  1. I'm glad that everyone is thinking that this storyline with Eric isn't kicking off a dementia/potential Alzheimer's story and is just more of Ridge's ego vs Eric as the OG. Sheila's blathering today is why I'm Team Steffy and feel Finn can kick rocks. The woman is back to saying she wishes everyone would forget that whole alley incident and wouldn't things be different if Steffy weren't in the picture. She hasn't changed, she's blameshifting, and already itching to do away with Steffy. Admittedly, Sheila would be plotting this whether Steffy took Finn back or not as she's gone past making Finn happy and thinking he'd be better off without Steffy so she's no longer trying to play nice with Steffy or trying to save his marriage to make him happy. Mother knows best afterall... Wyatt and Flo need to be getting married with all the Logan women planning the event and Hope having issues and then reconciling with Flo for Buckingham to get revenge on Flo and kill her off so Wyatt's a grieving widower and falls back in with Katie. Or as Flo dies she admits she gave up their kid years ago for adoption and it sends Wyatt on a journey to find the kid with Katie assisting. Give the man SOMETHING to do and help wrap up the Flo story once and for all.
  2. He learned his lesson after leaving GH and getting fired from OLTL. He's gonna ride the Titanic of Liam until B&B is done with him. Where else can he go? GH has too many people and DOOL is on its last legs with no real love interest for him there. Y&R is a thought but Adam and Chance fill that age group of men so...Waffle Liam it is. At least he's getting a regular paycheck. Pretty much covers it for me! Beth's party was cute but didn't like that they made her 'return date' as her new birthday. We know she was born after Christmas/around New Year's. It was a big deal. And to age her up?! This show. Ain't mad at Liam reminding Hope why he hates Thomas. Has every right to. And she is better than Thomas but if she wants him then let her have him and either be happy or hoe the tough road ahead. So now we're back to 'we need to be together for the children' when Douglas is Team Thope and Beth seems to be okay without Liam in her daily life at the moment. They're contriving a situation for Lope to reunite when neither wants it and Thomas is making a 'sacrifice' so he can be the suffering hero in this when he's anything but. Given the Thope sex olypmics we all know this woman is pregnant with Thomas's child. There is literally no reason why they shouldn't be together at this point but they want to manufacture drama so that Thomas can be the one wronged by Liam in Liam keeping his child from him. Watch. Thope and their baby are the story and end game. What' apparent on this show is that your past mistakes don't count if you're treating me right today; today Thomas is the golden boy and Liam is slinking towards being the full on bad guy complete with baby napping which will make Liam the worst thing EVER and 'vindicate' Thomas when he's been as big or worse jackass. Bring me back Rick, Maya, Amber, Lil Deacon, a resurrected Aly, Sasha, and Nicole so we can have an alt scene/storyline than this current mess.
  3. On X (fka Twitter) someone said Finn was giving Jodeci in his impassioned pleas to Steffy 😂 I think seeing Finn in satin open oversized shirt and flowing pants with a wind machine blowing as he begged her to come back from the ground floor as she looked down from the. balcony would’ve been more entertaining. Tanner certainly has that boy band hair. On one hand I want Steffy to give Finn another chance just so she can go ‘See? You suck! Go live with your momma and leave me and mine alone’ when he messes up again but that second chance could end up costing her. Finn’s possessive and myopic blame shifting inclinations are edging close to obsessive. Read the room, dude, even if you think Liam is the issue when everyone is telling you Liam isn’t the issue then pivot to the argument that will get you what you want and settle his hash later if need be. Bell knows what he’s doing putting Thope on pause. It’s all anyone is talking about and a lot of fans are waiting in anticipation of Round 2 and what will happen next. This ain’t over by a long shot.
  4. Ridge is a flaming hypocrite an sanctimonious jackass but I ain't made at him getting into Finn's face but STFU whining about Liam and take responsibility about what HE did to drive Steffy away. Ridge doesn't have much use for Liam but I liked that he didn't give Finn an inch and even underscored that whatever Liam's motives, he is Kelly's dad and had a right to tell/snitch to Steffy about his concerns re Finn/Sheila. The one thing TK's Ridge really hangs his hat on is his love for his kids so I get why he's in Finn's face and defended Liam on that point. Having said that Finn giving Ridge eyerolls and attitude made me chortle. Ridge wasn't having it but Finn was also like I ain't kissing your butt, sir. Finn is so gonna go running to Mommy Sheila whining about how no one understands him/how someone else (Liam) is the problem/and people don't understand! Sound familiar? Sheila genes are activating. I....well....Liam I try to defend you man, but you make it so damn hard when you do crap like you did today with Steffy. You haven't learned anything and looks like you never will. I don't wish you death or ill will but really wish you'd have learned something over the past 10 years about your interswapping these women in your heart, bed, and mind. You need some therapy my dude. Damn Hope only mentioned Liam to basically shade him. Please let her go flouncing off with Thomas only for Caroline to return from the dead and take back her child. Hope is playing the victim/martyr card a little too hard for my tastes.
  5. I can rationalize that Liam isn't harping about Beth at the moment because a) he doesn't know what Hope has done with Thomas and can live in denial that they've bumped uglies and distract himself with the Steffy situation and b) there isn't any need to worry about custody of Beth just yet until Hope decides she wants to move in with Thomas. THEN I would expect Liam to blow a gasket and start threatening custody with Hope and Thomas (oh, the irony) dragging him for trying to take a child from her mother and using a child for his own agenda. Nevermind that Thomas did all that himself, Today, this week, Thomas is different/change/saved a life (TM Finn) (rolling my eyes). Regarding why Liam hasn't shown urgency about Sheila's threatening Hope and Beth due to their connection to Brooke - I agree he ultimately should be but Sheila's more recent deadly moves have been made towards Steffy and Finn who Kelly is in direct line of fire and Finn until recently has had some cotten pickin' sense to not want Sheila anywhere near Steffy or the kids. The fact he's saying 'cut her some slack?' makes Finn stupid and dangerous and the fact Kelly had a near drowning on his watch makes it pretty easy to me if I were Liam to say keep that man away from my kid especially if his own WIFE left him because she thinks she can't trust him. And being real, Deacon is actually putting Hope and Beth in danger if Sheila every got it into her head they were obstacles to her relationship with Deacon or she turned on Deacon and wanted to get revenge. Right now beggars can't be choosers so she's content with Deacon until she isn't. Steffy telling Finn about Liam's video allowed Finn to try to pivot the conversation to make Liam the problem when he isn't. Look, if you think Liam is a threat to your marriage, that's because you think STEFFY would ALLOW him to be a threat your marriage in which case Liam ISN'T the problem- your wife's loyalty is. Liam can be wrongly trying to insinuate himself in that marriage but that doesn't mean Finn isn't hella wrong in his handling of Sheila and discussions on this topic with his wife. Liam is wrong about some things but he isn't the issue in the Sinn marraige. Steffy was up Finn's butt from their wedding day about her no toleration of Sheila so HTH is in that Liam's the one planting seeds of doubt about Finn when Finn is doing exactly what Steffy was afraid of and proving him right? Finn's considered Kelly one of his kids from even before they got married with few peeping they didn't like his co-opting Liam's kid so not seeing the issue of Liam telling Steffy he's concerned for both of her kids (one of which is his). If he just mentioned Kelly he'd be accused of not giving a damn about Hayes; mentioning Hayes in his concerns he's said to be trying to co-opt Finn's kid when Finn's made mention of Kelly in the same context. Man, can't win. AND honestly, it didn't sit right with me that Finn was trying to squeeze in a Step-daddy/daughter beach day BEFORE Kelly was to spend quality time with her father Liam. Of course they should bond and have fun together but to do it on the same day when she has plans with Liam and when he's on call? Feels like some territory marking on Finn's part on someone else's kid that isn't cool and a bit disrespectful.
  6. Ha! Finn's face cracked wide open when Steffy countered to his edict that Liam can't come to the house anymore with 'Not a problem. I'm taking the kids and leaving.' He went for righteous to begging in 0.2s flat. Why she's leaving HER house I don't get but at least we'll see Eric and Donna doting on the kids. Crap, hope this doesn't end up with Donna watching the kids and cracking her over the head to kidnap Hayes and leaving her for dead. Steffy signed Liam's death warrant telling Finn about his snitching and the video. He got buggy eyed the same way he did with Vinny and is first gonna go punch him in the face and threaten him to stay away from his family, then go whine to mama Sheila who will want to prove herself to her baby boy and solve his problem. But seriously, Tanner's played Finn being all zen and good guy on the surface except for a few peeks at his very intense rage that tells you he's got potential for a dark side. Sheila Carter genes are ready to activate.
  7. James needs to come back to romance Taylor and have Ridge's face crack over it. James could also be a way for Finn to learn to forgive his father for is lies as James would tell Finn how easily Sheila seduces and pulls you into her web before you know it. I feel like we need to see more of Sheila's kids. Maybe they could come for her funeral! Mary Warwick and/or Diana Marone can come to the show with Mary being a psychiatrist like dad and become Liam's psychiatrist and transition him to healthier actions while Diana can be his new love interest -only he wouldn't know she's Sheila's daughter and Steffy's auntie, LOL. Mary could be for Thomas so he'd have a new love interest for a change.
  8. The difference for me is that Liam doesn’t work with Steffy at Spencer Publishing or FC for long hours into the night with the knowledge that Steffy has designs on him and is actively trying to snare him away from Hope. His time until recently with Steffy was in connection with his daughter. And given he does share a child with her it’s reasonable to me that he spend time at Steffy’s house to visit Kelly and we’ve been told that she comes over to his home offscreen to visit as well. Also Steffy is committed to Finn and shares a child with him and Finn is very much keeping his eye on Liam and letting Steffy know his feelings on the matter. Thomas has no one he’s dating or committed to that would make him think twice about cheating with Hope. Heck when he was Zoe he was playing/using her to make Hope jealous so we know with Hope, Thomas is willing to do anything or steamroll over anyone or use anyone to get what he wants -collateral damage be damned. Ask Emma and his Douglas. Liam’s expressed his concerns to Hope and she point blank lied to his face knowing that he was right about her having feelings for Thomas. This thing with Thomas didn’t ‘just happen’ without warning but had a long build up that Liam was warning her about which Hope willfully ignore/lied about so that she could keep Thomas close. She knew what she was doing and did it anyway which is why I have a hard time with her plea for grace in this instance. Liam is a clueless careless jackass to be sure and he’s been due for his dose of karma but I consider Hope smarter and more self aware so her pulling the show me grace for making a choice that she knew would be destructive after being warned? Doesn’t work for me. Her actions afterwards reinforced to me that she really didn’t want to be forgiven or shown grace since we went off to jump Thomas so her continuing to beat that drum just grates. She can retire that part of her woe is me speech as far as I’m concerned. 😂 Liam spending three days humoring a traumatized amnesiac Steffy at the urging of her psychologist mother. I didn’t see that as him cheating or giving into his feelings for her. That was a uniquely contrived and stupid plot twist for Bell’s giggles. Aside from the most recent two kisses and his asking Steffy for marriage advice in the lead up to the kiss, Liam’s been pretty much on the level in having his focus on Hope and his family with his obsession being Thomas rather than Steffy for once. And while he was annoying in his obsession he ultimately wasn’t wrong about what was going on.
  9. Catching up on the show and man oh man. Finn? You still haven't learned. First, I know Liam's being an obnoxious, hypocritical punk but he ain't totally wrong in the basics of what he is saying. Sheila is dangerous, Finn is leaving her an opening, and that's dangerous for everyone if she thinks she has Finn baited on her hook. Secondly, Finn isn't being thrown under the bus IMO for Liam or a potential Steam reunion. Finn made a critical and bad mistake taking his eyes off Kelly but given who he is (a doctor) and his inexperience in wrangling kids he made a bad decision at a critical moment. It happens and he's learned from it. Where his perfect image is somewhat authentically cracking big time for me is that he's letting Sheila in after the woman shot him, Steffy, and nearly killed Li. That all should have Finn drawing a hard line for her but he, like James Warwick before him, needs to learn the hard way that if you give Sheila another chance, she'll hurt you, if you give her an inch, she'll take a mile; she can save you one day and throw you under the bus the next to suit her needs. He's only had one round of psycho with this woman - which should be enough - but he's going to need another round of understanding her ebbs and flows to realize for himself that she's never going to change. Will he still have his wife, access to his child, and his sanity by that point? We'll see. Between Kelly's prophetic dream, Sheila walking free, Liam wanting Steffy back and supplying ammunition to her that Finn isn't cutting Sheila lose, it feels like Liam really could be going down with Sheila taking care of Finn's 'problem' while also getting her revenge on Bill. Sheila overheard Hope talking about Liam's neverending attraction to Steffy and knows Lope is broken up, Finn is going to be LIVID when he finds out Liam showed that video to Steffy and will warn him to stay away from his wife probably with a punch thrown in for good measure. Then he'll complain to Sheila about Liam, Sheila will go into 'Defend my family' mode and will concoct a way to get rid of Liam which will either have him dead or in a coma/injured. Finn will then feel like he's an accessory to it and double down on keeping it from Steffy and falling further into Sheila's web and clutches and his sanity being chipped away until he's the male Sheila of the show. In any case Kelly is my hero in that she didn't waste time catching her mom up on almost drowning, it being Sheila who saved her, then bopping off to bed oblivious to the rage about to be unleashed on Finn. Cracked.me.up. That Finn could fix his lips to say to Steffy that Sheila was a hero shows he's a lost cause. 'Today, she saved a life!' Sure she did Finn. But saving Kelly wasn't about saving Kelly, it was about making sure Steffy's kid didn't die on your watch and your marriage implode. She was thinking of a bigger picture than Kelly. And BTW, not even a week after shooting you and Steffy and leaving you both for dead, she 'saved' Taylor's life when she almost went off a roof saving her from a suicide attempt. Did that save wipe out what she had done to you and Steffy? What about how months later she ran your beloved adopted mother off a pier with her truck exploding and left HER for dead. She'll save a life today and throw that same person off a cliff the next damn day if it suits her needs. You haven't learned, buddy. But you will. And you'll realize how big an idiot you were saying all of this to Steffy and wonder how she didn't clock you upside the head and kick your ass out of her house. In other catch up thoughts for the shows over the weeks, all I'll say about Thomas, Hope, and Liam is that they're all buttholes in their own ways. Actually, I'll say a few more things - Hope keeps saying Liam gave up on their marriage and didn't fight for it and didn't show her the same grace she did him. I don't think that's true; how many arguments, pleas, confrontations did they have up to that Italy trip with him begging her to see what was happening? Liam point blank asked her did she have feelings for Thomas and she tearfully said no and hugged him tight and said her heart was for him and their family. Liam did fight and then he saw Hope pull him to Thomas and kiss him and then skip away to enjoy the city with him. What is there for him to fight for at that point after weeks/months of fighting prior to that. HOPE made her choice. She stopped fighting her feelings and for her marriage and gave into her feelings for Thomas. But let's say that Liam did try one last effort with Hope and they tried to talk through what happened in Italy? Would she fire Thomas from HFTF to put space between her and Thomas? Doubt it. Would she limit Thomas coming to their home to see Douglas and have more neutral site drop offs to limit her interactions? She'd come up with some reasons not to. Bottom line, she wasn't cutting Thomas out of her life and they both knew it. Liam wasn't going to do that merry-go-round again and I couldn't blame him. Could he have been less nasty about it? Sure, but I got why he was pissy and was over it given the circumstances. As for not showing her grace and forgiving her - IMO she didn't' want to be forgiven given that she doubled down on her 'mistake' with Thomas and hunkered won with him for a make out love fest for several days/hours mere hours after Liam left her again. Just as she lied to herself and Liam about her feelings for Thomas, she's lying to herself that she wanted Liam's forgiveness as it gave her the freedom/justification to do what she's wanted for some time but couldn't admit which is to give into and enjoy her attraction for Thomas. Honestly, I'm glad Lope is done for the moment so Thope can have their moment and we see what hurdles are in store for them and it be about their pathology and leaving Liam out of it.
  10. Nikki can relent in her hatred sometimes to express sincere emotions and not be a 100% bitch. I think she was 10% expressing condolences (she did after all lose her son with Jack late term so she knows that pain) and 90% doing a temperature check on Adam’s head space. She knows a hurting spiraling Adam can be a dangerous Adam for all of them but especially for Victoria since she currently isn’t firing on all cylinders and has her head up Nate’s butt. Adam is feeling low and is lashing out and spoiling for a fight and Victoria has weakened herself to be taken down or at least severely wounded as far as Newman is concerned by dumping Nick and bringing up Nate. Nikki can only do so much so she’s working all angles. She immediately alerted Victor to wrangle his son. Also while I agree Connor could be a balm at this time for Adam and he should ‘remember’ him I don’t think that he’s forgotten him so much as is feeling like such a POS that he’s avoiding Connor to ‘protect’ him. He also is such a live wire and in such a bad head space I’m not sure he can/should be around him at the moment. No, he shouldn’t be ignoring him and yes Connor needs reassurance but can you imagine if Adam in his current state was around Connor and he snapped/momentarily misstepped/misspoke and Connor got upset? Both Chelsea and Billy (ugh) would be on his ass to only make the situation worse. Adam’s got to get his ish together but I get he also needs a minute to deal with his own personal emotional crisis. Chelsea was given her time, Adam should be given his. He might be still in the ‘he’s better off without me’ phase since losing Sally and Ava has done a number on him.
  11. Well, while I agree he should confront Hope, what good will it do? She pointedly lied to his face when he asked her point blank if she had feelings for Thomas. She either lied to him or lied to herself so either way she’s a hot mess that he can’t trust right now. Similar to when he found out about Steffy’s tryst and paternity debacle, I can see him shutting down for a bit before lashing out. Thomas is playing the white knight right now but he will be itching to rub Liam’s nose in this and bait him about how he’s the one pushing Hope away and let this work to his advantage. I say let Hope have Thomas and Thomas have Hope but she needs to have consequences for her actions and let that be she loses custody of Beth for a while. Liam legit has reasons to not want Thomas in his daughter’s daily life. Have Liam take Beth for the summer to a little town in Wisconsin where he is surprised to find an on the mend Sally who can use a friendly face and cute kid to lift her spirits. Hope can kick rocks. I’d love for fiesta Sally to emerge to roll her eyes at THIS Thomas and not be so impressed at all. I don’t hate RJ and Paris. But then I didn’t hate Paris/Zende and show messed that up.👎🏾
  12. Because Finn is apparently the de facto good, rationale, guy and what he says is the best thing ever and Liam is being made the heel when he rightly has legit issues with Thomas and even Hope’s behavior but they’re making him so annoying that he will ‘deserve it’. Classic stacked/bait and switch writing when you want to make your bad guy who did bad things still viable as your romantic lead (see Jake vs Jamie, Another World; yeah Jake got some redemption but in the early years Jamie, a legacy child on the show, got pushed out for a man who raped his fiancé (Jake) basically because the actor and character of Jake was more liked and had chemistry with pretty much everyone) Liam could be rehabbed but the show isn’t interested in that. Once they had Eric tear him a new one and fans agreed with him, Liam’s slowly but surely been undermined and written as being intentionally and continuously careless with his women when prior to that you could write it off as dumb honey youth. They’ve had opportunities to have him self reflect and slightly course correct (Captive Cabin, Steffy’s affair, Beth’s ‘death’ and return, mannequin-gate, Vinny-gate) but he keeps making the same choices and mistakes to the point that even when he’s technically right his behavior and history make you want to pop him. They don’t want Liam to be sympathetic or if they do they’re going about it all wrong. He should be totally whistling past the graveyard and 💯 supporting Hope and telling Wyatt, Bill, Brooke, Steffy, and Hope that he trusts her and that’s that. Thomas can play his games but he trusts Hope to handle him if necessary. He even wants to go to the show in Italy but work happens or Beth gets the sniffles and he has to stay behind. Meanwhile Bill doesn’t trust Hope or Thomas and has his Italy based Spencer publications paparazzi follow Hope and Thomas and to update him on any hanky panky. However instead of updating Bill on the incriminating photos (conjecture at this point but we all know something’s gonna happen, right?) the pap sells the photos and Hope and Thomas’ tryst is all over the European and then American outlets. FC then is in damage control as their big splash is now in a mud puddle, Hope is desperate to explain to Liam what happened, Steffy is livid that HFTF brand has tarnished FC firing up a round of fresh Logan hate, Thomas is now convinced Hope does want him and Bill is livid that the pictures came out and hides his role in it even as he comforts Liam and begins planting the seeds of leaving Hope and suing for sole custody of Beth since Hope has obviously lost her mind in canoodling with Thomas. What will Liam do? Who does Hope want? Will HFTF crater FC? And who is the father of Hope’s baby because we all know if she sleeps with Thomas she’ll end up pregnant and have to walk the same road as Steffy WTD with touches of Hope’s own conception scandal. Will Liam go dark like his father with Thomas playing Hope’s white knight to further cement the bait and switch of Thomas the hero and Liam the heel? Wouldn’t be shocked if they went there; hilariously Liam’s jaunt to the dark side would no doubt be treated as the worse than anything Thomas has done and can never be forgiven from because…Thope look good physically together?
  13. Just binged watched this in one sitting and loved it. Hoping we get a lean mean season 2 to wrap things up. Re Maureen’s kid I don’t think he was excluded. Nina noticed it herself -Stephen’s will explicitly says the 30 million pounds will be split equally among his biological/genetic issue. He didn’t give a specific number of kids or name specific names for the money (but did for everything else) so anyone who comes forward and can prove they are his child can get a piece of that pie. He was leaving the door open for the kid should (or any other kid, really) to stake their claim. So there might actually be more than the original six he had named in the earlier draft of the will! Poor Wanda isn’t biologically his but she is covered with a share of the insurance policy since he specifically named her as a beneficiary of that. I think if/when Maureen’s son is required to take the paternity test (you know he will be) all the kids will have to as a formality which will freak out Alesha, Nina, and Claudia with Alesha switching the results somehow to protect Wanda and so that she’s named as the non-bio kid. Alesha has her own money and knows/accepts who her father is so she would deal with it better but Wanda would be devastated. I could see Alesha taking that hit for her sister. Irony of ironies is Stephen’s non bio kid fought the hardest to preserve his legacy and continues to mourn him the hardest. Si and Gus finally got a bonding scene in the last episode over Si preparing to be a dad. Was glad those two finally had a moment to connect and build off of. Claudia astounded me we with how she couldn’t shut up to her benefit and always had to get a jab in. 😂Nina’s literally about to sign the contract to hand over the company and Claudia just had to talk about her mother losing her man and get company. Even though we know Nina had other reasons for changing her mind, Claudia’s sass was enough reason for Nina to be petty and drop the pen and make them sweat a little.
  14. Finn keep low key being apathetic/laughing at Liam about Thomas. If he’s Hopeless guess who he’ll turn to? Liam should know the signs of a person remorseful for cheating/about to cheat. When he cheated on her with Steffy and realized his mistake he kept saying ‘You know how much I love you/Never forget that I love you’ and doing the distracted thousand yard stare and being startled and what not- all the crap Hope is doing and yet he’s oblivious. Given they aren’t having him have a self-aware view of the situation- that given his cheating history he shouldn’t be strident about anything where Hope is concerned and if he trusts his wife then he should trust his wife and shut up about Thomas. The fact they’re not allowing Liam to show any awareness or growth about his issues and having him be obsessive and possessive is feels a bit like stacking the deck for Thope. The more brutal thing would be for Liam to have learned his lesson, completely trust his wife, Hope then betrays him with Thomas, and upon finding out Liam tearfully says ‘you forgave me of course I forgive you’ and Hope comes back with ‘It’s not a onetime mistake…it’s something more…I can’t stop wanting him…’ and then Liam’s crushed, Hope is crushed and they don’t know what’s next for them because Hope doesn’t know what she wants. We know Liam has karma coming to him already for cheating but making him a complete heel that super duper deserves it is overkill.
  15. Thomas can miss me with his contemptuous disdain for Charlie as can Ridge. Thomas and Ridge's exasperated attitude with Charlie is not so endearing or understandable as the writers think it is. IMO is portrays them as impatient, boorish, self-centered jerks who can't tolerate someone who thinks/works/acts differently than them. Charlie can be a mess but his heart is ALWAYS in the right place. At the very least be civil towards him for Aunt Pam's sake. I am HERE for RJ vs Thomas which is what seems to be what's hinted at today for these brothers. Normally after Rick vs Thomas I'd be against it, but RJ's rightful beef with Thomas is his messing with his mother - ain't got nothing to do with FC or his 'birthright'. And Thomas was actually cowed a bit in seeing his brother because he knows the crap he pulled that everyone else has forgiven him for is still fresh for RJ and his attitude towards him could actually swing things away from his favor again. I hope RJ doesn't just let bygones be bygones so quickly and especially not allow Ridge to bully him into being one big happy family. Now what is RJ hiding? He's been obviously holding back on revealing something and keeps emphasizing that he's so happy to be home now and really needs his family. It was really cute to see the bond they're trying to sell with RJ and Hope as they were close in age similar to how Rick and Bridget were close. Makes sense they were 'in the trench' buddies similar to how Rick and Bridget supported each other as siblings. So seems to me that RJ being in the digital/tech world would actually make Spencer (Digital) Publishing a great landing spot for RJ depending on what Bill can offer. Liam could also serve as a mentor for RJ in terms of IT infrastructure and social platform needs for whatever Influencer empire RJ seems to be keen on setting up. I appreciate Brooke telling Ridge to back the eff off the boy. RJ is right - FC has too many cooks in the kitchen and doesn't need another one. He's happy doing his own things away from everyone else and if Ridge doesn't watch it he's gonna push RJ out of LA (if Thomas' BS doesn't have him running first). I don't hate this version of RJ yet. I'm good to let him cook a bit to see what happens next.
  16. Nice they gave a nod to his computer geek past. Gold star to the writer for the day. Liam and Hope have enough money and knowledge where Liam could’ve created a digital publishing platform for HFTF where instead of being tied only to FC for the fashion line expand it to a lifestyle brand like Chip and Johanna Gaines and they do their own thing independent of FC and Thomas. They’ve teased Thope for so long they need to do it already and have Liam take his lumps for once. Hope can get pregnant and know WTD is and we either have Bill change the patently results in favor of Liam or ghost of Vinnie return to swing paternity Thomas’s way. Either way let’s get this disaster started already. If a single Liam is licking his wounds and Steffy accommodates him in any way my money is on Finn’s Sheila psycho genes activation I’m still catching up but did Brooke actually turn down Ridge in consideration of Taylor’s feelings? Brooke ain’t nevah honored a pact, promise, or marriage vows! She took his daughter’s and sister’s man and apologized after the fact 😂 I’m shocked and proud they’re letting her maintain some shred of dignity in this situation.
  17. I know it's too early for Sheila to blow her pretty life up with Bill so soon, but Douglas being placed in the Sinn household seems like he's now got a target painted on his back as another accidental victim of Sheila's when she flips her lid. Or maybe Thomas tries to frame Sheila for coming after Sinn and Douglas gets caught in the trap with Thomas now absolutely guilty of bringing harm to his son with Bill now on his ass to 'clear Sheila's name' and finally having a Spencer take on Thomas to avenge/protect Douglas. I mean, Thomas has already gaslit, raised a hand to, and emotionally and psychologically manipulated his son to such a degree that even Douglas doesn't want to live with him. Pulling a stunt that 'had the best of intentions' only for it backfire is right up his alley. Hope mentioned that cliff for a reason. It's planting for something to go down. Karen really needs to be involved in Douglas' life and upbringing. Why they so completely cut out Caroline from the equation so that not even her parents/Douglas's grandparents are included is baffling. Shouldn't Douglas be having weekly calls with his grandmothers? They could've easily set it up that Karen was uneasy with what she was hearing from him and that she and Douglas were establishing a bond so that if/when she finally decided to come claim him, it wouldn't be out of the blue. Douglas leaving for NY with his grandmothers seems the healthiest choice for him at the moment; he could then return as a teen/YA to seduce his dad's new wife so the cycle of crazy could continue or he could return to pair up with an of age Rosie Forrester (no actual relation as she has the Forrester name via Eric adopting Donna's son so...yeah) with Amber supporting it and Hope and Thomas iffy about it and then we get Thomas and Amber hooking up.
  18. Is there a reason why Steffy and Taylor are hiding her motive for shooting Bill to Katie which actually should be obvious? Katie already knew about the affair so...ya'll don't want to cop that Taylor shot Bill because she thought he raped her daughter after RIDGE told/implied it? This show is so dumb sometimes. And Katie was PUSHING on understanding the why and Taylor glossed over it by saying she thought he did something unforgivable. You thought he raped your daughter. Just say it. Sheesh. At least Katie now knows most of the deal. But that's only because Steffy and Taylor need help from Katie to crowbar Sheila out of Bill's life. I do appreciate the show leaning into actual history - can they do it for other stories as well? Hope needing a designer would've been a great time to bring back the triumphant return of Sally Spectra. Save from her initial romance with Adam she's being misused over there; Sally is a brash, sassy, strong, talented woman who is a DESIGNER and not some CEO/COO of a media company or interior designer. Allowing Thomas the Fox back in the hen house -even virtually - is only gonna lead to trouble.
  19. Honestly, I think Mike will be Sheila’s fate where he is as obsessively deranged and stubborn and kidnaps her to lock her away for her own good and protection from herself where he can ‘love’ her with all his attention and they can be ‘together forever’. Sheila’s end has to have some irony. It’ll either be Mike or her children banding together to take her out with them all protecting each other in a sibling pact. Sheila is such an infuriating repetitive contradicting bore now that I can’t stand people talking to her. In the same damn conversation she says ‘ no one gave her a chance’ but then says Taylor gave her a chance once and believed in her. Which is it, witch? Did you also conveniently forget that moment in the Forrester living room when you pulled a gun on everyone and held it to you head and that family - to their eternal regret- talked you out of killing yourself? They gave you chance after chance and all you did was serve up more crazy to them to get them to ‘love’ you. There is no talking to, appealing to, managing , or rationally reasoning with this woman. She said it herself - she sees herself as the victim in everything- and all her deranged actions as justified to her as self-defense. James tried to manage her and she manipulated him into knocking her up and destroying his marriage. Upon her most recent return, Taylor tried the honey vs vinegar approach to try to keep Sheila happy and calm and Sheila still managed to back into shooting Finn and Steffy due to the her inability to laugh off Brooke flapping her jaws with threats she couldn’t back up and setting her up with alcoholic champagne at NY Eve which Steffy discovered and confronted her about. Wouldn’t say this for the real world but for fictional soap world of B&B there are some people that need killing/to be put down and Sheila is one of them. There is no redeeming quality in her worth saving and she brings nothing but misery to the world. Take some of her bone marrow for back-up in case Finn or Hayes gets sick and need a bone marrow transplant but the rest of her can be dropped into a volcano. I’m holding out that Bill is running a con on Sheila. I think he’s sick of the inept authorities and thinks that taking on/down Sheila himself is the only way to protect everyone he loves. He’s going all in and sacrificing himself to take down Sheila. He’s made sure to distance himself from Katie, Brooke, Liam, and Wyatt by acting like a sad sack desperate man and then embracing the sword to give cover for his ruthless actions. This may go all the way to a wedding (done by a fake officiant) where Bill will take Sheila away and she’ll have an accident where Bill reports she’s dead; we’ll see her wake up locked in a dungeon or some mental facility in another country where Bill and Li (maybe even Jack!) let her know this is her new home and this will be the end of Sheila for a while. A long while one would hope.
  20. THANK YOU! Lordy, I was all ready to see Finn's face crack over the realization that Steffy has a lot of 'moments of weakness' and have some thoughts about it and instead he slurped her ass and blamed Bill. I have no doubt that once he heard 'Liam kissed another woman' that it was all the excuse he needed since he blames Liam for Steffy's actions who switched from appreciating his help to wanting to beat him up for daring to hump Princess Steffy. On one hand Steffy did distill the relevant details only for Finn but she also conveniently left out that this 'moment of weakness' didn't come out of the blue as Still had YEARS of history with Steam being a byproduct of it and that Kelly's paternity was also a WTD because of her actions. Sinn fans were 'proud' of their man not judging Steffy for her past and 'rightfully' feeling some kind of way about Bill but all I can see is a man who is letting himself be blinded by the truth about who his wife is and what she is capable of and actually demonstrating some paternalistic BS that would be a red flag for a true strong, independent woman. Clenching your fists in anger and punching them into your palm over your wife's past consensual relationships ain't healthy. And while we're bringing out old history, does he know anything of the Wyatt marriage? That Steffy married both of Bill's sons and made a hard play for him until the Logan sisters guilted Bill to drop her?
  21. Bill has got to be brainwashed or Sheila found herself a $Bill doppelgänger (reanimated brainwashed Brad Carlton!) who has kidnapped the real Bill and stolen his life so that Sheila now has his fortune at her disposal. Sound ludicrous? Yeah, but what isn’t it on this show. Ye gads Tanner wasn’t feeling it in his confrontation scenes with Sheila because that was some flat posturing and line readings ‘ It’s over Sheila. You’re going to prison.’ He was more animated yelling at Vinny wanting to know the truth about Steffy’s baby true paternity. Brooke and Taylor being friends was so nice. Taylor understanding why Brooke wouldn’t want to see Thomas at work after everything that’s gone down was some objective thinking. You could tell Brooke appreciated that for once she didn’t need to explain or justify or battle it out with Taylor. Taylor was on her side from jump.
  22. I had one problem with Thomas getting kicked out of FC: That they left him in the office to sulk instead of Ridge opening the door to have Charlie waiting to escort Thomas out with a banker’s box packed with his crap. You don’t ever leave a disgruntled, suspected volatile recently fired employee alone in any office for fear of them deleting sensitive information, trashing the place, crippling the company in some way. You have them watched from the moment of firing and security present to escort them out. I get the scene of them all walking out may have been more dramatic but Thomas having to walk out in shame and down the halls of FC with his sad little box with Ridge slamming the door in his face could’ve been just as effective. I nearly choked on my laughter when Carter of all people tried to talk down to Thomas when he had an affair with the boss’s wife. Carter speaking just wasn’t it. Steffy and Finn are pissing themselves with the knowledge that Sheila is out there and yet apparently didn’t want security too nearby to overhear their banshee screams of lovemaking because otherwise WTF did they not have armed guards all over that estate where Sheila wouldn’t be able to play peekaboo with them while Finn is on top of Steffy pumping away? Good grief that whole scene was stupid. Steffy was heck of a lot smarter with Sheila when she was with Liam - she carried a big gun, pushed him clear of the line of fire and shot at her on sight with no hesitation. With Finn she thinks relying on her words to verbally eviscerate her will neutralize her when Sheila has shown she is packing heavy at all times. I’d say Hayes has a chance given he’s with Li, but Li let herself get got by Sheila too so…. unless OG Stephanie possesses someone to step it up to Sheila for real they’re all doomed 😂
  23. Loved every moment of it. Most alive we've seen her in months and it was about her and his history and her not propping other people/couples. Would love if they had regular 'therapy' sessions where they become snarky friends- or more after an appropriate mourning period for Sharon. Ashley and Nick would flip!
  24. Phyllis, if you're seeing Adam all about town in bars and what not, you can't say he's not working because if you're seeing him you're not working either. Also why you gotta mess with him when he is just minding his business at the bar? The man even sent you a drink and wisely told you to keep a lid on it if you didn't want people to know YOUR business. Just walk on by why don't you. Kyle, my dude. You are hilarious thinking you can intimidate Jeremy and Jack having to 'Hold him back!'. Poor Jack was playing it pretty wisely with the 'Look we don't know nothing, don't wanna start nothing, didn't even know Diane was alive when she was up to something with you so we just want to be left alone. I've got a pen and a check or cash and a briefcase. How can we resolve this so that everyone is happy?' Jeremy giving them 'No promises but I'll think about it' was as good as it was gonna get. I appreciate Jeremy isn't showing himself to have a short fuse or popping off on people or being grabby. He makes himself at home, he uses his voice and his eyes to make his point. The few times he uses his size was him with his hands in his pockets stepping up to Diane or Phyllis but for the most part he's playing this right. Hope he's got more secrets and layers because I'm liking him so far. Billy isn't even entertaining in his jackassery. We all saw the situation. Adam comes literally bearing gifts for his son and makes no snide comments towards him and in fact apologizes for interrupting with little implied sarcasm and in fact seemed less mopey and more cautious and civil. And yet Billy complains to Lily that Adam came 'Oooozing misery' and he isn't good for Chelsea. Is he for real? YOU CAN'T CUT ADAM OUT OF CHELSEA'S LIFE YOU IDIOT. HE'S HER BABY'S DADDY! Sir, just try it and Adam, Connor, AND Victor will be on your ass. And you don't want Victor on your ass again.
  25. Phyllis continues to be a deluded, obnoxious, narcissistic harpy. Jeremy Stark can make her disappear at any time now. I will be so disappointed if her takes her on a hop against a dumpster. I'm holding onto my dream of his being a Traci Abbott fan. Speaking of Jeremy Stark, what's the timeline of Diane's 'death' and her hooking up with Stark and his going to prison again? Because if all the man wanted was money then Jack's offer of a payout ( ask for interest, Jeremy!) should cover his interest in Diane unless there is more to the story. Revenge is the obvious motive but Jeremy can't really think he'd get away with making Diane disappear or any of the Abbotts without landing back in prison. So his hanging around has to be about something else and I'm wondering if he and Diane had a child and that she put the kid in hiding which is why I'm asking on what the timeline is supposed to be for all her offscreen activity. She was still of child-bearing age when she left but with SORASING of Kyle not sure how old her new potential child could in. In any case it would make sense why Jeremy won't leave her alone if he wants to know where his kid is. Going back to yesterday's ep, yeah, okay I'll admit it - Nate's being an ass about Damanda-gate and it is wholly none of his damn business what's going on in Devon's personal life. Having said that Devon as ever remains a judgemental condescending ass and I'm fine with Nate annoying the crap out of him for kicks. Devon didn't play that confrontation smart at all. His showing up to have a pissing match at Nate's office was all the confirmation Nate needed that Devon was covering up someone. You know how you let someone know they don't matter and need to mind their business, Devon? You pay them dust. You ignore their presence. You don't get in their face to tell them to back off -it only makes them want to get right back in your face as well. Dummy.
