At Kourtneys 40th bday party. Not loving this, makes her look a bit rough (see a lot of Kris in her face here) and the sparkle of her outfit is making her neck look wrinkled.

I know you have to take these things with a grain of salt but gossip blinds have been hinting that all the hype about these services are to drum up interest to eventually televise them so they can start taking 'donations'. It's all for a money grab.
