There are several truckstops in Montana that serve up freshly boiled eggs for .50 cents apiece. Get there early, for they go really fast! 🙃 Before I got an egg cooker for our rig I'd grab a 1/2 dozen every chance I got. Still stock up when I run outta my own. Although Janelle's salad looked sad, one can get a decent salad at some of the truckstops. They come in handy when I run out of my own supplies on occasion. Booyah! 😃

I don't know who I loathe and despise more, Robyn or Mariah. I guess with them it really just comes down to "nature versus nuture". I think that Robyn's psychosis is biological while Mariah's is environmental. Anyone born to such narcissistic parents as Kootie and Meri would have pyschological probmems, so I guess I'll give Robyn the win.

What a sad state of affairs. I can't imagine her loneliness once the kids are grown and moved away. I guess Christine's thought this through. 😔

This is the saddest episode on a TLC show that I've ever seen, as we're watching this family implode. I was so angry at Kootie during the conversation with Isabel and Christine that I wanted to slam my fist through the screen and punch him right in his narcissistic mouth. Poor Ysabel! It could be that the Utah conundrum that Christine put forth is all a big act to keep the show on the air, but I don't think so. Christine's pics of her new grandchild have a radiance that I not seen on her since her meds were upped a few years ago and she went thru her "angels singingk" stage. Nah, she (at least) is for real about this and as soon as it's feasible, she will be gone to be with her kids. Who can blame her? The way Kootie set her up with the wives...shameful. The way Janelle didn't support her...sad. And, anything Meri did for Christine at that meeting was self-serving. Her agenda will be determined at a later date, but I'm pretty sure it has little to do with Christine. Janelle will fly the coop too, eventually, to either Utah (maybe) or NC (more likely). As for Meri, will she, or won't she? What a whack job. Robyn and Kootie will fly off into the Flagstaff sunset on her broom. Kootie still wants her, and only her. Since Robyn manipulated this outcome all along they certainly deserve each other. The only joy one can take from this unholy alliance is that eventually he'll turn on her, too. As for poor Ysabel, she should bone up on the definition of "narcissistic personality disorder" for when she has to describe her father and his 4th wife to her future therapist. It will save the therapist some time.

When Kootie turned to the camera and said that he could now go "home," it was so telling. It Janelle's house, it's Christine's house, but Robyn's house is HOME.

If that's the case, then I believe Janelle will win the battle but lose the war, for what Janelle is adoing is forcing Kootie to decide once and for all between polygamy and monogamy. "Either s**t or git off the pot", as my mamaw used to say. 😛 Kootie respects Janelle, well, as much as he can respect a woman. 🙄 Moreover, Janelle has given up both her inheritance and her 401K for the FAMILY, so Janelle has some cache with Kootie she can use against Robyn. Kootie owes Janelle, and deep down he KNOWS it. Eventually Janelle and Christine will move to Utah while Robyn will remain in Flagstaff, for as long as she and Kootie can manage the mortgage on that fugly house. 😒 I think this is Janelle's last ditch effort to keep the family together, and even though Robyn and Kootie are still tight, Robyn needs to watch her step, because Janelle is ready and loaded for bear. I got a strong feeling that Janelle doesn't confront folks easily, but I bet when she does she comes to win. She left Kootie once before for a couple of years, so that wouldn't be new territory for her. I say to Janelle, if this is what you truly want, then go for it. Meri's way didn't work, Christine's hasn't worked, maybe yours will, or maybe it won't. However, snatch that Robyn bald as you stomp your way outta Flagstaff, I'm rooting for you. 🥳 It will be must-see TV. 🍿🍿🍿

I dislike Kootie immensely, but for all intents and purposes he has told Meri both verbally and in action and deeds that it's over. He and Robyn most likely have often discussed this situation throughout the years. That sadiversery convo at the roadside pullover was actually Robyn talking to Meri, and it was just a bunch of jibber jabber to soothe feelings and assuage consciousness' of all involved. As for Meri, she won't budge until she's got whatever she wants from Kootie, first, whether it's winning a longstanding battle with him, the TLC money runs out , or looking like the most injured party in the public eye. Meri's "init" to win it, and will not even be ostricized out of their vicinity until she's good and ready. This, along with her masterful use of her so-called "indecisiveness" to maintain control and power over a situation are her worst character flaws. She played this game with Kootie during the invitro fertilization event to the point where I FELT BAD for Kootie, and that's saying something. Finally, after a couple of years went by an exasperated Kootie made the decision for her, and she ran crying to Robyn. What a sham she is, and I'm beginning to understand why Kootie's fed up with her. I can't imagine putting up with those behaviors for 30 years. Kootie and Meri are almost as bad as Robyn, but not quite. Meri initially thought Robyn was another Christine or Janelle, but Robyn was in a different league altogether, and so she them played both. On some level it must be so soul-satisfying to Janelle and Christine to watch the implosion.

I usually dress more formally for funerals, but honestly if it was me lying in the "to-go" box up front I wouldn't care what folks wore. I'd just be glad they came to see me off, and maybe stick a flask of vodka in the corner of it for me. 😎

Could be, could be... 🤔 However, if the next season is all about Mariah, I'm out! I'm guessing Meri is expecting huge payback for the princess and her weddingk, after sitting through all the others. I remember when she told Aspyn that she wanted her to have the wedding that she wanted. Aspyn turned her down flat, and I thought "good on you, for surely there's strings attached!" Mykelti and Tony's wedding childishness and myopia was enough to last me for a lifetime, I can't imagine how bad Mariah is gonna behave. 👀

This is so sad, and quite hard for me to even read. I can't believe Meri won't let go, as there's nothing there for her. Kootie is so done with her. Gosh, Meri, take a hint, already. Go find someone who will really want you. 😪
