I liked it; it was kind of light, but it could be a fun, not too taxing distraction. :-) (And i too didn't realize it was based on a movie.)

Up to 12, huh? I think I only read the first 10; i know i had to ask my sister to try and find three of them for me when she went to england once. I will have to see if i can find the last two. Looks like they're re-issuing them, so hopefully they'll get up to them eventually.

And i agree with whomever said Elizabeth isn't selling it; Jill Townsend was just so gorgeous and self possessed, she's a hard act to follow.

Re: TM being homicidal: didn't we see in the flashback episode when Finch was building it that it kept trying to do all kinds of weird things, resulting in Finch having to keep yanking the cables to shut it down? Maybe that's what he meant.

The actor who played Kono's mom is ten years younger than Grace Park.... Yeah, this was a snooze. Seemed like filler. And why did she have a bag of uncooked rice with her? In case she dropped the phone in the drink? The rice-electronics thing only works if it's uncooked.... Oh well, hopefully next week will be better.

This show makes me feel like taking a shower afterwards... ick. But man, the actors are really bringing their A+ games to this, otherwise it would be unwatchable. Agreed that there isn't a single character on it that i like. At this point i think I'm just watching to see whodunnit, if they actually ever tell us. I think Aubrey was there when the shooting happened, but is lying about being the shooter just so Carter will feel bad when she's executed.

So, i'm sitting here in front of a tv tuned to ABC, and it's a bunch of hospital personnel, mostly crying. My local listings say Scandal should be on. Did i miss something here?
