa di Moro, Moor's head ceramic vases, and the warning in the Godfather movie that Grandpa was watching about "Sicilian girls being dangerous" makes me think that the local girls, especially Lucia is going to kill someone. Also when they show her name in the opening credits, it's of a predator animal with a dead bird in its mouth. Then again, Albie said how he was attracted to "wounded birds" so maybe he's tied in somehow. Nice guy maybe isn't so nice. I think out of everyone, Daphne is not who we think she is. There's much more to her and she may just kill someone. I feel like the Greg thing is going to turn out to be a red herring and he's got whatever terminal illness and was talking to his kid or someone. But maybe Tanya gets it wrong and pushes him off a balcony. Someone is definitely going off a balcony based on her, "Do you think anyone has ever jumped." I think dad may have messed around with one of his daughter's friends which may be why she is so mad too. And then there's still the whole sexual harassment lawsuits thing that Cam has clearly been accused at work and Harper is in that line of work. He also does keep making sly little plays at her. And he's got that temper. I could see him ending up being a victim. In the opening credits, it zooms in on a dude's nether region right before showing his name. I don't know, thats's all I got. As much as I love to binge watch, having to wait for episodes makes it more suspenseful.

I loved Lisa Kudrow when she had a brief role in Scandal as well. I think Jennifer looks fantastic. She works hard at taking care of herself and it shows. I thought the celebrity guest appearances that had no connection to the show were weird. Like why not get Elle MacPherson to be the supermodel wearing the leather pants? I enjoyed watching and they do still have chemistry. There was something bittersweet about seeing them so young and carefree, before life's twists and turns struck them all in different ways.

I did watch the episode, but I was distracted in the first two minutes with Bethenny putting both her dogs on the same treadmill. First of all, isn't that just cruel? But more than that, that is such a safety issue, I don't even have words. Don't people know not to let pets near treadmills? I mean even before all the Peloton backlash that pets and toddlers were being sucked underneath the treadmill and being injured or even killed? What is she thinking?? Aside from that... big eyeroll about her big concern with Wendy being her swearing. Give me a break. From the woman who swears non-stop. Okay. It also bugged me when "toasting" the three women remaining, the first words out of her mouth were, "Two of you are mothers," then throws in a quick gratuitous "and you take care of your mother" to Wendy... how is that even relevant to being the VP of Operations? It just annoyed me. It was nice to have some diversity with the last three at least. I also like that they got along well with each other and had talents and weren't awful people. I think she made the right choice, I guess, but I wonder how long her new hire will last.

This show is annoying and Bethenny is annoying, but when it comes to her brand, she is pretty good at so many things. She seems to save all their project fails. I suppose she's done these things enough times, but she seems like a pro at speaking well on demand about whatever topic, posing, showcasing her product, etc. Knowing what social media to get, even her annoying Christmas outfit changes for the gram. I really don't think any of these candidates can keep up with her, although I suppose the right person would learn with experience. (And that job sounds like an exhausting nightmare with no boundaries.) I like that there hasn't been a ton of petty drama. Even Nicole has come off well saying positive comments about Corey when it was between the two of them and then being a friend to Wendy. It was actually kind of nice to see the four women being supportive of each other when they are all completely different. I think Kristyn will win - even though she keeps giving Bethenny homework lol, I think she's maybe the most polished. Milokssy seems a little too hesitant, although she did well in the earlier tasks. Who knows. None of these people will last for long. The terrible writing and typos made me crazy too lol.
